My family and loved one had a wonderful experience with Heritage Green and Daybreak. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly here. The provide activities and meals for the residents to be able to socialize. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

It's a fun place with great engagement for us all. Everyone is kind and pleasant. The food is wonderful. I'm a retired nurse and this community is the best!

I love it here. It is full of love, people are nice. There are no words to express how I feel. People are always willing to help and if I could put it in to one word...wonderful.

From the moment, my sister and I toured The Birches at Newton, we knew we found the best place for mom. Everyone we met was very friendly and upbeat. Our mom has thrived there and has become active and engaging again. We believe that the staff at The briches made all the difference for our mom.

Clean, caring facility and staff. Always helpful and professional. Good location with good access. Other residents seemed happy, friendly and helpful. Staff is supportive and understanding. I have recommended this facility to others.

My loved one is a resident at Chancellor's Village and everything about our experience at this facility has been wonderful. Everything has been great for him. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Mom and Dad moved to CK in [date removed] at the start of COVID. Dad was in Memory Care and Mom was in resident assisted living. Dad's dementia got worse and he passed away in [date removed]. It was hard for Mom losing Dad only a few months into living at CK. However, the staff and other residents got her into playing games, exercising, etc. She began to thrive at CK and even would encourage others to participate in activities and crafts. She truly loved her resident friends and staff. Staff would come up to me when I'd visit and say how much they loved Mom. This is what an assisted facility should be. A positive experience. We would recommend CK to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for their loved one(s) or even themselves.

We toured Traditions of Lansdale and it was great! The facility was very nice. The staff was great, as well as the cleanliness and general friendliness. Unfortunately, it wasn't all inclusive pricing and that's something that we were looking for.

The staff (front desk, marketing and nurses) were extremely caring for both my father and myself in a difficult time. They explained everything clearly about room charges, housekeeping and laundry. My father enjoyed seeing staff members everyday as they greeted him by name. He immediately felt at home here. The laundry/ housekeeping was very thorough(made the bed, vacuumed etc). They came weekly on the same day. He really enjoyed the meals for the food, but also the social aspect. He also liked that he could call and have his meals brought to his room. The front desk staff was great at scheduling and helping with anything. I had weekly communication from staff about any concerns and anything that was needed was handled promptly. The staff, facility, quality was all really great. I definitely would recommend this facility to others. My father was at home and I felt secure knowing that he was in the best of care.

My mom was a resident at Traditions of Hershey for four years. The care and compassion she received from the staff and caregivers was excellent. They truly became our extended family. I would (and do) recommend TOH to friends, etc. who are looking for an independent/personal care living facility.

Moving into Traditions of Hershey was a very easy transition. The folks working at Traditions of Hershey have welcomed my parents with open arms. Everyone from the director of the facility, sales and marketing, food service, and maintenance all presented and continue to provide and maintain a professional, helpful, and welcoming spirit. Any potential issues have been met with a positive attitude of “how can we help.” While everything has been fantastic from the first day we entered the facility, they continue to look for suggestions on how to improve. The family atmosphere is very apparent, as they are friendly and genuine in everything they do. I would highly recommend checking out Traditions of Hershey as an Independent or Personal Care Facility. We found that making the transition was easy and stress-free. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]are great assets to Traditions of Hershey, as well as the rest of the entire staff.

I have the highest praise and gratitude for the people who work at the Bitches. During her residence in personal care, memory care and hospice my mother received professional, attentive, and competent care. Most importantly, care was delivered with understanding and compassion to my mother, my sisters and me. We are forever grateful.

From the moment we toured, we were met with an amazing, caring, and professional staff who warmly welcomed Mom and has continued to give her her best life. I would, and have recommended The Birches to all I know and will continue to based on my mother's experience and my own.

I love my apartment here at Traditions. It is extremely comfortable, clean and it has anything that you would like to make yourself feel at home. You are able to have access to a small kitchen if you wish to use it, but the food is too good not to go down and enjoy the company of the people that reside here! The staff is top notch! They are always accommodating and are interested in taking good care of you. Everyone makes sure that you are comfortable and all of your needs are all being met. I came from New Jersey to be with my children who live in the area so I can be closer to them and they can have access to me. It is working out wonderfully for me. I would recommend Traditions very highly!

Keystone is a very caring, friendly place. The size allows for personal attention. My mother has been very happy there, and that's what's most important.

I met a staff person at Keystone Villa to learn about their housing for seniors. I had sold my house in CT, the closing was fast approaching and I was looking for some temporary housing for a few months or so until I could find another home in PA. I learned that there is no buy-in at Keystone , rent is month to month and based on the size of the accommodations you choose. They also include two meals a day plus other services.. It wasn't quite what I was looking for at this time. The staff person was very nice and empathetic and printed out some pages of rental resources in Reading that I might consider.

My mother was in memory care at Chestnut Knoll. From my first phone call and meeting to the days after my mother passed and we left CK, we had nothing but exceptional care. Everyone is truly caring, professional and engaged. [name removed] is by far the best director for memory care. We had prior experiences of care for my mom and none were of the level Chestnut Knoll provided. They consider you and your loved one as family and they become family to you. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or people to care for my mom in her final year.

My parents have been in the memory care unit since before COVID. They've been well taken care of and the staff is always very respectful to the residents. Although my father passed almost [time frame removed] ago, my mom is still going strong. I'm very grateful to have the health care they provide and the safe community for my loved one.
