My brother and I would like to take the time to thank you for all that you did for our mom. We knew that when she was with you she was safe, protected, and treated with dignity. For the last three years, she was cared for and listened to no matter how trivial it may have seemed. When I share with my friends how so many of the staff came to see mom on her last two days to say good bye, they are amazed. It was amazing to know she just wasn’t another person with dementia but [name removed]. Thank you for how you delt with [name removed] and I. It couldn’t have been easy, and you never made us feel as our questions were unimportant. When all said and done, every family needs a Chestnut Knoll in their lives. I am a current resident at Traditions of Hanover. Of all the senior complexes that I visited, Traditions of Hanover was the best! The staff was friendly and courteous and treats you like family. They are always happy to see you.

The Keystone Villa facility has been excellent. It is one of the cleanest Sr. Living places I've visited. Staff are attentive, and there are many activities where the staff engages the residents. My dad's private studio is quite large. I haven't been there when my dad was eating but he seems to be adjusting to everything quite well. So far, my mother is very pleased with the treatment of my dad at Keystone, and I'm so glad that I was able to get some assistance from "A Place For Mom" in finding it.

Ever since my 90 year old mother moved into Traditions of Hanover last year, my brother and I now have peace of mind knowing that she is safe and is being cared for by an amazing staff. Every single staff member that I have encountered there has always been upbeat, positive and helpful. You can tell they really care about their residents. (Special shout out to [name removed] and [name removed]: two staff members who have always gone above and beyond :)The facility is lovely, clean and beautifully decorated for each holiday. The schedule for residents is ALWAYS packed full with all kinds of fun activities and experiences! There is also a movie theater, library, chapel, a salon, a bar/lounge and so much more available to the residents. (And the food (prepared on site) is delicious!!) If you are searching for a senior living facility for your loved one, please consider Traditions of Hanover. You will not be disappointed, and the fact that there is a waitlist tells you all you need to know!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and residents at Traditions of Hanover. My mom has been a resident for eight months. The staff set mom up with another resident on the first day to show her the ropes. This made the transition much better and easier to get to know everyone. It wasn't long before Mom found a good group of friends that she regularly dines and attends activities with. There are many trips and activities planned. The drivers for those trips and for doctor appointments are always polite and I feel my mom is safe with them. The entire staff is very aware and attentive and does not hesitate to call if they notice a change in my mom's habits or if there is anything they feel I should know. The residents are friendly. I often stay and spend time chatting with them after my mom is settled in her room. The meals are good and Mom sometimes eats too many desserts! I honestly cannot say a bad thing about TOH and I joke that I am ready to move in there myself.

Traditions of Hanover is a wonderful independent senior living center. The staff is very caring and is involved with every resident. There are multiple daily activities to keep residents engaged in the community. The food is tasty, plentiful, and varied. I have had 2 family members reside at Traditions and recommend Traditions without reservation.

It has been a very pleasant experience. All the staff and residents are so friendly and pleasant. I enjoy the programs that are provided. I also enjoy the weekly outings, such as different museums, restaurants, and shopping trips. I always enjoy them. The Fox Stronger Living program has been very helpful to get my strength back and made me much stronger. It is a great exercise program. All the different activities are fun and enjoyable. Housekeeping keeps my place clean and tidy and supplies me with plenty of towels. The nursing staff is always helpful in taking care of any health problems I have experienced.

Wow is all I can say. The staff have thought of everything. Just when we thought we saw it all there was more. Meals included, weekly cleaning of bathroom and apartment, fresh towels and sheets ( they change the sheets), shuttle to doctor visits and back, hair/nail salon on premises, doctor office, physical therapy and more. Room service if needed is much appreciated. A cord pull for safety checks. The staff knows everyone by name. Very personal attention without being intrusive. Clean facilities.

Years ago, when Traditions opened up my Aunt resided there. That was when it first opened. In later years I have 2 cousin's that reside there now. One was local, and the other relocated from Nevada back East. He was looking for a place, and I knew other people that lived there too. It was a good fit, since meals were included. All staff personnel are friendly, and are willing to help. There are quite a few that go that extra mile, in all that they do, and I know that I can depend on them. Especially if it is something I need to know. The surroundings, are always neat, clean, etc. That is important to me. The services are great, and I cannot complain about them at all.

I definitely think it is better for my brother-in-law because it has an independent community of residents along with assisted living and memory care. (He is in assisted living) The staff is great and communicative with us, the family, including the nursing staff and the general care manager. It seems that the food and wait staff are variable, good days and bad days. There are plenty of activities and the lobby area is a busy place. The gym equipment is nice with cycling, rowing machine and weights but not anyone for instruction however there are group exercise classes in an activity room. There are only 2 elevators so it's slow going, prepare to be patient. The residents seem happy and friendly and we're happy he is there.

My father loved living here, it became home to him within a few days. The staff in the dining room were attentive and treated him like a member of their family. The caregivers were prompt and respectful when entering his room. He always said “If you ask anyone for help they will help you “ I noticed times when residents didn’t have to ask, the staff were already helping. The facility is small so the staff knows the residents. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the hardworking staff in the laundry and housekeeping, caregivers, supervisors and the director of maintenance who always seemed to be able to answer questions and help my dad figure out the tv remotes. My father was only able to stay for the last few months of his life, the staff made him feel like an old timer. They embraced me during his last days and I will be forever grateful especially to the supervisors who were there for us. The quality that will always mean the most is the feeling of family.

Would definitely recommend!! Friendly staff, great environment, clean facility. Lots of great activities for everyone to participate in. From the moment you walk in the door it is welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Keystone Villa at Fleetwood is AMAZING.

Overall the staff especially the nurses were excellent with care and information. The whole building including the private rooms were always clean and neat. The size of the rooms was ok. The Food was good and pleantifull. Maintenance of building was always good. Lots of activities during the week.

From the moment we visited Traditions of Hershey we knew it was the best fit! The apartment was a good size and there was lots of natural light. It felt like home right away. The staff were so kind and compassionate! They were able to answer all our questions. They went the extra mile to ensure our loved one was welcomed! The food was good and they always gave you plenty of it. The activities were a lot of fun with a variety of things to do. We had the opportunity to add on enhanced living care to ensure all our loved one's needs were taken care of! I would highly recommend Traditions of Hershey!

My brother and I are searching for a facility for our eldest brother to live in when he is released from rehab. We felt that the staff were highly professional, courteous and truly enjoyed working with the residents. They knew everyone by name and they appear to be taking excellent care of the people that live at Chancellors'Village. We would rate this top-notch out of the 3 facilities we saw that day, they were our first choice for our brother.

The place was really great. I liked it best of any place we toured, it just was out of our price range.

Everything has been wonderful. My father in law is in the memory care neighborhood and the staff is great. They have programs and great food.

My aunt is in independent living so there isn't much care involved. Although they do offer many pay for extra services if needed at a reasonable price. My experience with the staff has always been positive and friendly. Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care are all in the same building so there is plenty of staff available. The facility is older than some of the ones we visited but it's in good shape. I think it's more homey. The common areas are always clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My aunt says the food is good. Two meals a day are included in Independent Living. They offer many on site activities and have frequent trips to local shops and restaurants.
