This is a lovely community. The staff that I met with are so warm and welcoming. They were a tremendous help to my mother and I, the whole family actually! Our experience was awesome! PS Mom is settled in and doing well.
I loved this place from the first tour with [name removed]! The warmth and friendliness of staff and residents "blew me away"! It was clear it was where we were meant to be! There is not enough room for me to describe our appreciation of how well it is run and how very caring and excellent all the staff is! They like reaching out to the residents esp in activity center functions and my therapists have been both excellent and delightful!

Traditions was the first community our family went to go see and after we left we cancelled all other tours. Traditions is clean, homey and everyone is very friendly. From our understanding our loved one is enjoying the meals, she has yet to complain. Our loved one has early signs of dementia so sometimes it is hard to get a straight answer from her, but by the looks of it they have good activities and the activities director is very nice. The value for is cost is pretty good.

I toured this facility recently while looking for a place for my aunt. She is currently at an Independent community and we are looking to make a change soon. I am always skeptical at reviews online, but can tell you that the reviews for The Birches really are accurate and it is a great place! Finally found the place for my Aunt once the time comes.

I recently began my employment here at The Birches and I could not be happier! From the interview process with [name removed], which was the very first time that I had interviewed for a job in about 13 years, my experience could not have been more pleasant and welcoming. I knew after the first 5 minutes that I would love nothing more than to work here! The management under our Executive Director, [name removed], is nothing short of incredible. I already feel as though this is my home. The residents are all so sweet and I love to interact with them whenever I am at work. The facility is gorgeous and has such a warm and home-like feel. We are growing and it is very exciting to be a part of this amazing team!! Our entire care staff takes impeccable care of our residents and the residents all seem very happy and content. Thank you for asking me to be a part of the family at The Birches!
