I've been here 3 1/2 yrs and in that time I had one alteration with an aide about bed making. (no longer here) I know its hard to satisfy everybody but Harvest Green trys to.

Great place to live

Heritage Green is a wonderful community with caring staff! There is a sense of joy and caring that you feel when you walk through the doors. The residents are top priority.

My experience with Heritage Green has been great. They go above and beyond on helping me and my dad. They answer all my questions that I have. The staff is understanding of me and my dad.

My mother has been at Heritage Green for 3 months now. Our experience so far has been excellent. The staff here is caring and attentive, going the extra mile to meet mom's needs. I highly recommend this facility.

The staff are so nice and helpful. If I or anyone else have needs they are met.

Heritage Green is a very friendly and very clean place. Everyone is very nice. They have treated my mother very well. The food us very good! They keep the residents busy.

The give my mother received was like being part of the family. The staff makes you feel at east and always explained but what was going on with my mother. I would recommend HG to anyone who wants/needs a place for their parent to go to.

Mom and dad have been residing at Senior Commons at Powder Mill for over six months and the experience has been very positive. They both enjoy being there and feel at home. The staff is courteous, friendly, caring and helpful. Highly recommended!

My 87 year old grandmother recently moved in to Senior Commons at Powder Mill. She loves her new little "apartment". The staff at Senior Commons have been so helpful for us. They were patient and kind as we navigated getting my grandmother into her new home.

Our first tour of Senior Commons was very welcoming, and informative. We were greeted by a chalkboard sign on the patio with our names which was a nice touch. Our mom felt immediately welcomed, and it became easy for her to decide to become a resident. She has been there for over a year now, and appears to be satisfied with most everything, although she tends to complain at times about the food. She is active with bingo, crafts, and group events. The staff is always professional, helpful, and friendly.

With my mother approaching 97, it was time to move to an assisted living facility. After visiting many facilities, we selected Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. My mother has been there for over 30 days now. My mother & I agree this has been a very good decision. The staff has been excellent, answering our many questions prior to moving in and supporting my mother during her transition. Staff visited my mother’s home several times. Observing the interaction between staff and residents indicates the relationship is very relaxed and comfortable. Residents are very friendly and my mother has already found a buddy to take daily walks. After many tours of the facility, I have concluded the facility is in very good condition and is well maintained. Although not a foodie, my mother reports the food is very good and loves the desserts. In conclusion, we consider Keystone Villa to have been a very good decision and recommend it to anyone looking for quality assisted living facility.

Dad has been a resident in personal care at Keystone Villa at Fleetwood for one week now. He said it was a “great decision” to come here! We both were greeted with warm welcomes from everyone and his suite is beautiful. The staff has been extremely supportive and helpful with the transition from home into assisted living. Each staff member dad has interacted with has been taking time to get to know his likes & dislikes. They have also encouraged him to take advantage of the activities and outings available at KVAF. I feel very comfortable leaving dad in the care of the staff since I live out of state. My sincerest appreciation to the staff at KVAF.

I have been through a lot in my life and I am glad to be somewhere I can finally relax with my cat Trixie. All of the staff here are too good to me.

I was having a hard time at home and now I can enjoy things. I really enjoy our live entertainment every week. I am happy I moved to manor at Market Square.

I really enjoy our shopping and lunch trips out on the bus. It is so fun to go shopping with my friends. Everyone does a great job.

I am glad I moved to Manor at Market Square. I am very comfortable here. It was a great option for my family and me.

Staff is wonderful. Gets to know the residents and makes them feel welcome. Attentive to physical, emotional and mental needs. I would most definitely recommend them to others looking!

I put my husband in the Birches when I could no longer care for him at home. I experienced first hand other skilled care communities where the hospital sent my husband to rehabilitate. He found them depressing and I found them lacking. On the other hand upon walking into the Birches you get a whole different feeling. In fact after my husband was there he said to me "When are we checking out?". He thought we were at a hotel. The staff did their best and there were two workers who my husband and I liked VERY much. The activities were wonderful and we enjoyed them together. Musicians and singers were brought in and parties planned so we never felt like we were missing out on holidays. The activities director was VERY caring and would get my husband and take him to an activity when I wasn't there to do so. The price was much less than other facilities also.
