Everybody is very nice and lots to do. The food is very good. My favorite activity is puzzles.

I had a tour of Traditions and was very impressed with the building and the staff, it is a great place!

I just moved into Keystone Villa at Ephrata and it's even better than I expected! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It already feels like home.

With the help of Traditions of Hanover, we had the honor and privilege of overseeing the care of my mother (and my wife’s mil) for the past eleven plus years. It was a labor of love thanks to Traditions. Traditions offered independence, socialization, and friendships as seniors age. Granted, as time went on and mom slowed down, those around her stepped up to fill the gap, because that’s what happens when you care. Whether it was holding her chair, grabbing her mail from the mailbox because she couldn’t reach it any more or helping her water her prized plants, people stepped up! Day after day, week after week, month after month you all stepped up with a helping hand to enable a proud gracious lady to be her best every day. Thank you from our heart to yours. If faced with the choice of placing mom in the right and healthy environment we’d choose Traditions because it afforded her to live a full and independent life surrounded by a second family, her Traditions “family”.

Heritage Green is one of the nicest facilities I have ever been too. Not only is the environment clean, the activities are creative and engaging, the longevity of the staff and their love for the residents is amazing. The memory care unit is so lively and fun from they’re specialized snacks to their wonderful, cuddly companion Scout. She stole the hearts of the residents as well as myself when I visited. I have never been in a facility where the staff goes above and beyond to fulfill the needs and desires of the residents. I am so fortunate that my loved one is among a wonderful grou of individuals who truly love the residents.

Our family was very impressed with the facility and with the marketing manager. She spent a lot of time with us to draft a care plan that would fit our dad's living needs and the family financial constraints. The building was bright and cheerfully decorated. Notices to residents in the hallways and elevators were in large print. The calendars had a nice variety of activities that would seem to appeal to many different links. The meal being cooked smelled great!

With plenty of senior living options, Heritage Green offers a family like atmosphere that is not common anymore. With the longevity of staff, low number of residents and plenty of love this place is the next best place to home. Residents are cared for, respected, and happy. The activities department is energetic and offers a variety of activities for everyone and ever level. The administration and nursing staff know their residents and families well and treat them like family. The food is incredible with plenty of options and courteous wait staff. This is also the cleanest most well maintained ALF I’ve ever seen. As a RN (not employed with this facility or company) , I would recommend this senior living community to both people looking for employment and seniors looking for a wonderful place to live alike.

Manor at Market Square is a great place for Respite care. My loved one was on lockdown most of the time they were there due to staff members having contracted COVID during this time. The staff was friendly during the stay.

I like everything about living at Keystone Villa. The meals are great and staff and residents are so friendly. I also love being able to walk into town.

People are very happy here. My mother enjoys coloring, trips, food. Staff are quick to answer questions.

We are so pleased with the care my uncle is receiving at Chestnut Knoll. The staff members are loving and compassionate. He is treated with respect and dignity. From his first day, we felt welcomed and knew we made the right decision to place him here. All his needs are being met, and we feel we are getting quality care for him.

The lady who gave us our tour was amazing, we were sold right away and cancelled all other tours with other facilities we had appointments with. She gave us a sense of ease during the onboarding and move in process. Our loved one wanted a studio room, but right now she is in a one bedroom until a one becomes available, and they have been so accommodating that we are paying the studio apartment price, not the one bedroom. It is a month to month cost as well, and Traditions just has everything we wanted.

You have to go check this community out! When we were trying to help our mother out the website is great but it does this community no justice compared to the feeling that you get walking through the front door and the community. Every person is different and don't just base it off of what you ready and visualize actually go to the community and get a feeling for it. You have to choose based off of what you are looking for for your loved one.

My dear uncle has a moderate Alzheimer’s diagnosis. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful . The Home Instead nurses cared for uncle by distributing medication on a regular basis. His care level changed from an independent living status to the personal care level. The marketing member explained everything in detail in order to make the transition from independent care to personal care very welcoming and smooth . The personal care director contacted my uncle’s care providers. She informed me about the nurses being dedicated and loyal to the residents. Now we know that he will be well provided for and the current activities director will continue to go out of her way to incorporate activities into my uncle’s daily routine. She has reached out via text to reassure me that my uncle was participating in the art classes and fun entertainment events. The staff and new director, are very friendly and we feel blessed to have our uncle enjoying his safe new home away from home!

The camaraderie and food is very good. People are helpful.
