My experience at Manor at Market Square has been exceptional. The staff worked hard to get me into the facility quickly. I needed a great deal of care when I first arrived, and the staff of caregivers were there to meet my needs. The Director of Nursing was on top of my medical needs, and was able to advocate for me. Having my emotional support cat here has also been wonderful.

My Grandmother and grandfather moved in as independent living residents, my grandfather needed care and they were still able to live together which was wonderful! My grandpa has since passed but knowing that my Grandmother isn't alone makes me happy. She has some close friends she's made over the years. She loves going out to lunch and bus trips for ice cream. She always says how much she loves all the staff and how good they are to her.

Honestly what we loved about Traditions of Hanover is everything and their entire package that they have available. We joke all the time that we would move in right now if we could it has been so great. Based on that experience we most definitely would recommend to other families.

The facility is a good place to put a family member. The staff cares about the residents.

My Mother is currently a resident at Market Square and we are very happy with our choice in personal care facilities. We have had experiences with other facilities in the area with other relatives and I can honestly say that Market Square has exceeded my expectations in all areas of service. All of the staff are very caring friendly, and responsive to my Mom’s needs. And we particularly like that they have waited service in the dining room and offer wonderful choices that are well prepared. Another plus is that the Independent and Personal care residents are intertwined within the facility allowing for a more social and less judge-mental atmosphere. Do not let the location deter you as we have never had an issue with parking or safety while visiting. I would highly recommend considering Manor At Market Square for you personally or your loved ones.

I toured here as we are looking for a place for my mother to move. From the moment I walked in I felt the warmth and friendliness of the place. Everyone was smiling and said hello. We deposited and can't wait for my mom to move in and enjoy her days there.

I feel like I'm with familiy. They really care about making each day fun and meaningful. They listen to concerns, management and residents. I know I am not alone and I am safe. It's easy to be happy and active. There are opportunities to help others.

Enjoy daily word games and the food is excellent

We toured the Birches, to see if the facility was a good fit for mom. Very friendly and informative staff. The facility was clean and welcoming.

[Name removed] has been a super hero for [name removed] - always caring, sharing Mass, New England stories. She's just simply wonderful.

Educational programs are nice. Musical programs every week.

Everyone is so helpful and " on the ball."

My aunt lives at The Birches and she always has kind words for the staff and the meals that are served. She goes to the activities that are provided. She is very happy there

I like live music, church services, documentaries in the theatre and the exercise classes. Everybody is so nice and friendly and helpful. This is home to me.

I get involved in music (especially karaoke), brain games to keep my mind active. Very happy and feel safe here, suits my needs perfectly.

All of the staff here are friendly and helpful, as well as reachable for any reason.

Every aspect of my mother's care and stay has been wonderful!

My mom has been at The Birches for a year now and honestly every time I speak to her, she tells me how much she loves it there. All the staff goes above and beyond to meet mom’s not only her physical but emotional needs. The residences are so kind. At this point we feel like they are our extended family.

I have been to a couple of The Birches events for the community. They have been wonderful. We always have such a great time and you can tell the residents really enjoy it as well. The staff is always so pleasant and the smiles on the faces of the residents says it all. When I am in need of a community for my family members I will be sure to keep them in mind. Thank you for all you do.
