So far things are going pretty good. We've had a very positive experience. The staff have helped quite a bit in stages working up to my dad being placed there. They did a lot of work helping me and doing the evaluation at the rehab center he was at. They've been quite supportive in the early stages of me managing my dad's living situation with me being so far away. They've worked on my behalf to help support him as I was getting used to how things operate and managing expectations, etc.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a fabulous tour experience we absolutely loved it. All of our family that was able to tour really liked it and was very impressed. We thought the facility was tremendous. They looked like they have plenty of activities going on. The lady who took us on the tour was actually head of the dining hall and she really new her stuff. She new all the residents that walked past us, everyone new here and they all loved her. However it just did not fit our loved ones needs at the time.

We just moved mom into an apartment at Traditions of Lansdale for assisted living. The place is perfect for her because of its size. The building is all on one floor, there are no elevators to navigate, and the number of residents is not overwhelming for her. The atmosphere is friendly and personable. Mom started to feel right at home from the very first day. She already has made a couple of friends and attended some activities and it's only been a week! I feel that this is the right place for her, and all of the family agrees. Thank you for recommending Traditions of Lansdale for my search for the perfect place.

I am satisfied with the community and our experience so far. The staff are very responsive to our questions or concerns about our loved one. There are three meals a day served in the dining room. The community gives the resident one meal and there are options for the residents to choose from. They are willing to work with dietary restrictions if needed. Medication management, hygiene, dressing, and bathing assistance are some of the care provided by the community.

I'm very pleased with the care my loved one receives. There are a lot of activities to keep the residents busy. She likes the food. I like the layout of the facility. They have different sections in memory care with objects for the residents to interact with that might correlate to their past.

This is a very nice place to go and send your loved one to. They are very caring and they are good at taking care of my loved one. All the staff are friendly. The staff are very good at answering or addressing questions or concerns about my loved one. They are able to assist with medication management, dressing and bathing assistance as some of the care offered. The laundry, apartment, care, changing of linens, all the meals, transportation, and utilities are included in the monthly fee.

I liked Keystone Villa. I thought the tour was really good. We just chose a place that was all on one floor.

Traditions of Hershey is a beautiful, clean, and safe facility. The front desk staff are very outgoing and friendly. They create a very welcoming and warm environment. They make sure to check up on your family members at least once a day. If they don't see them, they'll make it a priority to knock on their door and make sure they're okay. There's also that security of having 24 hours assistance available if it's ever needed. Amenities here include: a salon, physical therapy, an activities center, a shuttle bus for appointments twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A couple local pharmacies will deliver medications to the community so you don't have to go and pick it up. They have activity outings to restaurants, movies theaters, museums, and outlet stores. They also have movie nights at the community and they've brought in live entertainment like musicians and choirs. They have happy hours as well, usually during the afternoon, where they provide beer, wine, and light snacks!

I'm very happy here since moving in. I have already told people to visit me, because we are able to have guests for meals. We just have to let the kitchen staff know that they will be joining us. I have the ability to have the independence to join the activities in the community and still have independence outside of the community. They have transportation for the residents to use if they need it. I like the feeling of being secure in knowing someone is there, in case I need something. The monthly fee can include housekeeping, meals brought to your room, transportation, room, utilities, and laundry services. The staff are very good to work with. By the second day the office staff knew me by name. This really impressed me. They really get to know the residents. Some of the activities they have available include bingo, card games, current events discussions, garden club, game room, church services, happy hour, cornhole, field trips, entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from. They even provide a calendar to the residents to see what activities are available as well. The food is very good. There is a weekly menu with at least two or three options for each meal. In independent living breakfast is not provided. There is also a standard menu you can order off of, such as sandwiches and beverages. The apartment does have a full kitchen in it. There are two laundry facilities on each floor for the residents to use.

I would tell others that the staff are wonderful, the food is good, the activities are fun, and they are caring. The only concern is the price is a little high. My loved ones have a bedroom, bathroom, and living area in their apartment. They also include a microwave, sink, and a mini refrigerator. The staff were good at assisting my loved ones with hygiene care, bathing assistance, and medication management as some care types. The monthly fee includes the room, laundry, linen changes, housekeeping, utilities, tech fee (phone, WIFI, and cable for a small fee), all the meals, snacks, and beverages. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There is transportation that the residents are able to use for shopping, and doctor's appointments. The activities include a non-denominational religious services, music, therapy animals, games, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from. They have physical therapy the residents to take are able to take advantage of. They have a hair salon on site for the residents. They have a podiatrist to come in to see the residents as needed.

we toured Keystone Villa at Fleetwood and it was a good experience and tour. we chose another community, as it was less costly and fit better into our long term budget.

[name removed] made my experience of looking for an independent care facility for my Mom so amazing. She immediately asked about my Mom; what her interests were, her diagnosis, etc. She answered all of my questions and we set an appointment to visit. My Mom thought we were entering a hotel. The lobby is so beautiful. The whole facility is very well maintained and clean. Everyone we have met has been so friendly and caring, as well as the residents! So glad Keystone Villa was my first and only call I made!

The value for the money is great. It was very clean and they were on top of everything. We had to do this from different states, we did everything by zoom, facetime, emails, etc. So when my dad finally moved it everything was done. They were super accommodating getting him in here and have continued to be that way. It is a smaller facility so the care is more individualized and they really get to know residents likes and dislikes. The staff are all extremely friendly and they are quick with their response time. I could not have found a better fit for my dad and he loves it here. The only thing they could improve on is the food. I would most definitely recommend to others looking.

I just wanted to thank you for all you did [name removed], for my father. he is so happy when we talk. he's really comfortable and says the staff has been so nice. this morning, he decided not to go to the dining room and have his cereal in his room. I was on the phone with him and an aide came in to his room to ask if he needed anything.

I am so grateful to Traditions and all the staff. I was nervous about assisted living, but met [name removed] and she was right about what I would experience. good food, socialization, fun activities, live music. I am happy to be here.

I always have had a positive experience with this community personally.

We chose The Birches because I needed a place in a hurry and they were able to get us in quickly. My in laws also have also stayed here as well and had a good experience. It turned out we were very very lucky. They get high marks in every category as far as I am concerned, they are good people and it is a great place. I would absolutely recommend them.

My mother with Alzheimer's has been living here for over 4 months and it has been life changing for all of us. We looked at quite a few facilities, and although some places might have been a little more impressive looking (and also way more expensive) the staff won us over at Traditions. Of course they are nice at all the facilities when you tour the place, but something felt genuine about Traditions, and we haven't been disappointed. They are super friendly and caring, and since my mother has been there, her attitude has improved 100%. When she lived with us, she was often angry, but she is always so happy when we visit, which is frequently. We can show up anytime, unannounced. There are always other residents and staff for her to interact with and activities going on. She raves about the food, which is plentiful. And the staff held our hands through the whole process, and were supremely understanding of how difficult the decision was for us. SO happy to have found this place!
