This facility goes out of its way to make each person feel at home. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and the team there is top notch. I would definitely have peace of mind knowing my loved one was living here being so well cared for and loved.

The community has been very welcoming to my mother. She enjoys the activities, the care, but most importantly, the kindness of the staff.

As a resident, for seven years, I am happy here.

My dad first moved into the Independent Living side of Keystone Villa at Fleetwood and the staff was so helpful in transitioning him into this new lifestyle. Dad adjusted quickly, became involved in several of the activities, and was very happy with his new "home". When the time came to transition Dad to the Personal Care side of the Villa, the staff was so helpful and caring in helping him adjust to this new way of life for him. The Caregivers are very caring of their residents and treat them with respect, kindness and love, and make them feel like family. It is comforting to know that while we cannot always be there for them, the "Villa Family" is there to care for them.

The best part about Traditions is the staff. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful from the Executive Director down to the housekeeping. I love how all of the staff knows your name, it is absolutely amazing. There are so many different activities to participate in that keep the residents busy. We have clam bakes, anniversary parties, and happy hours with entertainment. I enjoy going to fitness class twice a week. I love the fact that my Son-in-Law is allowed to come in and instruct art classes for the residents. I love that there is a variety of foods that are served for meals. It is very nice that we can have family and other guests join us for lunch and dinner in our dining room. Every week my apartment is cleaned and they even give us fresh linens. On the weekends, I love that I can go to our movie theater and watch movies. I like the beautiful front patio and back patio to sit outside with everyone. I enjoy being with the residents because everyone is so friendly and kind.

My mother, [name removed] has been there for a while now. I visit weekly and am extremely pleased by what I see every week. The staff is wonderful and I love stopping by. Top quality community. Staff is present and very helpful.

After touring multiple facilities for my grandma this one by far was the best! They informed me every step of the way to make it an easy transition for my grandma. After move in it was amazing to see how happy my grandma was with the staff. And how well they treated her. You could see how much the staff truly cares by the way they take care of her. Oh not to mention all of the fun activities they have for her to participate in! They just had a s’more night and she was so happy to have one of those again! Thank you for making my grandma feel at home.

My Mom is currently a resident at Traditions of Lansdale and the experience has been great at this facility. The staff is extremely friendly with my Mom. They keep a close eye on Mom, even making sure that she doesn't miss a meal. There is great communication between the staff and family. I would highly recommend Traditions of Lansdale to family and friends.

KV is a wonderful place: my mom is in an apartment and loves the weekly housecleaning and the laundry services. The food is restaurant quality and the variety great. Staff is very helpful and friendly, plus they check on residents: notice if you’re missing at meals, stop to chat, keep me in the loop (as mom requested). There are many amenities plus organized trips for the residents.

[name removed]is the best. We never did get a place at the independent living but did get one next door in the assisted living. [name removed] helped us migrate there. [name removed] at the assisted living unit was just as helpful and nice

My mother has been at Keystone Villa Douglassville for about 3 years. Her apartment is lovely and the (weekly) housekeeping staff does a great job keeping it clean. The activities director orchestrates a very full and diverse monthly schedule of opportunities for the residents. A variety of medical appointments (e.g. podiatrist, dermotologist, hearing specialists, etc) can be arranged on site. Importantly, I can’t say enough good things about the kindness and responsiveness of the staff whenever I have had a question or concern — from the receptionists at the front desk up to the upper level administrators. I have great peace of mind with my mom being at Keystone.

We toured this community and it exceeded our expectations. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with such happiness and hospitality. The building is beautiful and you can tell the residents who live there are happy and enjoy being apart of the activities they provide. We happened to visit during happy hour and what a treat that is! The rooms we looked at were beyond beautiful, spacious, and CLEAN. You can tell they take such pride in ensuring everyone feels welcomed and can enjoy themselves. This place is where we plan to stay and highly recommend you take a tour to see all the wonderful things we did!

My loved one is currently a resident at Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. I am very happy with this facility. The nursing staff is excellent. The meals are good. They recommended a moving company that was excellent. There are lots of activities. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I don't have any complaints. I would strongly recommend Keystone Villa at Fleetwood to family and friends.

I recently toured Traditions of Hershey with my parents.The staff showed great dedication to resident well-being that in turn created a warm and supportive atmosphere that felt like home.Their personalized approach to care strikes a perfect balance between assistance and maintaining independence, making each day fulfilling and joyful. It was clear that the residents were connected to all of the services they need such as transportation to appointments, which comes at no extra cost to them.While touring, we saw the residents enjoying a musical performance from an outside group.We also learned that they provide spiritual services, and have group outings. I found this to be a great asset to residents who may not have the ability to get out due to transportation limitations. The facility's amenities are top-notch, offering both comfort and functionality. Overall, we loved what we saw and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great senior living facility!

It was nothing short of a miracle that we were able to find Traditions of Hanover. When I first visited Traditions, there was something that told me that this was the right place for [name removed]. It was the cozy and warm environment that felt like home! The personnel were genuine and inviting. The wonderful people surrounding her, soon opened up [name removed] to the social life she had been missing all those years when living in her house. [name removed] truly grew to love Traditions. We, as a family, and on [name removed] behalf, can’t thank Traditions enough for truly giving [name removed] not only 4-5 more years of life, but for the quality of life that she had. The staff from management, administrators, caregivers, activities personnel, etc., were nothing but the best. I truly believe that some of the caregivers became the daughters she never had. Thankfully her last years were spent in peacefulness and happiness at Traditions. She was 103 years old when she left us! Thank you Traditions of Hanover, Bethlehem.

Having moved here from another high end senior living close by, I am and continue to be blown away by the exceptional care and services offered by The Birches! They are simply - the best!

A very tasty lunch was served by kind people

My Mom had dementia and was at Chestnut Knoll for the last six months of her life. Everyone there is friendly, kind, compassionate and caring. The facility is fun and set up very well. There are activities going on all the time and the residents are stimulated and encouraged to be part of the group. The Fox Therapy team is also wonderful and worked well with my mom! She received wonderful care from all the staff and it felt like she was really home. Caring hospice was wonderful and they kept her very comfortable during her last few weeks. My only regret is that we didn't get her here sooner. We are truly thankful for everyone at Chestnut Knoll!
