[name removed] was a great tour guide making sure every question was answered or followed up within 24 hours. The other staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The lunch room was bright and airy and the food was good. I feel we found the right place for Dad.

The staff has been very good throughout the whole process of finding an assisting living facility for my parents! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know! They answered every question we had quickly. We toured the facility and were very impressed!

My wife was a resident at Chestnut Knoll for the last 6 months in[Date Removed]and 2 months in early[Date Removed]. The care provided to her was excellent and the staff was always friendly and efficient. I had some meals with her and the food is very good. The only reason she is no longer at Chestnut Knoll is her need for Medical Assistance with the costs. The cost at Chestnut Knoll is reasonable for Memory Care and the type of care she received is well worth the cost. The Administrative staff as well as the care staff are always ready to help, and they pay attention to the resident's needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chestnut Knoll. What truly sets this community apart is its incredible design—the Memory Care Neighborhood is built to look like a charming small town. It doesn't feel like a facility; it feels like a safe, familiar neighborhood where my mother can explore. The staff here are exceptional and have truly become like family. They treat my mother with such love and dignity. I’m so impressed by how engaged the residents are; there is a new activity every half hour, which keeps everyone active and happy. My mother particularly loves the bean bag toss! It is a huge relief to know she is in a place that is clean, homey, and filled with people who genuinely care. If you want a place where your loved one will thrive, I highly recommend Chestnut Knoll.

This is the place to be, you feel safe here, people are friendly, I was impressed everyone knew my name. You make me feel like a part of the family; I've been alone for 12 years. It's the place to be if can't be at home.

My sister is a guest at the Bircher of the Lehigh Valley for around two years. She loves lvring there and all the activities. She loves being around the people the staff is excellent working there. There are so many feature her that presents her with being home!!

My dear Mother was a Chestnut Knoll Memory Care resident for almost six years. She was always treated with kindness and respect by the staff. She received the best personal care possible which always gave me a peace in my heart. I would highly recommend this facility! Denise G.

I know it's a newer building. An appearance doesn't always matter to me. What matters to me most is the care that a loved one will receive why they are in memory care nursing home but walking in there is absolutely beautiful. It's bright it's open. We were on the memory side. My husband had come there due to the fact that Arden courts God bless the people that stay there that's all I can say. I've been caretaker all my life in a nursing home and then I took care of my husband for eight years so we had to finally have him go into a memory care and the care and compassion was awful at Arden courts. Yes, every place has their fault but they had a lot of it and what I've seen even with my own husband it made me cry if I didn't find another place I was definitely bringing him back home with me and see what I could do for around the clock here so we went through birches and I was very pleased with everything. Yes, there were a few that could've used a little more education on taking care of someone with cognitive issues but for the most part, everyone was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful the room we had from my husband, who was by himself and it was like having his own little apartment, so he it made him feel more like at home and not in a hospital room or a nursing home room. He had his own bed, his own La-Z-Boy a loveseat, couch, a table with chairs, and he had a full large bath with a walk-in shower and everything else but I also was there with him every day often on all day. I also hired or brought over with me. The Cna's had helped me at home. Take care of him so I could do my appointments I brought them with me to have extra eyes for him. I was fortunate enough to be able to do that but also they all knew where I stood as far as his care went, and I wanted to see nothing less than what I expected as far as care goes for him I had to say my peace of mind a couple times, but they all knew where I stood, but I do tell everybody I highly recommend birches and tell my daughter if I have to I will go there if I needed a place for memory care the price was OK.

I didn’t think it was possible for my family and I to find a senior's for living community that we would call a second home for my mom. By the grace of God we did at the Birches. I’m grateful to the marketing director for her willingness and patience to help me through this process and to the community support staff and management for all that they do when I see the smiles on my mother’s face. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. They were helpful & informative. Answered my questions & addressed my concerns. Facility was clean.

When the reality that my grandmother was no longer able to take care for herself hit our family, it felt like our options were very limited. She was too 'well' to really thrive in a nursing home and we thought there weren't really any other viable choices. I'm so thankful that I called for a tour of Chestnut knoll, really, on a whim. We realized it was possible for her to afford and its the perfect step down from independent living. I no longer worry when she doesnt answer her phone. Now our time together is more like it used to be, just visiting and enjoying each other instead of running her errands, dispensing her meds, etc. We've become friendly with her room mate, other residents and all the staff and its really such a comfortable place to be at!

This is a new, spacious, modern facility with all the newest amenities. The rooms are well appointed. My mother unfortunately took up residency when there was a change in a key staff member. As a result I feel some communication and questions that I had fell through the cracks or were delayed in being answered which is why I gave 4 stars vs 5 stars in some categories. However, this should be remedied now that new staff is in place. I feel that other staff members were very helpful and willing to pitch in to help out to fill the gaps during the onboarding of other new employees.

The facility is very nice. Everyone seems friendly. The price is beyond what my parents could afford.

The thing we like the most about Traditions of Lansdale is the overall family feel of the community.

Very informative tour.The staff spent a lot of time with us. I would recommend this facility to my friends. At this time we have not decided if we will continue looking for somewhere for our mom.

My experience here has been wonderful. I was here to work hard to get my strength. The therapy program with [name removed] is amazing. I am standing and walking on my own. They really motivated me. My studio apartment is just what I needed. Everyone is so helpful.
