My mom is a resident of The Birches. They have done an incredible job taking care of her and all the others who are entrusted to their care. I can only imagine how difficult the pandemic has been for all of the staff - but they did a great job and I am grateful they kept my mom safe. Thank you!

Thee staff at Keystone Villa Douglassville was so wonderful helping to coordinate the move-in for my aunt. The welcoming that was given was so thoughtful and touching. The staff has continued to show support and updates above and beyond to ensure the new resident is comfortable and happy!!

Our mother was recently diagnosed with dementia. The decline we saw in recent months necessitated our need to place her in assisted living. When reaching out to local communities for information it was the immediate call back from [name removed] at Traditions that helped end our search. [name removed] spent a great deal of time listening, offering advice and assuring us that Traditions could meet our mother’s needs. [name removed] and the entire team at Traditions made the intake process and her move seamless. Within days we saw an improvement in our mom’s spirits which can be attributed to the stimulation she is now receiving daily combined with nutritious meals and excellent medical supervision all within the family-like environment the team at Traditions aspires to and delivers! We are more than happy to recommend this community to anyone needing a later-in-life new home.

I have worked at the Birches since the end of April, and Thank Goodness I was given this opportunity. The residents are amazing. All of them. Love them forever and a day. We work very hard but I always hear from them "thank you for all you do." Or "you work so hard. We notice it and appreciate everything you do for us." I love our staff, and you can see they love the residents as well. Amazing! Best of all our Executive Director is the most amazing ED I have worked with in a long time. He came into our community in the midst of construction, and works hard to keep his eyes peeled, step in when there is need, and check the halls throughout the shifts. He jumps in to move a sofa, serves ice cream during music programs, is a great bartender when he sees me struggling, and is Justin on the spot when he imagines he is needed. I've been working as an Activity Director for over 20 years. He has come into this fabulous company and made us amazing! Stop by and see the changes!

Our tour at Heritage Green was just great! Each person that I came in to contact with was very pleasant. I felt comfortable there, and I felt a sense of warmth.

This is a lovely community. The staff that I met with are so warm and welcoming. They were a tremendous help to my mother and I, the whole family actually! Our experience was awesome! PS Mom is settled in and doing well.

I loved this place from the first tour with [name removed]! The warmth and friendliness of staff and residents "blew me away"! It was clear it was where we were meant to be! There is not enough room for me to describe our appreciation of how well it is run and how very caring and excellent all the staff is! They like reaching out to the residents esp in activity center functions and my therapists have been both excellent and delightful!

Our tour with The Birches was great. It was a very nice facility but was out of my loved ones price range.

We had a great tour with Traditions of Lansdale, the facility was very nice but it ended up being out of my loved ones price range.

Traditions was the first community our family went to go see and after we left we cancelled all other tours. Traditions is clean, homey and everyone is very friendly. From our understanding our loved one is enjoying the meals, she has yet to complain. Our loved one has early signs of dementia so sometimes it is hard to get a straight answer from her, but by the looks of it they have good activities and the activities director is very nice. The value for is cost is pretty good.

This was a very nice community and I thought about putting my loved one here. It was very clean and they had a lot of long term staff that were still with them.

I toured this facility recently while looking for a place for my aunt. She is currently at an Independent community and we are looking to make a change soon. I am always skeptical at reviews online, but can tell you that the reviews for The Birches really are accurate and it is a great place! Finally found the place for my Aunt once the time comes.

I am so very grateful for the very loving professional ,caring, excellent, care my parents have received from the nursing staff and Director of nursing at Cardinal Village. They have always gone over and beyond to be sure my parents always have had the best care 24 seven . The peace of mind I have to know such excellent care and concern has been and is given to my loved ones is something I am so very grateful for. The wonderful nursing staff and Director of nursing at Cardinal Village I do not take for granted , I am very thankful for them every single day .

I recently began my employment here at The Birches and I could not be happier! From the interview process with [name removed], which was the very first time that I had interviewed for a job in about 13 years, my experience could not have been more pleasant and welcoming. I knew after the first 5 minutes that I would love nothing more than to work here! The management under our Executive Director, [name removed], is nothing short of incredible. I already feel as though this is my home. The residents are all so sweet and I love to interact with them whenever I am at work. The facility is gorgeous and has such a warm and home-like feel. We are growing and it is very exciting to be a part of this amazing team!! Our entire care staff takes impeccable care of our residents and the residents all seem very happy and content. We recommend Belle Reve Memory Care in Milford, PA. Over the past three years we have witnessed a profound change in our loved relative's personality and attitude as she has progressed from agitation and anxiety to a place of serenity and peace. We have personally witnessed the kindness and professionalism of the staff who interact without relative, from personal aides to physical therapists, activities and culinary staff, as well as ancillary staff including receptionists who often visit to chat with her. She participates in activities, celebrations and planned events as well, and her health remains excellent at age 92. Her sense of security, dignity and her charming personality have been restored by the caring attention she receives at Belle Reve. We are enormously grateful to all of the staff and especially to the Director of Memory Care, Simone Thomas, for the excellent care our relative enjoys and for the peace of mind which we enjoy. This is as close to home as you are going to get. Very homey environment and very cozy. They have activities like chair gym and other things for the residents to participate in. My loved one enjoys all of the activities that she participates in.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent Care my father has been given by the nursing staff and Director of Nursing of Cardinal Village . They have always gone over and beyond to help in every way . I am so very grateful to have such excellent care 24 seven for my Dad. Having the peace of mind that my dad is being given the best care ~ and always professional always very caring is something I am very grateful for everyday .

My mother in law has been a resident for over five years. She has received outstanding care all along the way. And when she transitioned to the unit where she needed much more care we were informed all along the way what that would entail. Also [name removed] was very helpful making sure we had the right hospice care. My wife could not feel better about where her mother is! They go out of there way to make sure the resident AMD family are completely satisfied!

Cardinal Village is a wonderful community with kind, caring staff. The care given to residents is excellent. My mother was in another assisted living and the care here is so much better. They have actually nurses here to care for the residents. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Your relatives will be well cared for here as they go over and above for all their residents and they treat them with love and respect.

Heritage Hill has done an excellent job of taking care of my father. The entire staff has been a joy to work with. Their professionalism and care for my father is second to none. Each department cares very much about my dad and shows kindness and compassion to him. If you are in need of a special place for a loved one, I highly recommend this facility AND team.
