I cannot rate the staff high enough, they are so friendly and they know the residents by name. My mom came here reluctantly but she will admit that the people are all so friendly and welcoming. It is very clean, someone comes in once a week to clean her room and the common areas are kept spotless. The grounds and facility itself are beautiful. They have activities every day and they have a few different activities directors. Communication to the residents are great. For example they have a calendar outside the elevators showing the dates and times for the activities. The food is very good, they are chef prepared meals and it is served restaurant style. The value is great, you definitely get what you pay for. There are a few extras included here that were not included at other places. I would highly recommend Chancellor's Village to others - I can honestly say that it is better than we had ever hoped for.

My overall experience moving mom to TOH was excellent. The marketing department team was very helpful in helping decide if TOH was the best fit for mom. They were very accomodating with tours of the home, multiple phone conversations answering questions, helping to measure the rooms to make sure her furniture would fit and even providing trusted referral suggestions for moving companies. Mom has been living there since April and although she's still adjusting she is safe and comfortable. She is making friends, enjoying the activities and entertainment and even the convenience of a podiatrist who comes to Traditions! Most importantly she is never alone at TOH so if there is ever a need for help, especially an emergency she can count on a quick response. Staff are always cordial and helpful. The residents are friendly and there is an upbeat atmosphere which says a lot about where they live.

I am very thankful for my daughter [name removed] for finding Traditions of Lansdale. The staff is not only friendly and kind but are exellent in response time of caring for residents needs ( and mine.) This community, offers independent living, beautiful courtyards, activities, music, restaurant dining, housekeeping, laundry, and medication management. Really, what else could I ask for?

I have lived at Keystone Villa for a few years. I enjoy the fun activities and the friends I've made. Everyone really looks out for each other & that made this feel like home!

The staff was really good. The supervisor of hospice, and the supervisor over the wing that my loved one was in, they were great. Also, the finance department was so nice, patient, and understanding. They offer very good activities, and they went out of there way. This was the best, out of other places that I looked at. Overall, I was very pleased with the facility.

As we all know , the process of finding a home for your mom after so many prosperous years can be overwhelming - from our first visit to tour Keystone to the actual move in - the process was handled professional and very personal - from management down to all employees you are treated like family, the laid back , organized activities , cooked meals , make this the perfect place for my mom -

So kind , this past weekend when visiting a friend in personal care for her birthday. Staff sung to her, and even staff that were not working that day came in with a gift, to visit her to wish her happy birthday!!! How thoughtful , this place is full of wonderful caring staff!!

Moving to Keystone Villa at Fleetwood was a game changer for my loved one. With a history of depression and a decline in health, he was in a very low place, both mentally and physically. His transition to Keystone villa was seamless due to the help and guidance from staff. The Villa offers a warm and friendly environment which has allowed my loved one to thrive. From nursing to reception, care staff to admissions, every single employee that I have encountered has been nothing short of caring, compassionate, and accommodating. As an occupational therapist, I have been in and out of numerous assisted living facilities throughout the county and I can say with assurance that Keystone Villa is one of the very best.

Our family is thrilled that Mom has chosen Keystone Villa at Fleetwood as her permanent home! After a fall in January of this year she landed in the hospital and then a stay in a rehab facility. Due to an insurance issue and a communication error we were forced to find a new home for Mom in two days. [Name removed] and the staff immediately scheduled a personal tour for my sister and a video tour for myself. Mom then had a tour and lunch the following day. She moved into the personal care side and the staff was wonderful. They even assisted with finding a mover from her apartment. After a 5 month stay she has transferred to the independent living side. She has many new friends, enjoys the offsite excursions and the clean and friendly facility. She assists with the bingo and visits with her friends on the personal care side as well. She is looking forward to many happy years at the Villa and making more friends along the way! Thank you to all the staff!!

Keystone Villa Fleetwood has been such a blessing for my Mom and for our family! The staff is WONDERFUL! This wasn’t initially an easy transition for my Mom because it was hard for her to leave her home. The staff was so compassionate, so patient and so caring …they made mom and our family feel so welcome and so “at home!” Mom receives personalized, professional, loving care. She really likes the food, they provide a great variety of activities, the facility is clean, safe and beautifully cared for! Mom’s studio apartment is absolutely lovely! Everything Mom needs is right there! Everyone makes our family feel so welcome when we visit…like a big family! We are very thankful for KVF!!!

Chestnut Knoll is a bright, caring, and active assisted living community. As you walk through the facility you see a staff and management team who creat a light, friendly, energetic, and caring, atmosphere which permeates throughout the entire facility. Staff and residents interact continually on a personal level, creating a true family atmosphere. The level and quality of care is outstanding.

We were looking for memory care for my loved one and we couldn’t have been more pleased with all heritage green had to offer. The community is clean and the staff were so friendly. It was fun to see karaoke with the staff and residents. There seemed to be lots of hands on care for these dementia patients. We are moving forward with the admission process. We didn’t get to taste the food, but the menu looked really good and they brought out banana splits to all the residents and us while we were there.

Traditions of Hanover was one of the first facilities were visited for facility tours. The staff learned about my mother's interests, history, and needs before the visit. The tour not only catered to her and her personality, they highlighted the type of experience she could have and introduced her to like residents. The staff were not only friendly, they show genuine care for my mother.
