My father in law was living by myself struggling to get by with his health and happiness. Traditions changed his path. Since the moment he moved in, the entire staff has taken care of him from making sure he connects with residents for his social health, providing amazing meals, and getting him set up with all of his doctors appointments.

The staff and community is a huge help for those who need some help. I appreciate the easy process and cleanliness of the facility. It seems like the staff genuinely wants what’s best for the person.

Keystone Villas stands out for many reasons. [name removed]made herself available to us throughout the process. She was an incredible guide during a difficult time. Thank you, [name removed], for your patience and professionalism. Our family was also impressed by the facility and what is offered there. The space had tons of amenities that made the residents feel comfortable, independent and engaged. The building itself is easy to navigate and has sweeping views of Blue Mountain. It was easy to see the well-being of those residing here. All of these things helped give us comfort knowing our family member would be happy at Keystone Villas.

I moved to Keystone from rehab. My goal is to move to Independent Living. With the help of the care team and FOX therapy, I am close to reaching that goal. They have supported me throughout the journey and have encouraged my independence. They are a fantastic team of people!

I came for a short respite stay over the summer. This fall I have returned as a full time resident. We have so much together. We dance and sing at happy hour each week. The food is great! It’s just a cool place to live! And the staff are incredible!

I have been a resident since last February and in my time here positive changes have been made. It appears some residents need more attention than others however the building does a good job of navigating everyone’s needs. Overall the staff are friendly and always willing to lend a hand.

Some of the staff show they care. There are some many activities so residents don't just sit in their rooms. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

When my Aunt and Uncle both needed help with dementia and assisted living at the same time, no one would help. Doctors, hospitals etc. I was at my wits end. Then I punched in A place for Mom and within 10 minutes got a call from chestnut knoll and they handled everything for me from paperwork, transportation and getting them settled. I give the place a 10 for administration, nurses, aides for making the move easy and taking a lot of responsibility off my shoulders. This place is a 10 all around and I've been thru a lot of places that were bad. The place is clean with plenty of activities, staff are excellent with care. You need help you just ask .Both of my relatives love it there and they say how nice everybody treats them. They never ask to go back home which should tell you alot. Again I give the place, staff a big 10 excellent !! .

They went the extra mile to try and find a place I would be happy with. The places they found for me were very nice very and suited my needs. As soon as I am ready I will contact them again . I highly recomend them

Every step and interaction from the initial tour to the move-in was pleasant. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their knowledge, guidance and genuine concern is refreshing. We’ve toured several places and Traditions hit all of the marks. True peace of mind knowing our loved one is here. She is safe and very well taken care of.

I would say the staff was very attentive and caring. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professional and friendly and really seemed to car about the residents.

When I had to get surgery, I knew I wasn't going to be able to go home alone right away. The Chestnut Knoll team worked fast to get me in there for a respite stay. Thanks to the FOX team and the staff at Chestnut Knoll, i was back on my feet within the month. I don't know what would've happened to me if I tried going home by myself. I still come back for their exercise classes. Their food is very good and the staff are so nice.

Overall it's a very nice place for seniors- my mother and my uncle who also moved there are doing well. They both socialize more - if your senior needs a lot of nursing care - be prepared to use supplemental nursing/care services. They need more training in the assisted living area.

Heritage Green is a family "Family Atmosphere". The staff always strives to provide the best care possible for their residents. From the time you enter the facility you feel very welcomed. Plenty of care, therapy activities and meals.

I would give it all a 5. We really like it there. The building itself is not very inviting looking but I decided to check it out because you guys recommended it. So I went with an open mind. The inside is completely different than the outside. The people are great, it is very clean and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend it.

While my sister hasn't yet embraced the fact that she lives there, the facility does a good job of keeping them bust and engaged . [name removed] is an asset to the staff here.! So is [name removed]

My mother loved living at Traditions of Hanover for 11 years. She can't say enough good things about the staff, in particular. She was sorry to move, but that's the way we had to go at the point.

The Birches in Newtown is committed to keeping the residents happy. I have made friendships that will last a lifetime. I feel confident about because I do activities and exercise.

Both wife and mother are Senior Commons residents. Lifestyle changes that attend having loved ones in a managed care environment require huge amounts of understanding, knowledge, sensitivity on both family and provider. Senior Commons' staff and management also brought experience and a resident-focused environment into the equation of how best to accommodate and impress the resident--ultimately the most important beneficiary on all care and required support. . Selecting a new "home" for loved ones was an involved and dauting task. After researching and visiting numerous care facilities and selecting Senior Commons, the facility and its personnel continually impressed our family as having the staff and management professional temperament and client focus that such an undertaking demands.

I was very pleased with the way the staff treats the patients. The place is always clean and everyone is very friendly.
