The food is very good, staff is excellent. They are very responsive and easily accessible. The rooms are kept very tidy and laundry is done efficiently. The move in process was extremely easy and the staff is very accommodating. I highly recommend Chestnut Knoll. It's a family atmosphere.

I was very unsure about moving from my home. Since I moved in I know I made a great decision. Everything worked out better than I expected!

Every time we go visit my mother in law, we know she is in good hands. They take care of her really well. They are very caring and understanding. The staff is very friendly , patient and helpful when we have any questions. The food is good and my mother in law is active doing so many activities they have available for her to do everyday.

I would recommend. My brother and I were impressed when we toured. They price was affordable. My dad was only there a month til he passed. He said if he couldn't be home, this was a nice place.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place. Expensive but pretty comparable to others in the area and the facility seemed more open and comfortable than the couple of others we visited and [name removed] was so helpful and knowledgeable when she showed us around that it seemed like a good place.

My dad is extremely comfortable at Traditions of Hanover. As his daughter, that makes my heart happy. I love to visit him because ALL the staff members & residents are very warm and welcoming. When I'm looking for my happy place, I go visit dad. If I ever need to move to independent living, this will be number one on my list.

The place just had a very warm feel even at our first visit. Coming from a very bad situation and a facility that was not doing a good job, this was important. The staff have all been extremely helpful and have gone out of their way to help my mother. We are very pleased with what we have seen in the short time she has been there. I really don't know much as to the food. Only ate there once. But that one time was very good. They go over and beyond to help my mother who has been a very difficult case for them. [name removed] the memory care director has told us numerous times that my mom seems to be a difficult nut to crack but they will continue to work with her to see what works.

The staff is very friendly and respectful to the residents and families. There are various forms of entertainment scheduled regularly as well as special events. The facility is always decorated for the season.

My Mother was on the one month trial rental which I highly recommend for anyone who is not sure if they want to go straight in. I called [name removed] on the Friday after thanksgiving requesting a move in on the next day a week before the trial period was up. [name removed] made it happen. Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and patient.

This place is awesome, they have so many activities to keep my Mom busy! The staff is so friendly, caring and eager to help. The facility is clean and cozy. Keystone villa is more like a 4 star hotel than a retirement home.

Our mother needed a Personal Care facility on short notice. We were fortunate to have Keystone Villa near her home and a room was available for her to move in. The experience after two months has been fantastic. Our mother is settled in and enjoying her time there. The facility is beautiful, the staff is kind, compassionate, and caring. There is so many activities to keep her interested and engaged. Most importantly, she is safe. If we would have one criticism, it would be the hit or miss food service. We would highly recommend Keystone Villa for any family looking for a place for their loved ones.

My mom and dad moved to Keystone in 2023 and the whole experience has been excellent. From the introductory tour and review of options to understanding all of the services and activities, the explanations , patience and care were outstanding. Since move in, I can’t think of anything they are missing in terms of care, attention, security, amenities or activities.. Highly recommended.

The Birches offers outstanding programs available to the community free of charge. The programs are informative, educational, and social. Staff is always welcoming and friendly.

I like it here. I feel they do a great job in considering very person's needs, and they do meet our needs. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I'm very pleased and comfortable here. People that liver here and work here are nice and helpful.

I can still keep my independence. I like he activities especially the mini horse.

After 5 years here, I would place the villa in the top percentile of places to live. The facility, staff, & residents are the best. Many activities to keep you busy and entertained, but you must participate. They encourage residents to also develop activities. Dedicated staff!!

Great place to retire with dignity. We are always proud to have our children & grandkids visit and show them our new home with always something new and exciting to do.

I am so happy & satisfied with my community here. I recently moved from the 2nd floor to the first floor and everyone was so accommodating. Thanks to all the staff!

Could not have asked for anything better when it came to care for my wife.
