My mother has lived in the Personal Care Facility since [date removed]. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone who works here. They are so pleasant, and go out of their way to help you and your loved one. The communication between nursing staff and family members is excellent (my mother has some mild dementia, so I am very involved in her care and day to day living). She also has a wonderful roommate-I would recommend this as it is helpful with socialization and transition from living on your own to living in a personal care facility. There are lots of fun activities for all the residents, the dining rooms are very nice, and the residents have food choices for every meal. You can even get a meal ticket so you can eat with them. There is also a private dining room you can use for parties, and large rooms for gatherings, TV watching, reading, puzzles, etc. There is no other facility that can compare in terms of the care your loved one gets here!

The staff is pleasant, patient, and caring. They try to keep the residents active and engaged, through a variety of activities.

I visited several places before choosing Douglassville Keystone Villa (KV). KV stood out as the nicest facility with the best overall feel-and I especially liked the carpeted dining area. What truly sets KV apart is the friendly staff who know each resident personally, the wide variety of daily activities, and frequent outings to restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. They also host many family-inclusive events, and I enjoy joining in when I can. The only drawback is that continued residence isn't covered through Social Security or Medicare.

Immaculate. Employees CARES! Safety is paramount. Expensive.

All the help seem to know everything about the residents. No matter what you ask. And address any concern you have. I think they are really trying to make things better all the time!

Generally everything is good. I really the food. The staff are all great and want to do their best to help you. I would most certainly recommend it to anyone.

Heritage Green has been a wonderful experience the staff is joyful and uplifting. Very helpful with my medical needs. Meals here are very good and nutritious. And did I mention the entertainment they have bible studies, bingo, art and crafts a wonderful musicians and music.

Nice place to live feels like home. Great Staff. Community atmosphere. Clean bathrooms are very clean. Different activities on a daily basis. Staff very helpful. Life alert type system. Great place to live.

I would say a five in all categories. [name removed] thinks they could have some more diabetic oriented choices of food on the menu. Very friendly, helpful, The place is clean. Activities to participate in. We would definitely recommend Traditions of Hershey as a nice place to reside.

We were very reluctant to sell our home and move here But we needed more help than we had. We are in independent The admitting staff are so helpful. Can answer any questions??? The food is superb !!! The activities are many All kind of games. Puzzles. Movies. Socials church comes here. Transportation available Mon thru Friday. Physical therapy. Terrific Dining room staff usually high school students. Mostly great. But sometimes a little slow.

Heritage Green is a comfortable nice place to live. The staff is wonderful. They do everything they can do to make you happy. They have good entertainment, crafts and many things to do to keep you busy. Also have special events that are so nice.

I have lived here at the Villa for 10 years. From the start, it has been the best place for me at this time of my life. The people are friendly, The staff is caring and helpful. and we have numerous activities to choose from. I like my apartment too. I would recommend the Keystone Villa to anyone looking to downsize and simplify their life.

Keystone Villas has so much more than other assisted living centers! My mom is 93, and she has been happier! She has Independence, but assistance when needed. She has no worries about safety, nutrition, loneliness or isolation anymore. They have more life enriching amenities, and offer a more meaningful! Like style to all residents. And mostly, mom gets more personalized support from a fabulous caring staff.

The staff are all friendly and seem to care for the residents. They all exbibit patience with every situation.

I moved into Traditions 8 months ago. Prior to that move, I visited Independent Living facilities in Tucson, AZ and in Bethlehem. What separates Traditions from all the others is the friendliness-the staff, the servers, maintenance, etc. and everyone is happy! Residents included.

The staff was great. We had one issue with one staff member and the administration dealt with it quickly and everything was taken care of appropriately. The woman was just very rude and abrupt with our mom and with us after we had made a med request. Other than that the staff was very loving to her and to us as well! I would def recommend the facility

We are so pleased we made the move to Traditions from Harmony. The facility. The staff. All excellent. There's no comparison. This helps tremendously during a difficult time in our lives as our loved ones reach end of life.

I recently helped my uncle to relocate to Senior Commons at Powder Mill. It was the first place we toured and at the end of the tour he looked at me and said “we don’t need to look any farther this is where I want to be”. That pretty much sums it up. After two months of living there he is very happy with the decision we made. All the staff is very friendly and they make things as easy as possible for their residents. His apartment is a great size and has everything he could possible need. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place for a loved one.

Very nice facility, alot of activities for the residents. The staff, including Home Instead staff for Enhanced Care, are outstanding, very caring and quick to respond to questions or requests. Mom my has lived here over 5 years now and loves it. She is in Enhanced care.
