Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. The food is good. The programs that are put on are great. I stop by to see the director every day and he gives me candy. If you have to be someplace, this place is a great one to be!

It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. Seems like walking into a upscale hotel.

My mother-in-law moved into Keystone Villa in Ephrata approximately two months ago. She couldn't be happier! Her apartment is spacious, the staff are very friendly and the food is very good. She tells us every time we talk to her how happy she is in her new home! I would highly recommend this facility!

Now that mom is here for a couple of weeks she tells everybody how much she loves it here. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Foods not bad either. ?? We started working with Hospice as an add on care. Hospice told us they work well with them.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Birches at Newtown and the overall experience was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff was excellent in my loved one's care. I would recommend The Birches at Newtown to others.

We were so impressed with this facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents came up to us to tell us that they were very happy living here, that was the main reason we decided to go with this facility. We were given a meal when we were there and very pleased with the flavor. You never go in for a visit that you don't see a staff member and if the need arises, they are right there to help. I would highly recommend this facility.

I feel at home in my apartment here. I have an attendant who is knowledgeable, caring & selfless who makes me comfortable and safe in my hope. She's a triple AAA employee!

My Dad recently moved into Traditions of Hershey. From the start, I was very impressed with the staff as well as the environment ("the vibe"). My Dad frequently tells me to tell me how happy he is there.

We recently moved my father and stepmother from another nearby assisted living community to Traditions of Lansdale. The staff at Traditions have been wonderful to work with, and they all have been doing their best to make this a smooth transition. They have been dealing with all of the challenges we have been facing with professionalism, positivity, courtesy, and kindness. We could not have asked for a better community to care for our family.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They make the residents feel comfortable and engage them in a variety of activities. Can't say enough good things about the staff. I was told that the food quality has fallen in the recent weeks.

My Mom visited Traditions when it first opened when she was much younger. She always told us "Someday, when it is time to leave my home, I wish to go to Traditions". When it did become time for my Mom to leave her home of 40 years, I knew the only place she would be happy would be Traditions because she pickled in so many years ago. What I didn't know, was just how right she would be. We have found the environment at Traditions to be very warm and home-like. There is a multitude of activities, games, and entertainment for the residents to make sure they are active. From Bingo, card games, exercise classes, and movies to religious services and outside excursions; there is something for everyone. While the environment and activities are wonderful, the staff is truly amazing and caring. You can see how they treat every resident as if they were family, and often go above a beyond their actual job description to help and truly care about each person who chooses to live there.

[name removed] and her staff did a great job caring for my uncle in the memory care unit. He was there for only a few weeks before he passed. The facility was clean and the staff was pleasant. He ended up in hospice and the coordination of teams was good.

In the last 18 months, my brother and sister-in-law have lived in the memory unit at the Birches. The staff has been helpful and sensitive to their needs. My only challenge at time has been to keep track of their clothing following laundry on the premises. I understand this is a problem in many communities. But I am indeed grateful that we found the Birches for my brother and sister-in-law. I am so grateful that we found the Birches.

It’s been a year since I came home to Traditions of Hanover. I came home to beautiful scenery, indoors and out. Home to choices - I can hang out on the porch, in the fireplace lounge or my own roomy, accessible one-bedroom apartment. I can choose all or none of the 30+ activities each week (especially enjoying word games, fitness class and Bible study.) I can choose from the tasty meals in the dining room which are generous and provide multiple options, or I can choose to cook in my full kitchen. That’s wonderful, but the best part of Traditions of Hanover is that it is a community formed like an extended family. A compassionate staff from the executive director to the youngest teenagers are servants and servant leaders. Residents with diverse interests encourage me and invite me into their lives. There is a culture of caring and respect. Everyone I first met welcomed me, and told me that I would love it here. After a year, I can tell you, I love being home at Traditions of Hanover.

Mom says often that she is happy there. She raves about the food.The director, is an exemplary leader for her staff who are polite and helpful. And [name removed], is available to us, and other familie's of residents. We are so thankful mom has the care and kindness HG offers!

I am a resident in IL since June 2023. I made a hard decision to leave my home of 48 yrs when it became clear I could no longer care for it nor was it safe, since I had fallen several times. The decision to come to Traditions was easy. My parents lived here 2010 for 3 yrs so I was familiar. I am truly a legacy. Fate had it the day I came to tour, my parents room opened up so I was able to move into the same room and could hear my Mom say welcome home. The last 10 months I have truly felt like I was home. It has been an adjustment but life is so much easier and fun here. I am on peritoneal dialysis and there is no problem with my supply deliveries. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly . Every day there are activites and no more cooking or cleaning. There is transportation for dr appts, shopping and restaurants and everything is included. I will end by saying this was defiantly the best decision i could have made! I truly feel safe and happy here.

Staff is so friendly. You walk down the halls and everyone knows the residents by name and always says hi. Nurses are helpful and easy to talk to . Everyone there is just so friendly and helpful.

My parents moved on [date removed] after living in their home of 54 yrs. They were miserable for the first few days. But the staff and residents at Traditions made them feel welcome and at home within a week. They are so happy now that they made the move. And they both love the food there! Mom’s so happy she now longer has to cook and is able to do laundry in her apartment. Their good spirits lift my heart as well. While it was a tough decision for me to make them leave their home, I know I made the correct choice in a senior living facility. I also thank my rep from A Place For Mom for the outstanding customer service he provided me. My parents shot down the idea of moving for months. But he kept persevering and helped me get them to their happy place at Traditions!

Look no further than Traditions. I've seen them all, from undersized apartments to no kitchens to paying for the extra services. Traditions have been here a long time and is well-established, friendly, and accommodating. For me, the best part is no more cooking. The food is great.
