Excellent customer service and attention to my mom.

My mom has been a resident for almost three years. She started on the first floor, moved to the second for added coverage and then moved to memory care during Covid. She is happy and well cared for.

Don't hesitate to place a loved one here. Your loved one will be well cared for. It has been a very good experience with the community for my loved one and family. The staff encourage the residents to participate in the activities. The staff communication with the family is very good. They do a great job at following up with answering our questions. They even know us by name when we visit our loved one.

Everyone is very friendly, polite, and wonderful. I would recommend for anyone in need. Excellent facility.

I have lived at Keystone Villa at Douglassville Independent Living since October 2019. The staff, from the Executive Director to the students who work part-time in the dining room, make you feel at home and there is a real sense of family between staff and residents. I have enjoyed getting to know many of the residents and have been able to form many warm personal relationships. My family is very happy I am here and they are welcomed to visit anytime. My two granddaughters like to visit their Babci “in this great big house, where she has an apartment!” I have been busy since I moved in enjoying the many activities, outings and trips that our Leisure and Lifestyle Director plans every month.The Housekeeping and Maintenance staff keep the building and the resident’s apartments in tiptop shape. I have enjoyed living here at “The Villa” for the past 2 ½ years and hope to enjoy many more years of Independent Living. Thank you, Keystone Villa at Douglassville, – Independent Living!

I am a relative and have two Cousins that live at Traditions of Hanover. One has been there for 9 months, and the other one just moved in on May 6, 2022. My cousin that just moved in May, actually relocated from the west coast. He has settled in nicely. His comment to me recently is that he is very happy there. That comment made me so happy. My other cousin settled in fine from the beginning. She is more involved with the activities that they offer, and she likes it very much too. As my husband likes to say, the Staff was there for you before you moved in, but that has continued well after people move in. Everyone is very friendly, as well as helpful in the best sense of the word. Before my mom moved in at Heritage Hill, I was very familiar with it. I knew people from church who lived here and I used to visit often. I have gone to several care facilities in the area and have always liked this one the best. It feels like a hotel as soon as you walk in and see the lobby. You can smell the meals cooking; it doesn't smell like a "typical" nursing home. The staff and the people there are all really friendly and nice. I've been going to this community for years to visit other people, and they were always a top choice before I even knew they were affiliated with A Place for Mom. I originally didn't think I would be able to afford it, but I can and it all worked out for us!

Keystone Villa has been awesome. The staff are very friendly and really make you feel at home. It is a very nice place and we are happy with our choice.

The staff are very friendly, and they listen. They accommodate my parents' needs. And we're also very satisfied with the facility itself - no complaints there.

We chose Senior Commons at Powder Mill because of the price point and we did a lot of online research and went to check it out and everyone was super friendly. We even had residents stopping to talk to us during the tour. We were very impressed with it and thought it looked like it would be a good fit for my dad. We liked that it is a smaller facility and it worked out really well. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We had a very positive tour at Traditions of Lansdale. I liked the layout of the facility. And I enjoyed working with the staff. This would have been our second choice. The main determining factor for us was just the distance to come visit.

Our family has been very happy with the care our Mom has gotten at Heritage Green Assisted Living. She is kept active, gets to do things with her peers, which keeps her from being lonely. It is a very nice and welcoming facility. She has 3 meals and snacks, medication administered, dr, physical therapy, group activities, hairdresser. Everyone on staff is friendly and tries to make their residents have fun and make the families rest easy.

I love this community! Staff are wonderful, truly care about the residents and accommodating . Pretty landscaping, clean, good food, and a family like atmosphere.

Before choosing a Memory Care facility for my wife, I visited all the facilities in the Lynchburg area. All facilities do their best to sell you on why they would be the best choice for you and your loved one and we are fortunate to have so many great facilities to chose from. For me, Heritage Green stood out with the staff's friendliness and genuine concern for my wife's well being. They send me pictures and texts with updates on how she is doing and reach out to me to help me through this transition. I can not say enough about the great folks at Heritage Green.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very lovely experience it was an excellent tour. The community is very clean and everyone we met with was so helpful and knowledgeable. However the community was just a little to big for our loved one but they did give us a meal to take home for dinner and their good was delicious.

So far things are going pretty good. We've had a very positive experience. The staff have helped quite a bit in stages working up to my dad being placed there. They did a lot of work helping me and doing the evaluation at the rehab center he was at. They've been quite supportive in the early stages of me managing my dad's living situation with me being so far away. They've worked on my behalf to help support him as I was getting used to how things operate and managing expectations, etc.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a fabulous tour experience we absolutely loved it. All of our family that was able to tour really liked it and was very impressed. We thought the facility was tremendous. They looked like they have plenty of activities going on. The lady who took us on the tour was actually head of the dining hall and she really new her stuff. She new all the residents that walked past us, everyone new here and they all loved her. However it just did not fit our loved ones needs at the time.
