The staff at the Birches is compassionate and friendly towards my mom in the memory care unit. They meet mom 'Where she is" each day. If she doesn't won't to change into clothes, they encourage her but never force her to get dressed. It may take 3-4 time before she agrees.

I highly recommend Traditions of Lansdale Everyone there has been very kind and helpful in all sorts of ways. I had an operation and has been home to recoup and meanwhile we had to get my husband into their care. Anything that had to be done they stepped up and made it happen My heart and thanks goes out to them there but a special shout out to [name removed] for going over and beyond. Believe me you’ll not be disappointed to let them take care of your loved ones

The staff at The Birches in Newton is kind and caring. Residents in the Memory Care but are treated with dignity and respect. The facility is clean and cheerful. One really can feel at home here.

I did a tour a few years ago after my husband passed. Because the location was right for me, I put my name on a waiting list. I could move in at my convenience.

The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for their residents. My father has always been well taken care of here, even with his dementia. I highly recommend to anyone who is seeking care for their elder family member(s).

We love Chrstnut Knoll! The facility is well-maintained, clean, and attractive. Employees are professional, caring, and happy! The residents are all happy and appear to be cared for. Far from being depressing, Chestnut Knoll is uplifting, to residents and guests alike, and has exceeded our hopes in every way.

Everyone at Chestnut Knoll knows the residents and their visitors. Out of several places we toured or lived in, this is the one that feels like family. The caregivers really seem to care about the residents. I feel comfortable having my spouse there because they can care for him better than I can.

Very happy overall. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Easy to get info and updates from management. The facility is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone says "hello" and are willing to take time for conversations. From what I have seen, care quality is very good. Have had no complaints at all from my Mother The staff has hung pictures for her and reset TV remotes when she scrambles to programming. Good with checking on her if she is late for a meal, etc. Good variety of food at meals and will accommodate a special diet or request. They will even deliver to apt if she doesn't want to go to a particular meal. I have had a meal there (as a guest) and the food is good. Daily activities and trips that cam be signed up for as well as scheduled activities in the facility to keep busy with. My mother likes to attend mass services on Wednesdays. Value is good for the amount of attention and care that she receives.

Our mother spent 5 great years at Traditions. We felt relaxed knowing she was in a safe and welcoming environment, surrounded by caring staff and new friends. Her apartment became her new home, and she was proud to give a tour to all who visited her. Mom adapted quickly to the new routine with the help of a "buddy" who helped her navigate the building. Everyone pitched in to make sure she felt comfortable. She especially enjoyed all the musical events and happenings that often had her clapping, singing along or even dancing with the staff. I really like it here. I have my friends. I feel safe. The food is good. I really like the activities I go to all of the activities. The crafts are my favorite.

The staff is the greatest! The place is homey, and I am very happy here. There's always something to do. I have lived here 8 years so far and when I moved in, I was planning to come temporarily but as you can see, I must like it very much!

If you are looking for a place for yourself and/or your husband when you reach the age of saying "I cannot do it anymore", Traditions of Hanover is the perfect place to go! From the top of the staff to the bottom, plus the residents, are the most friendly, compassionate people there are.

I like it here. I like the crafts and entertainment. The food and service are good. The people are friendly and nice. I go for walks every day and do the PT they have here. Everything I need is right here.

My GRANDFATHER HAS BEEN A RESIDENT AT THE BIRCHES. SINCE MAY 2023, MOVING FROM ANOTHER LOCAL COMMUNITY AFTER BEING UNHAPPY, THE BIRCHES MAY HAVE A WAIT LIST AT TIMES TO MOVE IN, BUT IT'S WORTH THE WAIT. My GRANDFATHER IS SO MUCH HAPPIER HERE!

This is my opinion of Keystone Villa Douglassville Pa. Unbelievabley awesome. My journey stared [date removed] when i fell and had to have surgery. Unable to return home the nightmare started. I went to a LTC faclity for rehab. My time there was aprox 4-5 weeks. Being NWB I had to think where to go next due to still not being able to go home. My family checked out the Villa. My spirits were down and being only 64 years old not ready for my life to change to this. Being a nurse since 1978 and all most the last 35 yrs I was in LTC. From the minute I was wheeled in the front door I was greeted from the staff as if I was a family memeber who just returned home from vaction. It took me back to when I graduated from school and the medical professionals loved there job and had alot of caring and compassion. Threw the years the medical professions have changed and now its just a job to alot of people. The staff here is different. If they dont like it here or their job, they hide it well. There was not one staff member that I was in contact with that did not address me the minute they saw me and ask how i was doing and did I need anything. Even giving you encouragement when struggling to do things. When I say all staff I mean it's Not just the therapies, nurseing or activities but also dietarty, maintance, housekeeping, receptionist, office staff and also administration. All departments work side by side. The home like setting is truely that. We all no staffing can be a problem in any bussiness but here everyone I had the pleasure of meeting was a regular staff not agency, management was there and did jump right in when needed. Helping with passing meds, any care and taking residents to activities or to dinning room. All I can say is that my needs and concerns were all met. My mood improved there because they worked with me. Therapies spoke to me and we game planned together so I could manage at home. It was great to be here because it was like being at home. All my friends and family that came to visit also were impressed with the greeting they got when they entered the building. That old saying is true, you only have one chance to make a first impression. Everyone wants to stay in there homes, but i think I could make this a permiment place if needed in the future.
