So to make a long story short, I had to move my mom from a sunrise. We were very happy there, but the money was gone very fast. I had to find another place for her. I called a place for mom, they gave me 5 places. I went to visit all 5 places. Traditions of Lansdale was beautiful, clean. Wonderful staff. I expected that it would take her months to acclimate, It did not. The first day she made friends with 2 of the women at her dining table. She loves the pt, loves the staff, she even likes the food. I highly recommend Traditions of Lansdale for anyone who may need 24/ 7 care. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] for your help, and for making her feel like she's home.

MY experience was bery overwhelming. Staff was always friendly. Average clean place. Care service is great. Meals are very good. Best activities. You get the value for the cost. Overall great!!!

They keep me informed of changes in my cousins status, situations in the facility, they encourage her to participate in activities and offer suggestions for improving her care. The facility is always clean. There is a variety of food offering and having eaten there with my cousin the food is good. The staff are friendly and professional.

My mom was a resident at Traditions for about 4 years..two in independent living and two in personal care. The caregivers, employees, management are all exceptional. The care they gave my mom was wonderful! Everyone became a second family to us and we are so very grateful for the love they gave my mom.

The admissions staff was great, finding a place and working with them was so easy. Nursing staff were so good, my father had an apartment when he was there so he did not have "daily" nursing services. Housekeeping and laundry were quick and efficient and kept same hours every week. Moving in was easy, elevators and have hand trucks etc to move in. Keystone also will have staff let you in, if needed. Food was ok, I think my father is pretty picky but he would have liked more variety but what was made was very good. Hard to make different things for everyone, but besides meals they had a sandwich/ soup option that was available. My father loved it there at keystone, but his health just deteriorated too quickly. I would highly recommend this facility.

The staff is always helpful and keeps us informed. Fox Therapy has people dedicated to working with residents. There's a doctor as well as a podiatrist and hair stylist all associated with the facility and their services are available without your loved one having to leave the building. If a trip to an outside healthcare provider is necessary, the facility has a bus that can take them. If needed, Chestnut Knoll at Home can provide a person to ride on the bus with your loved one. There are also rooms that can be reserved for private gatherings such as Christmas or birthday events.

We moved my father into the memory care unit a little over a year ago. They took very good care of him until he passed the Saturday after Thanksgiving. In March/April it had become clear that my Mom was not going to be able to remain at home alone, and she moved into the Assisted Living wing. Mom liked the AL and settled there, but in the fall she caught COVID for the first time, which exacerbated her dementia. At the staff's recommendation, we moved her into Memory Care. She couldn't move in with Dad because by then he was mostly uncommunicative, so she went to a different wing. She's done very well there and has settled in. The place is quite clean and the staff friendly and caring. The food is excellent, and whenever we've visited the residents are all up and dressed, clean and groomed. I would highly recommend it.

[name removed] is great. Always helpful and kind. [name removed] in activities is also great. [name removed] always ready to help me with questions I have. Also [name removed] she is great also willing to help listen and get me what I need.

The staff are all very nice and communicative. I would recommend this facility to others.

My experience with the community has been great and people are nice to very professional the places clean the workers there love what to do for a living you can tell I would recommend Heritage green to anybody. We picked this community because of the atmosphere & affordability.

I'm a muralist who had the chance to work in their memory care unit for almost a month. I witnessed several staff members' relationships to the residents over the course of different shifts and holiday events. All I can say is it seemed the employees truly cared about the residents. They seemed engaged in their stories, always willing to accommodate their needs, and deesculate any panic the memory loss may have been causing. I even heard one employee tell me he "loves his job there, it's never the same from day to day." On the other end I spoke with several residents, and made friends with one in particular that told me she was "proud the facility was investing in the arts to give everyone who lives there something to look forward to." In addition, I often saw the staff organizing things for the residents to do involving music, movement, and even getting out of the facility on trips. Loved ones suffering memory loss can be scary, it seems they are in good hands at this facility.

I would give Senior Commons at Powder Mill a 5 in all categories. They are taking very good care of my mom thus far. 1. The price is reasonable for enhanced memory care at $[removed]per month. 2. The facility, having been refurbished, looks new on the inside and is clean. 3. The facility appears to be well-staffed and the care is very good. 4. I've eaten lunch with my mom twice there and the food is very good. Housekeeping and laundry service is very good. 6. The administrative staff seems to be very caring and flexible.

Chancellors was the place that made dad feel most comfortable and welcome. I would recommend to others.

Our experience was super. We chose the place because of the availability and what they could offer for care and services. We liked that the place was very clean and well taken care of. The staff were all extremely friendly and more than helpful. Period. Our experience even with the drivers was wonderful. They truly seem to enjoy their job as well. Everyone was very accommodating.

From the kitchen, to facilities housekeeping, to front desk and administrative staff, everyone has been so helpful and kind. Supportive in engaging Mom in activities and events allowing her to experience Traditions prior to lease signing. Great responsiveness during move in and settling in..

I would definitely recommend Traditions. The feeling of warmth and friendliness can be "felt ", at least for me, the minute I walked into the lobby. Everyone was very patient with me and answered all my questions.

I visited 5 different facilities in my search for the right place for me. Everyone on the staff with whom I interacted, seemed focused. They were knowledgeable about their facility, they were interested in what I felt I need to know, and they shared their thoughts about the facility. Keystone is above any of the other facilities I visited. The staff set the tone for everyone, including residents at the facility. All of my follow up questions were answered. These were questions about storage space, resident safety and types of activities I might expect. They shared with me a copy of the activity calendar for the current month. While I was there, I was introduced to all staff members who happened to be in the area as I toured the facility. I met housekeeping staff not long after I became a resident. There is a total sense of 'team' among all staff, no matter what their responsibilities. The food seems to be of good quality, although I believe much of it is not created in the kitchen here but at the food service kitchens. I readily tell folks about my wonderful new home.

My mom is a resident in Independent Living Enhanced care and I can't speak highly enough about the caretakers and staff. My mom is happy and comfortable there. She enjoys most of the meals, and there are alternatives available if she doesn't like the main entrees. I would definitely recommend.

Very home like atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The residents seemed genuinely happy. There was a party and live entertainment when I visited. I love the location of the facility as well.

Since coming to Keystone Villa my mother has made tremendous strides in her condition and is living in safe, professional environment. The entire team is wonderful & professional!
