After living alone for 26 years after the passing of my husband, I realized maintaining my home and yard was becoming difficult. Keystone Villa was the only retirement facility I looked at and I didn't want to look further. I moved in in May 2017 and felt at home immediately. All of the staff welcomed me and have done all they could to make me comfortable and safe ever since.

I was so impressed with Keystone Villa! The interaction I saw with the staff and resident was truly heartwarming.

My wife entered Memory Care at Heritage Green Daybreak a month ago. This has been the most difficult time of my life. I don't know how I could have gotten through this without the caring, professional staff at Heritage Green and I mean all of them. Covid-19 makes their work more than twice as hard as it ought to be. God bless them.

The is a beautiful, clean facility. It is well maintained and has provided wonderful care for my mother before and during this COVID crisis. The staff has been very helpful and attentive to my mother's needs.

The staff members at Heritage Green are doing the best they can keeping the residents active and engaged during COVID. The biggest thing that we liked about this community was all the availability they had with choose rooms. Our loved one is currently living in a one bedroom that has a separate seating area. It is very spacious, and the food they serve is pretty good

What really stood out to us about this community was how friendly the staff was. They are very accommodating and high quality. The rooms they provide are high quality. Our loved one is very happy with the food they serve.

I moved in on [date removed] and felt at home immediately. All of the staff welcomed me and have done all they could to make me comfortable and safe ever since.

I find the staff to be very courteous, reliable and very friendly. The residents are very kind and friendly too. I feel very welcome and glad that I live here. The food selection is also very healthy and wholesome.

The staff at Keystone Villa make it exceptional. They are caring and treat everyone like family and are driven to keep all residents safe and happy.

They have nurses and doctors on staff. I would recommend to go visit this community and have your loved ones attend this community. The memory care activities included: crafts to a recycle center and the family could attend any event with them. The residents even got to go see snow geese, and the staff would go on ice cream runs with the residents. The food was good according to my loved ones. In fact my loved one was able to gain weight since joining the community. This community only had 22 people on the memory care unit. The family choose this community for this great attribute. The family will have a fob provided by the community to allow for visits at anytime, this was prior to COVID.

Beautiful interior, wonderful caring staff, roomy apartments. Everyone from management on down goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this community for your loved ones. I can't say enough how much my parents enjoy living here.

My father was an Assisted Living resident at Chancellor's Village beginning in September 2019. We had the opportunity to tour the property earlier in the year and found the environment to be really lovely and welcoming and both the employees and residents to be friendly and knowledgeable. It felt much like home, warm and comfortable not sterile and cold. When you enter you are greeted by a concierge who can help you with just about anything! Although we were most interested in Assisted Living we had the opportunity to tour the independent apartments also. They are beautiful, clean and bright. The assisted living apartments are set up perfectly with safety, security and comfort in mind; still nice and bright. Dad's apartment had a balcony and he liked siting outside enjoying the breeze and the birds. The configuration of the bathroom and shower seemed safer in comparison to other facilities I visited. There was even a nice ceiling heater so he didn't get cold after showering. There are several amenities including a beautiful chapel, fitness facility, beauty shop, library, and community rooms with movies. There are many rooms and little nooks where you can sit and visit or read. The dining was the big hit with Dad. Chancellor's Village is known for having the best food and that is a fact! I also like that they have a hostess seat you and your friends when you come to dine. Assisted Living residents are also welcome to eat in a separate, smaller dining room if they choose. There was never any sales pressure. Once Dad made his decision to move in this amazing group of people made it seamless. I feel the costs were appropriate for the kind of care Dad received. The nursing staff, administration, dining staff, housekeeping, concierges, transportation, security, activity planners and maintenance all took exceptional care of my father. He was treated as if he was the most important resident. I know all the residents are treated that way! They just make you, as the resident, and the resident's family feel special. During the Pandemic this group of professionals are working even harder to make sure everyone's needs are met. They provided extra special care when resident's families could not visit. It is the dedicated employees that make Chancellor's Village the amazing place it is. I think Navion's Chancellor's Village is the Gold Standard by which all other Assisted Living facilities should be measured. I am so grateful to have found this amazing community!

Even before my sister was able to move in she benefitted from a skilled, compassionate staff. COVID-19 issues were managed professionally and comfortably. The staff continues to be friendly while responding to residents' needs promptly and professionally.

The layout of Senior Commons was very accessible for all the residents, it had nice grounds with nice gardens. Everything was kept very clean. This community had bingo, music, church services and would even take little trips. Our loved ones room was very comfortable for him. They did serve a lot of chicken for their meals, but the meals were always well balanced, even if you were sick they would bring up your meal to your room. The staff members at this community were always very helpful, very nice, and very professional. They were always engaged with the residents.

This is a wonderful place to live at and is very safe.
