My mom has been living at Heritgage Green the past few years now, starting in assisted living, and now memory care. The entire staff have always been friendly and caring and truly love caring for the residents. It shows in how they care for each resident, and any issues or questions are promptly addressed. The facility is always clean and neat, they have activities for the residents, and the food outstanding. I am glad we picked Heritgage Green for my our mom.

When shopping for a new community for our mother to call home, we did our due diligence. This was going to be a new chapter of life for the woman who cared for us for over 60 years. It was our turn (3 daughters) to help her find her new forever home! Traditions of Hanover in Bethlehem became our first choice. This community… is just that- A wonderful warm group of people who love what they do and it shows on their faces and in their actions daily. They welcome not just the resident- but also their families into this new adventure! From the front desk staff who greet everyone with sincerity and kindness, to the dining staff whom are available to assist with anyone’s needs. The housekeeping staff who come in and keep these beautiful apartments clean and free up time for our mother to participate in SO MANY activities! The residents themselves are happy. Truly. You will see the difference in the attitudes of every single person here. The goal achieved. Happy Healthy Safe!

I'm forever grateful to The Birches' community for the love and care they've brought into my mother's life in the year or so she's lived there. The staff and residents genuinely enjoy and care for each other, which, to my mind, is just the dash of magic that makes The Birches so special. The facility is beautiful, the staff is marvelous, but the true magic of the place is the genuine joy and engagement fostered by the community at large. It's magic.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Miss eating meals here - they were very good.

The staff at the Birches is very helpful to my aunt and myself. They always are there with a warm welcome from the receptionists, to the caregivers, to the kitchen staff and all others. My aunt loves her new home and has always let me know how helpful the staff is to her needs.

They have excellent shows and go beyond to please the residents. Every event I attended was very good.

Beautiful. Magic program very good.

Pleasant and entertaining. Food was top notch.

What I liked best was pulling a pigeon out of an empty clothing bag. This was a fun afternoon. I like[name removed] and his assistant. I liked seeing him pull a white rabbit out of a hat. Also he passed an egg through an aluminum plate. I liked the luncheon and beverage.

Enjoyed magician very much. All activities and events I've been to in the past year I've enjoyed. Very well planned and some informative.

My mother has issues with the food selection, but she is a simple meat/potatoes/vegetables person. She prefers not to have the sauces, but that is just her taste.

This is a great place for my in-laws! They love the location and that everything is close around them. Everything has been great here and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

The Birches at Harleysville is a wonderful facility, if you can get in. This place seems to fill up very fast! All the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing that I did not like is that you had to bring all of your own furniture. They were in the middle of a bunch of renovations when we toured there.

Everything was well organized and it was a beautiful facility/grounds. Everyone seemed very happy and as they were having a fun time

We selected The Birches at Harleysville for my cousin after her health began to fail and living independently wasn't an option. After visiting several facilities that provided personal care, we worked with the team at The Birches to transition my cousin into their environment. After almost a year, we find the team easy to work with, caring and provide a warm atmosphere for my cousin. We had been especially concerned since we were changing her environment during the peak of the COVID pandemic. The staff was caring, assessed her mobility and dietary requirements and developed a care plan in conjunction with her medical team. Finding the perfect environment for a loved one is a challenge. Today my cousin's health has stabilized and she is doing well at 97. She is content and we are comfortable with our decision.

This facility is so beautiful and welcoming! Everyone was so pleasant to meet and willing to answer questions and greet. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to come tour!

The staff is kind and you can tell they care about the residents and their families. The facilities and grounds are well kept and I have no reservations that my loved one is in excellent caring hands.

I love living here. Everything is wonderful. I like the comradery, the people and the staff. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
