My mother and father in-law have been living at Traditions of Hanover for a couple of months now. They are adjusting well and I believe that's because of the positive attitude each and every employee shows in a consistent way and not to forget, how very friendly the staff is also! You can see how the staffs positive and friendly attitude spreads to everyone there, from other employees to residents of the facility and it just makes everyone feel better about themselves and about living another day. I have to say that the many activities that are going on there makes residents want to stay in the dinning area longer because they are having a good time socializing with other residents. I dropped my wife off at the airport and stopped by to see my mother and father in law and I brought my dog "Moxie" with me because my father in law loves animals....and when we walked through the front door residents in wheel chairs saw Moxie and were smiling, and reaching for her it was like dog therapy!

My loved one is currently a resident at Chancellor's Village and everything at this facility has been great so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Communication with the family is good. The cleanliness and friendliness is great. The meals, activities, care services and value for cost are also great. I would recommend Chancellor's Village to family and friends! It's a great facility.

Words can not express my gratitude and appreciation for the care, kindness, and friendships my mom ([name removed]) experienced during her time at Traditions. It is truly a family and I am so grateful we got to be a part of it.

I've visited the facility several times and each time I was impressed with how nice the staff was and very customer-focused. Great first impressions! A needed option in the Lynchburg area. Easy access location.

The birches staff have been excellent in the care and oversight of both my parents. Their compassion was beyond words during my father's final days. They continue to provide my mom with support, friendship and loving care.

The staff is outstanding, caring, attentive-never negative vibes, even during trying times. Couldn't be a better place. In my working days, I got inside many facilites and this was and is the best.

Most accommodating, friendly and caring staff. Great meal choices, entertainment and activities. Very enjoyable.

It was clear that the residents were happy there when I took the tour, and [name removed], who gave me the tour, said hello to every patient by their first name. it was evident that she cares about them. and nothing I've seen cents has changed my mind- all of the staff are welcoming and kind. you couldn't ask for a better place for your family member. It may not be as modern as some other places would be, but that was the least of my concern.

I am so thankful for this inspiring community of care givers. My mom received great care each physically and emotionally. The caregivers make her feel valued and loved. This is priceless!

The staff members that work at Heritage Green are very caring and the community itself is very clean as well as the surrounding grounds. It has a smaller community feeling to it, there are daily activities and good communications. Having Memory Care available if needed is a real plus

Manor of Market Square has very spacious apt at an affordable rate. the staff is very enthusiastic if you need anything, they have very talented staff that will assist you immediately. for what you pay, it is the best around.

Always friendly people around to talk to. Staff is so approachable and helpful with problems. Food is good! Great activities and entertainers at Happy Hour. Bus service to doctors and shopping. I am so glad I live here!

The people are so nice and they pay attention to you. I sign up for every activity and love being involved. My kids looked at the a bunch of places and really liked it here. It is very nice.

Staff is very efficient. Great communication, response time is always quick. Go above and beyond to keep residents busy, feeling included.

Staff was very friendly the facility was clean, well-maintained . Resident seemed well taken care of and friendly. The facility atmosphere was very calm, seemed orderly not chaos, caring. We picked the community because of the services they offered location and the state rating.

The moment you walk in the door you are greeted like family. Every member of the staff genuinely cares. I have made wonderful friendships and always have something to do. There are many activities to join or a comfortable place to read. I love it here!

The idea of having a parent move to a senior living center is a stressful and difficult decision to make. Thankfully, our family found Keystone Villa Douglassville. After our initial visit, we knew this place would be a perfit fit. All staff members are so friendly and caring to residents and family members. My mother immediately felt welcomed and special because every staff member she encountered acknowledged her in a friendly manner using her given name. This beautiful facility is always clean and well cared for. Carefully thought out ans appropriate daily activites are available for residents. Our family has seen our mother make a complete transformation into a happy, smiling, social butterfly who gladly participates in all the various activites and bus trips. My mom stated 'you no longer need to worry about me. I really like my new home and my new friends. The food is very good, and there are so many activities to keep me busy all day. My dad loves to sing and he gets a chance to do that at the manor at market square. They are very friendly, kind, and attend to his needs. He loves the food, and he talks to a lot of the resident. This place is warm, generous to the residents that are there. I would recommend it to anybody.

Moving to Traditions of Lansdale has been pretty positive, considering my health issues. It was a change but has been good, I love the view from my apartment and was able to come in with my cat, which made it much easier. The residents are nice for the most part especially for a community of all types of people.

Keystone Villa at Ephrata is very open and has friendly people. The staff are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to see that everything is taken care of. The food is good and always has a variety. Will even bring a meal to room if needed. They have activities every day if resident wants to keep busy. It is not cheap but you do get the value (and peace of mind) for cost. Very nice facility!! We are very happy with Keystone Villas at Ephrata as it is a nicely laid out, active and friendly community with a very attentive and caring staff.
