Traditions of Hanover although was only my grandmothers home for a short couple of months, during her time there she felt so at home. Everyone made you feel welcomed. As a family member that is all you really want for them to feel welcomed and safe. We were very grateful for the time she was able to spend in such a great facility.

Since mom has been here I have raved about The Birches - we absolutely love them. When you walk in it always smells clean and they do a great job of keeping the facility clean as well. I love the chef, she cooks like she is feeding her family and the food is great. She cooks all the food fresh and it is seasonal as well. The value for the money is amazing and the best that I saw around the area. My mom is an epic fall risk - the staff have learned with her and have worked with me as well and they are great about making sure she does not fall and is safe. One disappointment is that her nice sweaters have gone missing, that seems to be an issue at other facilities as well. But other than that it has been a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We had a great tour experience with The Birches at Harleysville. The tour guide was super helpful, friendly and informative. We were leaning towards this facility, but because of where my mom was it was easier to move her to a place that was closer by.

My loved one did not get involved with any activities. There seemed to be plenty, also with variety. It was a good value, but we were unable to continue with the payments. It was a fabulous experience and I have nothing but good things to say about Traditions. [name removed] is AMAZING! She has a way of making you feel special and that she truly cares about your concerns. [name removed] ?? was also understanding and compassionate. Nothing was too much for any employee. I would highly recommend Traditions to anyone. I was very happy with the decision to have my loved one go there.

the place is responsive if you need to ask about something but don't reach out to communicate on a regular basis. Cleanliness is acceptable but sometimes just slight under excellent. Wish their activities were a bit more robust but bottom line is my mom is very happy whenever we see her and staff seem genuinely caring.

Our mom is both comfortable and content at Chestnut Knoll, and our family feels secure knowing she is safe and well cared for. The staff is warm and friendly, Mom enjoys the games and activities they offer, and even tells us how much she likes the food they serve! She has made friends with other residents and feels right at home there. She often tells us that this was the best decision we could have made for her care and our family agrees.

The people are kind, courteous, and helpful. The food is very good and the coffee is hot! And the milk is cold! Excellent!!

Very nice facility, good food, friendly people. Apartment was roomy and had a private outdoor deck as well. Apartment was freshly painted with new carpet and new appliances. when Mom moved in. Staff was attentive and caring.

My mother and father moved in Traditions of Lansdale in [date removed] My mother has medical and mobility challenges, and my father has dementia. Traditions has been an incredible blessing to my parents and our family. They care for the needs of my parents so well. The staff is loving and respectful, flexible and competent. The facility encourages use of specialty services, which are easily accessible like; visiting nurses, podiatrists, family practice, as well as physical therapists. The administration is involved and accessible, as well as supportive. This facility is the best I've found in the area, and the most affordable. Love it! So thankful for the Traditions of Lansdale.

I have lived at Keystone Villa at Douglassville Independent Living since October 2019. The staff, from the Executive Director to the students who work part-time in the dining room, make you feel at home and there is a real sense of family between staff and residents. I have enjoyed getting to know many of the residents and have been able to form many warm personal relationships. My family is very happy I am here and they are welcomed to visit anytime. My two granddaughters like to visit their Babci “in this great big house, where she has an apartment!” I have been busy since I moved in enjoying the many activities, outings and trips that our Leisure and Lifestyle Director plans every month.The Housekeeping and Maintenance staff keep the building and the resident’s apartments in tiptop shape. I have enjoyed living here at “The Villa” for the past 2 ½ years and hope to enjoy many more years of Independent Living. Thank you, Keystone Villa at Douglassville, – Independent Living!

I am a relative and have two Cousins that live at Traditions of Hanover. One has been there for 9 months, and the other one just moved in on May 6, 2022. My cousin that just moved in May, actually relocated from the west coast. He has settled in nicely. His comment to me recently is that he is very happy there. That comment made me so happy. My other cousin settled in fine from the beginning. She is more involved with the activities that they offer, and she likes it very much too. As my husband likes to say, the Staff was there for you before you moved in, but that has continued well after people move in. Everyone is very friendly, as well as helpful in the best sense of the word. Keystone Villa has been awesome. The staff are very friendly and really make you feel at home. It is a very nice place and we are happy with our choice.

We chose Senior Commons at Powder Mill because of the price point and we did a lot of online research and went to check it out and everyone was super friendly. We even had residents stopping to talk to us during the tour. We were very impressed with it and thought it looked like it would be a good fit for my dad. We liked that it is a smaller facility and it worked out really well. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We had a very positive tour at Traditions of Lansdale. I liked the layout of the facility. And I enjoyed working with the staff. This would have been our second choice. The main determining factor for us was just the distance to come visit.

Our family has been very happy with the care our Mom has gotten at Heritage Green Assisted Living. She is kept active, gets to do things with her peers, which keeps her from being lonely. It is a very nice and welcoming facility. She has 3 meals and snacks, medication administered, dr, physical therapy, group activities, hairdresser. Everyone on staff is friendly and tries to make their residents have fun and make the families rest easy.

I love this community! Staff are wonderful, truly care about the residents and accommodating . Pretty landscaping, clean, good food, and a family like atmosphere.

Before choosing a Memory Care facility for my wife, I visited all the facilities in the Lynchburg area. All facilities do their best to sell you on why they would be the best choice for you and your loved one and we are fortunate to have so many great facilities to chose from. For me, Heritage Green stood out with the staff's friendliness and genuine concern for my wife's well being. They send me pictures and texts with updates on how she is doing and reach out to me to help me through this transition. I can not say enough about the great folks at Heritage Green.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very lovely experience it was an excellent tour. The community is very clean and everyone we met with was so helpful and knowledgeable. However the community was just a little to big for our loved one but they did give us a meal to take home for dinner and their good was delicious.
