My mother with Alzheimer's has been living here for over 4 months and it has been life changing for all of us. We looked at quite a few facilities, and although some places might have been a little more impressive looking (and also way more expensive) the staff won us over at Traditions. Of course they are nice at all the facilities when you tour the place, but something felt genuine about Traditions, and we haven't been disappointed. They are super friendly and caring, and since my mother has been there, her attitude has improved 100%. When she lived with us, she was often angry, but she is always so happy when we visit, which is frequently. We can show up anytime, unannounced. There are always other residents and staff for her to interact with and activities going on. She raves about the food, which is plentiful. And the staff held our hands through the whole process, and were supremely understanding of how difficult the decision was for us. SO happy to have found this place!

It only been a couple of weeks since we transferred my dad from independent living to assisted living, and we are very happy that we picked Traditions of Lansdale. My dad's decline in the few weeks prior to transferring to Traditions of Lansdale made it clear that he was going to need more assistance to live a full life. We're so glad we found Traditions of Lansdale. My dad really likes the residents and staff. He feels very well attended to. He likes the food and the environment. From the moment I spoke with [name removed] looking for just the right place, to visit after visit with my mom, Chestnut Knoll exceeds my expectations. In one short month, my mom’s quality of life has greatly improved: she’s more active, social, and healthy. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] have all been so compassionate and professional. Nothing about my mom who is living g with Alzheimer’s surprises the staff. I leave after each visit filled with hope and gratitude that my mom is a part of the CK community.

Great community, too far from family was the downfall.

From the very first meeting that I had here with the representative and director we felt a very warm and friendly connection. This is what helped us decide where to place our loved one. The activities have been wonderful for my loved one. They play ball, they paint, and more they have a lot of great activities that we feel have been very beneficial to our loved one

We can't say enough good things about Chestnut Knoll and their staff! Our loved one is in the Memory Care unit and is doing far better than we had expected thanks to the wonderful and caring staff. We rest easy now knowing that he is being taken care of by the best!

Our family had an in person tour and the staff members were great, they answered all of our questions and we even came back for a second tour. After the second tour we just did not think it was going to be the best fit, the residents seemed a little older and less active that what our mother was at the time.

This was a lovely community. The lady who did the tour was taking over for the manager who was out of town. The community was clean and it smelled good. They had activities going on and were playing bingo with all of the residents. They just seemed to be very engaged with all of the residents.

The staff is awesome. They're very friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond if there's any type of issue. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Most of the residents also are very friendly. The food is good. There are quite a bit of activities. It's just a comfortable place to live. We've felt welcomed and like we were at home right away from the beginning.

From top to bottom, the staff at Traditions of Hanover go above and beyond to provide the best senior care in the Lehigh Valley. I would highly recommend Traditions of Hanover to anyone! By far the best senior community in the area!

I'm anxious to see what happens when things turn back to some sense of normalcy after Covid restrictions ease. There are few odds and ends, certain little things like connecting cable, that have been an ongoing problem. I know seniors tend to have trouble with that, but I feel like it could have been a little more easily corrected. My loved one tells me she likes the food most of the time. I think it would be really helpful if they locked the cost increases in with standard inflation, rather than having big jumps like just occurred. I'm concerned that eventually they will price seniors out. But it is one of the nicest places in the area. Residents can cook and do their own thing if they want, or eat the provided meals. There's a cleaning service that comes in. They seem to have everything they need here. I would live here myself if I I needed to. I appreciate that they really try to drive engagement. Other than the cranky resident here or there, the people have been very kind and nice, although we're in the Bible Belt, so some people can be a bit preachy. But I like the staff. Everything I've seen with them has been very positive, and that's what my loved one tells me as well.

This community was very nice and happen to be our second choice. However it was also higher in cost than the other community that was out number one.

When I was looking for an assisted living facility, with a good memory care unit, Heritage Green was recommend to me. It was a good recommendation. I am pleased with the courteous, friendly and helpful staff. My mom is in a spacious, shared room. The facility itself and the rooms are very homey and clean. There are many activities the residents can participate in. There is good social interaction. The food is varied and well balanced. I am very happy with this choice and would recommend to others.

Thank you so very much for the compassion and kindness you showed to my Mother and my family during such a difficult time. I have comfort knowing that my Mother was able to remain in what became her home through the end of her life. Everyone treated all of us with such respect, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. My parents were residents of the 4th floor memory care. The genuine love you gave to our parents is a true testament to your vocation. Though our mother's stay was only 3 months, she enjoyed all of you! She had such peace knowing that her husband would be in the best hands. Our dad grew to embrace each of you and melt you with his smile! When brought back from appointments, he would say, "we're home." Thank you for creating that atmosphere that Keystone was "home" to our parents. It is a testament to you to allow a resident's daughter to work on her father's floor. [Name removed], thank you for the opportunity to work with you. It enabled me to see my father during Covid 19 restrictions. It allowed me to appreciate you even more, knowing what consumes your day. My time there, gave more to me than I could of have imagined. I hope it was as rewarding for the residents as it was for me. The care you give every resident gave me comfort knowing my parents were placed in the best community.

I like it and people are friendly. Lots of service, get laundry service, meds and I don't have to cook! I give you a 5+! (I say 8 or 10)

I love the food and caring staff. Staff is always accommodating. Community is well kept. I really enjoy life at TOL.

I can't complain about anything. Favorite meal is breakfast, happy with selection, service. Activities are wonderful, keep you busy. One can do as much as you want. Fox Rehab has brought me from wheelchair to now using a walker.

I think this place is great! The meals are delicious and nutritious. I enjoy all the activities offered. The residents and staff are wonderful.
