Very nice, well organized, good food good service staff was plentiful.

Thanksgiving meal was well organized plenty of time, food was hot and you got plenty of them lots of servers offering to help.

Food is terrific portions were big I couldn't finish it all! This was my first Thanksgiving and it went well. I was happy to have my family with me servers and staff is polite.

We toured The Crossings community with [removed name] and she was wonderful and very informative. All the staff and residents seemed really happy and vibrant. The rooms and amenities seem perfect for our family member and it is good that there are multiple levels of care and plenty of activity. People were smiling everywhere!

My new home is a sense of community. We are all here for one another wishing each other the belt. The activities are the best and plentiful something for everyone.

What was there about Senior Commons not to like? Bright, clean, cheerful, spacious and a very warm and caring atmosphere on the floor. I was given a very thorough tour by the marketing director who knew everyone’s name-staff and residents alike. Activity schedule and menu options sold me on the idea that mom would love it there!

My Mom has been a resident since [date removed]. It has been a wonderful experience for her. There are tons of daily activities and she has made several friends. The staff really seems to watch out for everyone and help new people join in and become a part of the community. I am so happy we chose Traditions. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a "place for Mom."

I recently toured this facility as a possible future home for my parents. The tour was very nice and [name removed] was so helpful! At this time, we feel that my parents are ready for an independent living facility, not assisted living at this time. Best Regards, [name removed]

What a WONDERFUL Home! A clean and picturesque campus. A friendly staff and group of happy residents enjoying the meals and conversation. Apartments start as a studio and up to two bedrooms, all with kitchens. Other amenities include activities for individuals and groups; read in a library or go out shopping or a meal with others and transportation is available. Prices include two meals a day and housekeeping service. Anyone can make an appointment for a tour and see for yourself.

They interact well with the residents. That was the single most important factor for us. It really impresses us.

The person we spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was helpful with giving us information on financial, medical and listening to our concerns. She introduced us to staff members on our tour. She showed us 2 different rooms. I appreciate being given a list of doctors who come into Keystone Villa to see the residents.

We initially chose Hidden Meadows on the Ridge, but they could no longer provide care for my father. We moved my father and stepmother to Traditions of Lansdale because they could accommodate both of them, and they had an apartment available for the two of them. Staff look out for residents and seem genuinely concerned with their health and wellbeing. My late father and stepmother were treated with kindness.

I watched the interaction between the staff and the residents and was impressed on how well they interacted. When I walked in the main entrance, the aroma of the meals made me hungry. The events coordinator also reminds and encourages the residents to get involved with the many daily activities.

Though we never moved Dad to Heritage Green Hanover as he was hospitalized and died last year, the staff we interacted with at Heritage Green was friendly and professional. I recommend the facility to others.

She seems to be getting really good care since we moved in 4 years ago. She never misses a beat with getting her meals lol and always talks about how friendly the staff are to her. She receives medicine four times a day and since she's been in there has never had a relapse with missing any of her prescriptions. The medical staff seemed to be on top of all her needs.

My father-in-law seems to be happy there. They had a meeting to let us know how he was doing. It is a little cheaper than where he was before. He's in the memory care unit-they make sure they are up dressed and out of the room. Everyone is very friendly and available to answer questions. We like that they have elevator codes to get to and off the memory care unit. Previous experience with my father, you had to wait for someone to let you in/out.

My mother (who is 97 years young) chose Keystone Villa IL in Douglassville PA. It's an affordable month-to-month lease. It offers some assistance if needed but still gives you a sense of independency. Your time schedule is your own as far as sleeping & activities. Included is brunch & dinner with many items to chose from. If you don't wish to dine in you can eat and/or cook in your apt. They have a free bottle bar happy hour with various entertainment three times a week. Housekeeping once a week & free do-it-yourself laundry or you can pay. You can come & go as you please, but they do ask you to check in & out for safety purposes. They also check to see if you're ok once a day. There's medical people on call. It's truly a beautiful place with caring people. I highly recommend Keystone Villa.

I give them all 5s, they are not perfect but my husband was hard to manage at first and they were willing to give him a chance. This was the third facility he had been in.

The staff are wonderful! They are very attentive, and I can always depend on them for whatever I need. I have enjoyed all the activities such as the card games, painting, drawing and Bingo. I also like the fact that I can have physical therapy and occupational therapy in my apartment.

My dad has had such a great experience at Senior Commons. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly care about the residents. The place is clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I have total peace of mind knowing he’s safe, happy, and well cared for. Highly recommend.
