We saw nothing that was concerning to us, and my loved ones seemed to like it here. The only problem was the price.

My mother improved immensely both physically and mentally at Keystone. She regained the ability to write letters, use the phone, read the newspaper, and basically take care of herself.

We have had a great experience so far with Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. The family is happy and my mother is happy here as well. I would recommend this facility to others as long as you can afford it.

Since mom entered MAMS, we have been very pleased with the help and attention mom gets from the staff. They keep upgrading the facility for all stages of the resident care . We are so pleased to be directed to MAMS !

This place is wonderful. My father lives here. The staff is high quality and very friendly. The care and Support my father receives is outstanding I rest at ease knowing my father is in good hands.

I was recently asked to provide musical entertainment for the residents at this community. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and was impressed with the communities COVID protocols in place. The new Executive Director was kind enough to show me around and I was very impressed with all of the renovations to enhance the living environment. The residents were very well cared for and were quite engaging with me during my performance. Having performed at several Senior communities, my experience at the Birches was on the top of my list! Living locally and having a mother who will soon one day need a community setting, it is great to know that The Birches will be there for her and me when we need it!

There is not enough words or space here to write all the positive things I want to say about this facility. And I wouldn't want to miss anyone's name, they've all been wonderful and go beyond most of all, they've given my dads life back. he is truly happier being surrounded by this staff who are so ATTENTIVE.

My mother was a residents for over seven years. I visited her three half days a week. This gave me an opportunity to observe day to day facility management. I only say good things, love and care shown to the residents, a positive attitude among the staff which transferred to contentment among the residents. Before covid the activities were many and varied. I considered this a real plus for mothers well being.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

They are just the most compassionate, sincere, authentic people you would ever meet. They really have your loved one's care in mind when they set up an individual program for them. They didn't always provide updates, but when you would reach out to them, they would make sure that you had the most up-to-date information about your loved one and how they were doing in the program, and any changes that they saw. They definitely reached out to me when my father had a choking incident and they wanted him to do a swallow test. So when they had concerns they would reach out to me and let me know what was going on in his world. They gave periodic updates, and they just seemed to really care about the wellbeing of my father and how well he was doing in their community. I remember one staff member calling me and telling me she was going to purposely arrange for him to sit down with another man in the community because she thought they had a lot in common and would have a lot to talk about. I just loved the involvement that happened there. It was worth every dime.

My brother needed a place to recover from a minor stroke. He did not need a lot of help with his day-to-day personal care but did need help with his medications. He also had cognitive issues that were a concern was also worried he may fall if he went back home at that time. We wanted him in a place where he could walk on his own and it was safe and there were people around. He stayed just 2 months but made major improvements. He was able to go back home stronger - both physically and mentally. The staff there are AMAZING!

When my mother could no longer stay in her house, we looked for a facility that would make her feel like she was at home. Chestnut Knoll fit all of our requirements. We were very pleased with the facility and the staff. From dietary, to maintenance, to housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and kind to my mother and our family. I can not say enough about the aids that helped care for her. When I left in the evening I knew she was in good hands.

After my Stepfather passed away in 2018, my Mom and I went looking for a nice Assisted Living facility for her. We went to 5 different places for lunch and a tour. Traditions of Hanover had the best food, the best atmosphere and the best price for a spacious one-bedroom with a walk-in shower and all of the safety features in place. The people are all upbeat, the atmosphere is uplifting, and there are plenty of activities to partake in. The staff is excellent. My Mom loved it there. She loved playing her piano with her headphones on and making everyone laugh. She lived there for 2 years. She peacefully passed away with Hospice in her apartment in May of this year. They also have an excellent service called "Consider It Done" who came in to check on Mom every hour until the day she died. The aides took excellent care of my Mom. You will feel at ease knowing that your parents are living at Traditions of Hanover. It is by far "THE BEST ASSISTED LIVING PLACE IN THE BETHLEHEM AREA."
