Mom liked location of room. Staff very friendly. Office people help whenever a problem comes up.

The best part was how the [name removed] baseball team came and not only danced but interacted with everyone. The staff was amazing and the band was excellent the food was delicious and the final touch of the flower was a sweet ending.

I thought the dance was exceptional and heart warming to see these young men with such amazing kindness and dignity to all of the ladies and gentlemen. Pleased to share time, very gracious to spend time and honored to be with us. Transported me back in the time I praise the staff for no awkward moments.

I enjoyed the music very much. And the food, it was very unique. And I enjoyed the kissing booth! One of the nicest events we have had here.

There were 3 people who got who and interacted with [name removed] guys who normally don't. There wasn't anyone I didn't see smile all day. Of course I danced. The decorations made the party-the light, the heart, very festive. The young men felt as equal to us as we did to them.

Keystone Villa Fleetwood is staffed with kind and caring personnel. The residents are always addressed by name, treated with respect and staff members go above and beyond to offer assistance , engage a resident in conversation or inquire how the day is going. There is a welcoming , family oriented atmosphere that supports not only the resident but also residents’ family members. What I have come to appreciate very much are the many efforts made to provide enrichment like regular scheduled programming which creates a comforting routine, arts and crafts classes, musical performances and intergenerational gatherings with area children and young adults. My mother especially enjoyed a recent Valentines Day dance that included an area college men’s baseball team visiting to spread smiles and Valentines greetings . The enrichment programming is diverse taking into consideration different cognitive or physical challenges. Keystone Villa Fleetwood has been the right choice for us.

The aides are very good. There are a lot of good people working here and take very good care of me. Everyone is very pleasant. The therapists are excellent.

Fantastic. All the staff here at the Birches my care. Everyone is helpful and kind always around care time. When I have my showers someone there cleanliness. My room is always washed and vacuumed meals. A big improvement from 6 mo ago fresh.

We loved this place from the first time we stepped inside. The faculty and staff are always smiling and friendly. The residents are full of smiles and willingly boast about the place. The front desk people called me the second they noticed something was "off" with my dad to let me know. They also respond quickly to emails and phone calls so the customer service is great. The place is clean and doesn't smell like yucky food like some of these type facilities tend to do. I can't say enough good things!

I really like it here. The staff are kind generous and friendly. They feel like close friends and I appreciate it. Wonderful feeling.

We were deciding where my MIL would reside. We toured Keystone Villa. It is a beautiful facility and the staff were knowledgeable and very welcoming. I would recommend anyone looking for a kind environment with attention to details, take a tour and see this amazing facility.

Very nice facility, well appointed and well taken care of. My mother was in independent living. However when I wanted to move her to assisted living they felt they couldn't accommodate her due to the steps.

It was my choice to live in a situation such as this. I wanted to be around people like. 5 stars! The food is good. Staff good. Everyone is so land!

Staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room size is good for single occupancy. After 1 year, we are still happy with our choice.

I live here at Heritage Green and I love it. These folks treat me like family and help with all my needs. Sometimes I need help due to my aches and pains and they help me. The food is good and there’s always something fun going on here. I’ve made lots of friends.

My mother has gone through a lot of changes in the last few years. She started at Keystone with my father after covid because they were too sick to take care of each other and keep track of their meds. My father loved the activities. He especially enjoyed lifting weights in their exercise room, doing puzzles with other residents and playing bingo. When they recovered and were able to move to independent living, Keystone Villa helped make the move. Then my father developed cancer and we needed extra help which they accommodated in his last days. The staff was so caring. Coming to visit and bringing care baskets for family. Now once again, Keystone has helped my mother into her own studio after the passing of my father. The staff has always been quick to respond to our questions and needs. My mother is diabetic and wishes the meals were diabetic friendly. She needs to be mindful in what she selects. Is it perfect there? No place ever is but she feels content and is taken care of.

Living here at Traditions of Hanover is working out very well for my wife and I. We are pleased! Our apartment here is very comfortable. The staff at Traditions of Hanover is attentive and the food that we are served is quite good.

We are very happy with our choice. My mom is well taken care of. That is most important. Everyone is very nice to work with. Her apartment is very nice with large windows. The whole place is very clean.

Both my parents have been residing at Keystone Villa for the past few years and I must say it has been a pleasant experience for all of us. I live over 700 miles away and cannot devote the time to take care of my parents like I would like to. I rest easy knowing that the professionals at Keystone Villa are taking care of their needs and desires.

Attended The Birches Holiday Gala on Friday with family and what an enjoyable evening it was. The staff at the community went all out to ensure that everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks so much! Great community and staff!
