The Birches of Harleysville has such a caring and empathetic staff. I started working with [name removed] at the very onset of my mother needing additional care. Even though mom didn't live there for almost a year after our family started inquiring about their facility, the staff continued to stay in touch and answer any questions we had during our journey. When mom became a resident there, she immediately became part of their family and we were blessed to have such a caring staff. We visited as much as we wanted and were thankful that mom had the care she needed and deserved.

My friend has been in Memory Care for 7 years. She has been treated with respect. The staff seems to care about the residents. They even hug us!

When entering CK, you are greeted by caring staff members. Touring CK, you get to see how clean housekeeping keeps it. When it's time to eat, dining at CK is an experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full calendar of activities plus Fox rehab.

The staff at the Birches is compassionate and friendly towards my mom in the memory care unit. They meet mom 'Where she is" each day. If she doesn't won't to change into clothes, they encourage her but never force her to get dressed. It may take 3-4 time before she agrees.

I highly recommend Traditions of Lansdale Everyone there has been very kind and helpful in all sorts of ways. I had an operation and has been home to recoup and meanwhile we had to get my husband into their care. Anything that had to be done they stepped up and made it happen My heart and thanks goes out to them there but a special shout out to [name removed] for going over and beyond. Believe me you’ll not be disappointed to let them take care of your loved ones

The staff at The Birches in Newton is kind and caring. Residents in the Memory Care but are treated with dignity and respect. The facility is clean and cheerful. One really can feel at home here.

I did a tour a few years ago after my husband passed. Because the location was right for me, I put my name on a waiting list. I could move in at my convenience.

The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for their residents. My father has always been well taken care of here, even with his dementia. I highly recommend to anyone who is seeking care for their elder family member(s).

We love Chrstnut Knoll! The facility is well-maintained, clean, and attractive. Employees are professional, caring, and happy! The residents are all happy and appear to be cared for. Far from being depressing, Chestnut Knoll is uplifting, to residents and guests alike, and has exceeded our hopes in every way.

Everyone at Chestnut Knoll knows the residents and their visitors. Out of several places we toured or lived in, this is the one that feels like family. The caregivers really seem to care about the residents. I feel comfortable having my spouse there because they can care for him better than I can.

Very happy overall. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Easy to get info and updates from management. The facility is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone says "hello" and are willing to take time for conversations. From what I have seen, care quality is very good. Have had no complaints at all from my Mother The staff has hung pictures for her and reset TV remotes when she scrambles to programming. Good with checking on her if she is late for a meal, etc. Good variety of food at meals and will accommodate a special diet or request. They will even deliver to apt if she doesn't want to go to a particular meal. I have had a meal there (as a guest) and the food is good. Daily activities and trips that cam be signed up for as well as scheduled activities in the facility to keep busy with. My mother likes to attend mass services on Wednesdays. Value is good for the amount of attention and care that she receives.

Our mother spent 5 great years at Traditions. We felt relaxed knowing she was in a safe and welcoming environment, surrounded by caring staff and new friends. Her apartment became her new home, and she was proud to give a tour to all who visited her. Mom adapted quickly to the new routine with the help of a "buddy" who helped her navigate the building. Everyone pitched in to make sure she felt comfortable. She especially enjoyed all the musical events and happenings that often had her clapping, singing along or even dancing with the staff. I really like it here. I have my friends. I feel safe. The food is good. I really like the activities I go to all of the activities. The crafts are my favorite.

The staff is the greatest! The place is homey, and I am very happy here. There's always something to do. I have lived here 8 years so far and when I moved in, I was planning to come temporarily but as you can see, I must like it very much!
