At Traditions of Hershey you find a wonderful staff ready to assist you or your loved ones in this fabulous independent living facility. There are activities to do and beautiful grounds to stroll through. I would recommend Traditions of Hershey to anyone looking for an independent living community!

My mother for years kept saying "Please don't put me in a retirement home." So when her Dementia got to the point my family couldn't take care of her anymore, we moved her into Senior Commons at Powder Mill and she loves it. She is so happy there.

5 for every category. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are all very engaged with the needs and care of the residents. The facility is so nice and very user friendly for older residents. They are like family. The apartment sizes in independent living are great! Very nice and roomy.

My father recently became a resident in the independent living section at KVD. [name removed] and [name removed] were able to put together a really nice apartment for my dad under unique circumstances. You will notice 2 things when you walk in. First, the place is spotless. The custodial staff does an excellent job. Second you will see a warmness from EVERYONE, staff and residents alike. The food service, front desk and office staff knew my dad's name immediately. Having a loved one move from their residence of many years to anew place can be difficult but KVD really goes out of their way to make the transition easier. The food is really good and there are a multitude of activities every single day of the week. I highly recommend checking out the villa.

Imagine a fun safe environment where you are well cared for and attended too. That's Keystone Villa. Many fun activities and residents are genuinely happy living life to their fullest. Clean modern buildings that are well maintained and an excellent pleasant staff.

Keystone Villa has helped me to have a greater time of life. I have friends and go on trips on the bus.

Nine years ago I had to make the decision to move into a senior facility. I'm so happy I moved here. I have a family of wonderful friends and a busy life that keeps me physically and mentally active. My family is very happy for me.

Since I've arrived, I couldn't have been treated better. All are willing to help and with a great attitude. Management is very social and will help in any dilemma. They take time from their busy workday to help always.

The staff is very caring. There are many varied activities which I love. Especially love working in the gardens.

I have been a resident of Keystone Villa since the 2nd day it opened-8 1/2 years ago. Am very happy here. Enjoy a lot of the activities.

What we like the most about Chestnut Knoll community is the staff. The staff members kept residents occupied. Our loved one is now transitioning to die. The staff have been very helpful and compassionate

The staff members were caring and warmly interactive with each of the residents. There were many opportunities for social interaction among residents, both inside the building and in the various beautiful outdoor areas.

The staff was always looking out for my cousin. They would call me for any issue with her, no matter how small. They encouraged her to get involved with activities. The facility itself was always clean. There was always a variety of choices for the meals in the dining area. I feel my cousin is very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Chancellor's Village to anyone looking.

This place is terrific, and I have plenty of reason to say that. My mom moved in one month ago and she has moderate dementia but is very physically able (no walker etc). She was very resistent to move out from living with family and she needed a good 2-3 weeks to adjust, but Traditions' team was stellar throughout. They not only focused on her and ensuring her needs are met (despite her negative posturing), but they were very helpful to my family and I as we worked through our own emotions. From Admissions ([name removed]) through caregiving ([name removed]) to even the receptionists ([name removed]and [name removed]), everyone worked as a team to make this adjustment as smooth as possible. Could go on and on but believe me I'm so glad with our decision to move my mother here.

During the past two years, my wife and I assisted a cousin with finding an assisted living apartment where she would receive medical assistance with daily activities and with several minor medical procedures. We selected The Birches of Harleysville after evaluating other assisted living facilities in Montgomery County. My cousin and I found a caring, supportive staff that evaluated her capabilities and developed a care plan to support her activities of daily life. [name removed] enjoyed her apartment which provided her with a bright and airy atmosphere yet allowed her to be medically supervised. The staff assisted with her transition and encouraged her involvement in community activities. We were fortunate to find this caring and medically competent facility to care for my cousin.

Had two experiences with Chestnut Knoll, once with my mom early 2000, and now with my husband. Both times I was treated like family, and both were different issues. The staff is amazing and always shared kindness to them. I was always in the loop with their care.
