The staff are all very professional, but also very kind and patient. The residents in the Memory Care unit are always dressed and groomed and clean. In the Assisted Living unit, the rooms are large enough to feel quite homey. There's a certain amount of institutional feel in the Memory Care unit that is unavoidable given the needs of the residents, but it never feels overly clinical or cold. I would definitely recommend the facility to others. It's smaller, but the staff are very good and the whole place feels very clean and inviting.

What we like the most about The Birches at Newtown community is the friendliness, attentiveness, cleanliness. It's very cheery and welcoming! Staff is very kind! Like that some providers come to facility. Like the barber shop and pharmacy. Our friend is happy there.

My Mom is so happy. She is more active than she has been in years. They have events every day and the socialization since my dad passed has been so great. She is healthy and happy. I don't have to worry about her as they are like a family to her and watch out for her happiness, health and that she keeps active. Her apartment and the food is amazing. When family comes to visit her, they are so surprised. This is apartment living at its best. When I come to visit, staff know me by name and always have such nice and friendly things to say. I can depend on all of her needs being met. I love this place, and Mom does also. I get calls from family saying they can't reach Mom, I tell them that is because she is out and about, call her in the evening.

I live at Keystone Villa at Douglassville. I love it here, made many friends. My dog Buddy and I have been very welcomed. I was afraid to leave my home, but I needed to be around people. I was very lonely at home. My family is happy I am safe and cared for. The staff is wonderful to me & really spoil my dog. You can not find any better. My children love to visit.

My father is moving into his apartment this week. The campus is beautiful inside and outside, with so many things to do. His apartment is spacious and bright. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and welcoming . My father is looking forward to meeting and socializing with the members of the community. A special thanks to Missy for her help and guidance.

We have lived here at Traditions for almost a year and we have been very pleased with our stay. Before choosing the community that we wanted to move to, we wanted to be able to plant our own flowers and Traditions allowed us to bring our dirt with us and even provided us with a few areas to plant the petunias and zinnias. We also love the beautiful landscaping that is placed along the walking path. Traditions works very hard to establish a family setting. They provide all of the residents with a variety of interesting activities and if you are bored, it is your own fault! We love the transportation services. Traditions offers a lot of trips and we look forward to taking more in the future. We very much appreciate the ease of having to get to and from our medical appointments. Traditions provides the residents with great food and great people. We also really enjoy living in our apartment. It is very roomy and we were able to arrange it so that it was familiar to our home!

When I first moved here, I found most people cool. I felt people had warmed up. Part of the problem is, I've been invited to join a couple of the activities but haven't done anyhting yet. Planning to soon.

The place is beautiful and clean. The staff is caring and thoughtful. My mom received excellent care in her final days.

If you are considering a place for your loved one, Senior Commons is a place to consider. The facility is very clean, all of the staff is very nice, activities are done throughout the day. Patient/resident care is excellent and the food is also very good.

The staff and management are very caring. They are great at facilitating outside appointments and transportation. Management is very responsive. They use the Teepa Snow positive approach to caring for people with memory problems and are dedicated to helping everyone. The food rating is based on not knowing and I feel it's at least a three based on what I have seen. A census is done every hour so it's comforting to know our loved one is checked upon regularly. They also have different support groups. I am very happy with everything about Chestnut Knoll and confident that our loved one is receiving excellent care.

Our loved one was only there for 4 days before he passed, however initially all of the interactions we had were all very positive.

I think it is a wonderful place. I have nothing bad to say other than some days they could use more staffing. I am impressed when maagers help and appreciate that. I am overall very pleased, I love it here.

I like living here. People are friendly. My wife and I live here. My wife lives in the memory care. I live in independent living. I love, that I can see my wife anytime.

They help with anything, and suggest/follow through to make it a homey and safe place to live.

I have lived at the Villa for 3.5 years. This is home for me. The satff is very caring and concerned for every resident. My familiy loves to come visit and are welcomed everytime.

Mom is well taken care of. I am very pleased with the staff. They respond very promptly to my questions and I always talk to a live person when I call!

Mom is doing so much better now that she is living at the Villas. There are so many activities that she enjoys and so many good people for her to interact with. Our family had an in person tour with Keystone in Douglasville was very pretty and dad had stayed there with my mom 10 years ago for a short stay. They loved their food. It would have been more of a lateral move price wise from [community name removed].
