Our experience at Keystone Villa has been so welcoming, since day one. All the staff is so professional, helpful and friendly. I have felt at home from the beginning. The people make Keystone Villa a pleasure to be here for my husband and myself, while visiting. Keystone Villa has been exceptional at fulfilling all of our expectations.

Keystone Villa is a very clean and friendly place. All the staff bends over backwards to help you. There is an abundant amount of things to do to stay busy. The other residents are so friendly and enjoyable to be with. The caregivers are always available and willing to help when you need them. The programs that are scheduled are enjoyable, very knowledgeable and fun to attend. I also enjoy the weekly outings and shopping trips when I am able to go. The meals are great and I especially enjoy the monthly themed special meals.

Moving to Keystone Villa was a Godsend. After our upheaval from another facility, we were referred to Keystone Villa. Our needs were met 100%. I know my husband is being taken care of properly and that is the most important to me. The care staff is just wonderful. They are kind, compassionate and caring. We have made many new friends who are sweet and caring. The food is great, desserts are sinful-wow, just amazing! I love that I am able to still live with my husband. We have had a very enjoyable time here at Keystone Villa, we have no regrets moving here.

The lobby is very inviting; it gives a very welcoming vibe. The staff and residents had positive interactions. It is encouraging that staff is familiar with the residents we passed throughout the tour. Dining room does not look institutionalized. Love the menu is posted in a large font. We had an appointment but didn’t have to sign in. Is there a way to know who comes in for resident safety and evacuation info in an emergency?

Fantastic place , very caring great food option beauty salon for men and woman very helpful lots of activities and music comes in.

Your location is much more convenient for the whole family Every time we visit Mom, we have a great experience and she seems extremely happy. There has nothing but good things to say. The staff is always friendly and the place is always very clean It feels as though she's thriving there

The staff is super friendly and guide you all the way. They make the transition more comfortable. They welcome you and you feel easy getting to know them. There was much more room in the closets than I thought. The size was the same as my apt before but the bathrooms were bigger size.

The lady told me around was very nice. The facility was fine. It looks like the food would be just fine. The problem is I would need personal care and there’s currently no rooms available. The second problem would be I would like to keep my mom and dad together and when I showed my dad, the floorplans for personal care, the room would just be too small. My dad didn’t seem to be too interested in my mom and dad living together in a room that small.

My daughter and I toured the Memory Care unit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There is a beautiful courtyard in the center of the unit with benches and comfortable chairs. The gardens were well maintained. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and interested in the residents.

My initial tour at The Birches memory care left me with only positives. The facility is meticulous, clean, and organized, giving me confidence in their care standards. They offer several room size options and stimulating group activities. [Name removed] my guide and initial phone contact, possesses total understanding and empathy for the family of the loved one with memory issues. She answered all my questions with knowledgeable responses and sensed my mixed, unspoken emotions during the tour. I am certain as I proceed in my search of facilities that The Birches will remain on my list of strong considerations for a memory facility.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will be scheduling another visit in the future, with my Mom.

My father spent just over one year in the memory care unit at Chestnut Knoll before his passing in March 2026. The care he received was no less than exceptional. There was a period of time for him to get adjusted, but the staff worked patiently with my father to make him comfortable in his new surroundings. With furnishings from my father's previous home, his room was a safe and spacious accommodation. Chestnut Knoll has activities going on all day long for the residents to be entertained, and throughout the year, they have special events where the residents and their families can participate, as well as the general community. The staff is caring, compassionate, and kind -- I can't thank them enough for the care they provided to my father. If you have a loved one needing either assisted living or memory care, Chestnut Knoll is the perfect place.

My recent tour of Chancellor Village was amazing. From the moment i walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The sales staff (Natalie & Tracie) were top-notch. They ensured that i felt comfortable throughout the tour.

We were very impressed during our tour. We were able to have a tour on a Saturday, due to other family obligations. All our questions were answered and the staff genuinely seemed to care about any concerns we had. The follow up was amazing. Everything was handled very professionally.

I think quite a but of Chestnut Knoll is good but those 2 office girls will keep you on your toes! I've told quite a bit of people about Chestnut Knoll.

Had a great tour. This is our first choice for a 2 week respite care if they have a bed available when we need it.

They were very accommodating when first moving in and if there are issues they usually deal with those right away. Caring and and nice people that work there
