Great facility, staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great visit and my mother is looking forward to getting a tour herself.

The Traditions community is working out so much better for our loved one. The meals and dining service can use a little bit of help but they have great activities. The value for cost is amazing, it is a little less cheaper then our loved ones previous community, but the experience is just night and day in comparison.

The administration team down to the care givers were all friendly, better then expected and very knowledgeable. They staff were great, and we thought the value for cost was really reasonable. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

I am very happy with the care that my uncle, [name removed], received at Chestnut Knoll. The compassion and love shown to him, and the support for us, was nothing but amazing. The administrators were always readily available whenever we had a question or concern, and any concerns were immediately addressed. The staff was so very caring, and they took a personal interest in caring for Uncle [name removed]. I highly recommend this facility for you or for your loved one. You will get the care and attention and the personal touch that you/they deserve.

The Administrative and ALL support staff made the transition from our Aunt's Independent living to Assisted/Memory Care seamless. Very caring staff, which helped to ease the anxiety of our family during this change in her life's journey. The staff were very transparent in their communications with us, either by phone or during personal visits with our Aunt. We can't thank them enough for the caring compassion they offered our Aunt.

My mom has been a resident at Traditions for nearly 9 years. She was a high functioning, independent senior and then in February had a stroke. Upon completion of her rehabilitation at 2 separate facilities, they both stated she would be unable to return to Traditions. The management team wanted us to give it a try and arranged an assessment of my mom by licensed PT and nursing as well as the home health aides they contract with. The entire team felt they could support my mom in her continued rehabilitation. Upon my mom's return to Traditions, she required frequent visits to assist her in all her daily activities. Within one week of her being there, seeing her friends, back in her own apartment, the support of Traditions staff, kitchen, housekeeping, management and the professionals, her improvement was beyond our hopes. Traditions is so much more than a senior living facility. It is a community of loving and caring people. IT IS HOME.

The staff is caring, kind, compassionate folks. My aunt has been a resident for three years. I am so thankful she’s at this safe place. The facility is welcoming and very clean. The food is delicious. Great care is taken in both the selection and preparation of each meal. Activities are varied and fun. So much effort is put into making sure everyone is involved and entertained. The Fox Therapy team, an exceptional part of what Chestnut Knoll has to offer, does remarkable work with the residents. I highly recommend Chestnut Knoll.

We visited/toured twice and are impressed with the location, facility and options for Mom. The facility is welcoming, the residents are friendly, well cared for and very active. Staff were very caring, friendly and knew the residents by name.

I am an occupational therapy student who was placed at Traditions of Hanover for my fieldwork experience. Traditions of Hanover is very much a close knit family, and you can see this throughout the day from both staff and residents. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and anyone can see how special this community is. When talking with residents, they share how important their Traditions of Hanover family is to them and how great of an impact their community has had on their overall health.

My 86-year-old father, who is diagnosed with dementia, had recently returned home from rehab. It quickly became apparent that my mother could no longer care for him. I called "A Place for Mom" who swiftly put me in touch with the Director at Chestnut Knoll. The director listened to my concerns and immediately connected me to the Marketing Director who helped me determine the type of care my father would need. The Marketing Director and Memory Care Director gave me an impromptu “virtual tour” of their beautiful facility. During the tour, they discussed the type of care my father would receive and showed me the memory care “neighborhoods” that help foster independence and socialization for their residents. My father absolutely loves the program at Chestnut Knoll. The staff keep him active and engaged throughout the day. He’s hardly ever in his room! His favorite activities are strolling through the “neighborhoods”, reading his book outside in the garden and movie night.

We were very impressed with Traditions of Lansdale. The staff are very friendly & caring professionals. The residents seem happy when I have toured and visited whether they are playing a game or sitting on the front porch. Kim is awesome and very accommodating. Thank yoi!

We chose Traditions of Hershey because of the convenience to family, availability, and the price was great. We were just impressed with the overall facility itself and the staff members. The apartment sizes are very roomy and have a lot of storage space. They offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. My dad loves the food and a couple residents said it is the best that they have had out of any place they have been. They provide free moving which is amazing, the guys who did the moving made the whole transition unbelievably easy. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Safe and secure, spotlessly clean, warm and caring staff, vibrant atmosphere and a deep sense of community. It doesn’t get better than Traditions. We moved my healthy and very independent 98-year-old mom into Traditions several weeks ago. She had been living alone for the last 40 years but the loneliness and trauma of 2020 set her back mentally and physically. She has only been at Traditions for a month but what a change! She is back to her old self again :) She is very happy and so am I!

We toured The Crossings at Bon Air and really liked it. It was clean, everyone was friendly, and from the calendar that we saw it looked like they provided a lot of good activities. I would not have hesitated to put my mom in this facility.

The staff is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have and make you feel like family. Communication is good between the staff and our family. They do a wonderful job keeping us informed and i would recommend this community based on my experience.

I have been so pleased with everything that is Chestnut Knoll. They have made my Father feel at home and really like he is part of the Chestnut Knoll family. The staff at all levels is super attentive and really have a "can do" attitude. The communication channels are great and they have kept me personally up to speed on the changing rules and regulations. The food is great and even in these COVID times they have managed to keep my Father active and engaged. I could not have made a better choice and have never second guessed my decision. I would recommend Chestnut Knoll to anyone who is looking for that next safe haven for their loved one
