5 for all categories. Friendly staff, well manned, informative when issues happen. Facilities are clean and they offer a very helpful selection of services. They feed them well and are flexible with dinning hours. Occasionally I have gotten my dad back late. They still prepared a meal for him.

Beautiful place! Friendly staff! My mom was in a studio apt which was a perfect size for her and had everything she needed in it. I can't speak for the other apartment types because I never saw them.

A much newer place and clean and a welcoming atmosphere. is what stuck out over other places.

I can not say enough about Keystone Villa at Douglassville suffering from dementia is freighting for the person and their family. I am comfortable with my mom living at Keystone. Everyone is friendly, caring. and compassionate. She is receiving wonderful care. When I walked into her room and a staff person is hugging her. melt my heart and I know she is in good hands I feel like part of their family when I visit her. The community is well-managed and clean. There are lots of activities throughout the day. Thank you Keystone!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They take very good care of Dad! Lots of group activities, music and games to participate in. Shopping trips & country rides to enjoy.

I have lived at Chestnut Knoll for over 4 years now. The staff have become my family. I eat like a queen. I used to do all the activities, but now I get tired so I only do some. I am happy to be here.

It's worth paying for. I'm happy here!

Excellent feels like home.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always speaking to the residents and checking on them. The facility is always very clean. Makes you feel like you are staying in an upscale hotel. I like the fact they have a "check-in" button that the residents (in independent living) have to push every morning. If they don't check in the staff is calling them or going g up to their rooms to check on them. My dad and other residents have said the food is not good. That is the only thing he really complains about. I know it is hard to cook for such a large diverse group, but they need to do better with it.

In my length of time I have been very impressed. I have been to other places and this is so far the best I have been to. They have lots of activities and things to do. I can't think of anything negative to say.

Its great the only complaint I have is sometimes getting meds take a little bit in the morning. Everything else is great. Staff and meals are great care team are amazing I really like it here. They allow me to be me!

The staff at this adult community are friendly and respectful to the residents. They are always polite and ready to help in every situation. The facility is clean and smells clean. The dining room is welcoming and the food choices are excellent compared to many other adult care communities. The “pub” is a popular gathering spot every afternoon where the residents can visit, have a snack and their choice of adult beverages. I really like this place.

My mom he's been at Birches over 5 years. Since her stroke she he's limited mobility. The staff Birches is absolutely wonderful with he care. Everyone is overly is ready to help.

Traditions staff is very engaged with residents and family. Dining services and food are very, very good. Relationship with Home Instead is very strong and very helpful to residents and family. Very different from previous facility. Both my parents are very happy at Traditions. One last thought, pricing at Traditions was $[removed] less than previous facility. So, it is a much better value for fixed income seniors.

The Birches is a wonderful community. The staff at The Birches goes above and beyond to care for your loved one. I am grateful for all of them. It makes me happy to know my mom is in their care. She is very happy to be here. They visit her and sit with her daily.

Lots of activities and a great staff. Would absolutely recommend Manor at Market Square to anyone looking for a friendly, safe, and well-kept environment for their lived ones. You can breathe easily, knowing they are well taken care of.

We brought my father to a Mardi Gras event with live music, decoration, and fasnachts! He loved it.
