We chose Keystone Villa at Douglassville because we liked the atmosphere and the activities that they had offered for the residents. We looked at several different places and they were the best from what we saw. It has been a positive experience.

Manor At Market Square is a gem. I was looking for an affordable, clean and safe place for my mother. I'm so lucky I made the phone call. They answered my questions and put me at ease knowing my mother would be in good hands.

I visited the Birches in Newtown for my parents (87 and 89 years old). I was so happy with the experience, I brought my father back to tour the building. All fears of “assisted living” were gone! Very nice experience.

My parents recently moved in to Manor at Market Square. Manor is truly the "hidden gem" in Berks County. I have never known such a warm and caring staff. You can feel it in the atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. My parents rave about the food and the staff has gone above and beyond expectations to make them feel welcome. If you are considering senior housing, please don't pass the opportunity by to see this place for yourself!

I had placed my aunt at this facility, Manor at Market Square and had found this facility by actually reaching out to your company. Both your company and the Manor was so very helpful to me and my family finding a place for my aunt. We had our beloved aunt in our home for 20 years and then she started to develop Dementia and needed a facility. She had been with the Manor at Market Square for 8 years till needing to be moved to a full nursing home facility recently. It was very emotional saying goodbye to folks at the Manor that had become family to us. The folks at the Manor at Market Square showed my aunt loving compassionate care all throughout her stay. I can't thank them all enough for all they did for my aunt. Blessings unto them all!

My mother first experienced assisted living at The Birches, and then later on memory care, and the care she received in both sections was extraordinary. Their kindness, attention, and warmth - I could not rate them any higher. They did so much for my mom, who was not an easy person. She was very sweet but had some serious cognitive issues. And they were just fantastic with her.

Chancellor's Village is definitely worth checking out! It's a great option. I like that my parents have access to other people. Their social life has definitely improved. The apartment is the perfect size for them to downsize. All their appliances - washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. - work properly. And there's plenty of closet space.

The only drawback is that my mom doesn't take advantage of all the amenities or most of them. She likes to keep to herself and unfortunately after the initial period where they have an ambassador who helps you around to get used to things there isn't anyone specific encouraging you to participate. But overall I'm very happy. Cleaning staff is so great and meals are very good.

I toured TOH last March and then returned with my mom in July so she could see this wonderful place! From the individual apartments to the dining area to the activities to the staff to the beautiful setting and the incredible caring compassion of everyone that works there, it only made sense to pursue getting on that waitlist ASAP! Mom loved it and we are now looking at a move-in date early December 2022! I am so excited to be able to stay with my mom as she settles into her new community. Thank you TOH for providing this incredible community opportunity for our loving family members

Traditions offers my parents a place for safety and security. They have been able to engage in different social activities to keep them busy and active. Having a therapy department in house has been a major plus!

Heritage Green’s small size offers a caring, intimate atmosphere where residents and staff get to know each other. Staff, especially administrators, make an effort to get to know family members as well, which makes sharing concerns or questions so much easier. The facility is bright, clean and modern without an institutional feeling. We have been very pleased since our mother moved there and would recommend it to others.

We chose Traditions of Lansdale because this was the one that my mom responded to the best, she really liked it and it was all about her decision. Overall it has been a good experience and she likes it here. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

I would recommend others check this community out for their loved ones. The staff is very personal to the residents, and you can tell they really care about the themas well. The community is clean and organized too. The communication with the staff is wonderful. They are responsive to emails, phone calls, and direct communication. Some of the care types include medication management, dressing, and bathing assistance.

Before moving to [removed], a family member of mine had to stay at Keystone Villa at Douglassville Independent Living. They had a great time there. The staff was well-informed about the needs of the residents and very amiable.

My wife has been a resident in the memory care unit for 8 months now. I have been pleased with the level of care provided by the caregivers who interact with her and our family day to day. The support staff are also friendly and always looking for ways to inform and support us in the care of our loved one. I am extremely thankful that we discovered Heritage Green and highly recommend them to others with similar needs.

This facility is absolutely wonderful. I am so happy that my loved one, needing more care, is able to be in such a great place. I can't say enough about the staff, they really stuck out to me from day one. They are so caring, kind, genuine, and respectful. I just couldn't ask for more. My loved one feels respected and valued here. Housekeeping is done daily and they do a good job. I've never seen this place not clean. Communication with the family is great, they're proactive about reaching out to me when needed. They do a really good job with the food and I know how much of a challenge that is. They have a good variety and alternative options as well. My loved one doesn't participate in the activities, but they are great. The activities director is so upbeat and friendly. He even tries to encourage my loved one to participate. So many of the residents participate and seem to enjoy all of the activities. They have outings also. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Really our deciding factor was the staff and the apartment - the staff have been very responsive and the apartment is a very nice size. Before we moved in the bathroom was very clean, they did the floors and replaced the windows they said they would do early on. The community is a little pricey but based on our experience we would recommend Chancellor's Village to other families.

I visited my father for the first time since he has moved here. I was extremely pleased with everything. Facilities were clean and bright. Staff was friendly and very respectful of the residents. Activities director was superb!

My mom has been in this facility about a year now. She has been treated with respect despite being hard to deal with at times due to her dementia. The staff is always forthcoming with information and keeps me updated on any concerns they may have. The facility is very clean and tidy. I am a retired RN and can say with experience that this is the best assisted living and memory care facility I have encountered Administrator and staff really care about the residents.
