As the need to transition from independent living to personal care arose, the staff was quick to respond, with sensitivity and expertise. All of our loved ones' needs are being met with patience and compassion.

I can't say anything bad about Manor at Market Square. I like the location because I am close to the hospital in case. I have always kept to myself and I like having my down time. My private studio apartment is perfect for me. I like to walk the hallways for my exercise. I like knowing the staff are there to help me if I need it.

I find the staff very good and friendly. They do their job well and efficient. The place is very clean. I find the transportation service to the doctors office very helpful. I have a private studio apartment and the size is great for me. I am by the elevator and don't hear noise at all. I brought some things from my house to make my apartment feel like home which it does. I enjoy the other resident here.

I have been a resident here for over a year. Traditions of Hanover stood out to me because everything was well kept and was comfortable. I have made a lot of great friends and my tablemates at meals have become my family.

I want to share our past 2 months. We had a very unpleasant experience, so I went on a crusade to locate a more professional environment. Where genuine effects are made to resolve medical and financial problems. Where they would care for the residents with love, kindness and noticeable care. I found it! A place where you feel belong. At the end of my tour. I received a hug! I instantly know the Villa was the answer. I am a listener not a talker. As I walked the corridors what I heard was amazing! As the residents staff members floor workers, maintenance cooks etc. they greet one another and they are happy genuine in the responses. My husband is now receiving the care he has needed. He is recovering!

We moved my mother-in-law in last year. We couldn't be happier with the facilities and the staff. The rooms are very nice and spacious, there are lots of activities the residents can participate in, and the special occasion and holiday programs the staff puts together are wonderful. My mother-in-law has a much better quality of life now since moving in, she is making friends, plays cards and bingo, and occasionally feels adventurous enough to venture out on her own on her scooter to Wegmans. She now has a busier social life than we do! The staff is wonderful. [name removed] went out of her way to accommodate an after-hours visit for us. An apartment had just become available, and we had to make a quick decision. [name removed] has been wonderful in listening to and addressing our concerns, and [name removed] consistently goes above and beyond! I'm sure I'm leaving some individuals and details out, but I just can't say enough good things about Traditions!

Keystone Villa at Douglassville has far exceeded my expectations. The management team is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food selection is of good quality & choices are available for all meals. Professional entertainment is provided frequently and is of very high quality. There are many physical and craft activities to appeal to every resident. Religious activities are provided for those who wish to participate. The residents are friendly and seem to be morally strong. The facility is well maintained and clean. I am most impressed with the entire staff who are consistently friendly and always helpful. My apartment is very nice and kept clean by the Villa staff. I would happily recommend Keystone to any senior wants to continue a vibrant life style in an exceptionally pleasant environment.

My overall experience has been excellent! I love the staff and how they constantly try to improve their service and food. It encourages the family atmosphere. Met a lot of friends here and people support one another.

I had a need to downsize due to medical concerns. Decided on Keystone Villa IL for numerous reasons. Location was key. Month to month rent rather than a buy-in situation. What they had to offer was a plus. Made the best decision for me. The Villa provides a sense of security. Staff are a caring, helpful group of people with all your needs in mind. There are opportunities you can participate in as much or as little of the activities. You can take day trips on the van. Can use car or van for doctor appts. if you are unable to drive. You can volunteer assisting young and old here or in the community at large. You can help in the garden and grounds as well. There are villa and resident run activities (crafts, games, music to name a few). There is onsite hairdresser, mini gym, rehab services, various doctors come in for care, movie theatre. Food choices are good/great(2 meals). Many friends can be made. Old friends pop up too. Every day something is happening. Not enough space to say more

Everyone was very welcoming and there was just a friendly air about the place. It was a very clean facility with daily maintenance and cleaning of my mom's room as well as the other areas. My mom was at Heritage Green for only 3 weeks but all the staff were very professional , helpful, and caring in their interactions with my mom and my husband and me.

All positive experiences. So happy mom is there. I would absolutely recommend Senior Commons to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

You are immediately welcomed by happy staff with smiles on their faces. It is a very comforting and safe place to be living alone. There is always somebody to answer your question about anything that is on your mind. The staff are extraordinary. Activities are wonderful and avaliable are wonderful and avaliable almost anytime you want. You will not be disappointed living here.

Everything is taken care of for me. Wonderful meal and great activities. It is a very safe place for me to live. The workers here are extra special. I love every single one. The workers are all very friendly and always there for me. It is a great place to live I am happier living here than living alone.

I am so happy my mom chose keystone villa independent living as her new home! everyone is so welcoming and pleasant! they truly make you feel like part of their family. I have to mention a few of the staff who make her stay not only enjoyable and relaxing, but safe and secure as well. [name removed], the executive director, [name removed], the business manager, [name removed], resident life, [name removed], dining services, [name removed], activities director, [name removed]who supervises the activities, [name removed], marketing, [name removed], maintenance, [name removed]and [name removed], receptionists who meet and greet everyone at their front desk post, [name removed], and her housekeeping staff who keep the residents rooms clean and fresh. Overall, Keystone Villa is a dynamic place to live! Good food, fun activities, happy hours, music , movies , and more, all in an environment surrounded by beautiful people and wonderful seniors.

The staff is overall very good and caring. The room is good and clean. The facility is well kept. Communication between staff can be lacking. Extremely friendly environment that is well intentioned.

Staff is genuinely courteous & professional. Questions/requests are addressed competently and with genuine concern. Food-wise, there are always a few occasions where it's less than stellar, but that does happen when preparing meals for a sizable number of people. The culinary staff is quite attentive, keeping things acceptably organized and clean. The maintenance staff is also professionally attentive and knowledgeable in the procedures needed to efficiently accomplish their tasks. Activities-wise, information regarding the day's happenings is presented in printed form, both on the specific day and on a monthly chart. There is usually enough to do over a variety of interests. There is also a small library with books covering a variety of reading preferences.

Crossroads of Bon Air was a very nice place, attentive especially if family is visible and active. We were only at [name removed] for 2 weeks and it wasn't bad. Crossroad was slightly more home like.

The staff were courteous and professional. The facility had many enjoyable activities and kept my mother busy! She loved the home cooked meals!!

I think it is a very good experience. I love the open-door policy of the staff, the quick follow-up, and housekeeping staff. The only thing I don't like is having to sign in and out when leaving from the ground level where our apartment is located.

I would recommend Traditions of Hanover because it was everything I was looking for. The room, the meals, and also because the location was close to my family. I have been a resident here for over a year.
