The staff at this adult community are friendly and respectful to the residents. They are always polite and ready to help in every situation. The facility is clean and smells clean. The dining room is welcoming and the food choices are excellent compared to many other adult care communities. The “pub” is a popular gathering spot every afternoon where the residents can visit, have a snack and their choice of adult beverages. I really like this place.

My mom he's been at Birches over 5 years. Since her stroke she he's limited mobility. The staff Birches is absolutely wonderful with he care. Everyone is overly is ready to help.

Traditions staff is very engaged with residents and family. Dining services and food are very, very good. Relationship with Home Instead is very strong and very helpful to residents and family. Very different from previous facility. Both my parents are very happy at Traditions. One last thought, pricing at Traditions was $[removed] less than previous facility. So, it is a much better value for fixed income seniors.

From the very first moment we reached out, it was clear that this community was something special. I found myself in an overwhelming situation when my 88-yearold aunt, [name removed], needed immediate care due to unforeseen family and financial challenges. I knew Keystone Villa had a good reputation, so I sent an inquiry late one Sunday night. By 10 a.m. the very next morning, I received a call from [name removed], the Sales Director. Her warmth, professionalism, and empathy immediately put me at ease during a very stressful time. She provided a tour that same afternoon and introduced me to [name removed], who reassured me about the high level of care and services available. Both [name removed]and [name removed]made me feel confident that my aunt would be in good hands. Throughout the process, I met more amazing team members who went above and beyond to support my family. Thank you!

The Birches is a wonderful community. The staff at The Birches goes above and beyond to care for your loved one. I am grateful for all of them. It makes me happy to know my mom is in their care. She is very happy to be here. They visit her and sit with her daily.

Lots of activities and a great staff. Would absolutely recommend Manor at Market Square to anyone looking for a friendly, safe, and well-kept environment for their lived ones. You can breathe easily, knowing they are well taken care of.

We brought my father to a Mardi Gras event with live music, decoration, and fasnachts! He loved it.

The last part living at Keystone Villa is the people who work here. They are so kind and helpful.

Activities dept. has great variety of activities feel that people genuinely care about the residents. My mom enjoys going out to eat. She is now a reader likes book club and chimes.

Dad was resistant to leaving his home , but since he is there he seems to really be enjoying it. He’s not a picky eater but has enjoyed every meal so far ( he does say the coffee is a little strong) but he has voiced no complaints. As long as he is happy I’m happy. The only complaint I have is the parking is difficult during the week I think a lot of the employees use it Monday - Friday because I have no problem on the weekends. Thanks for all your help

Heritage Green has the best staff. [name removed]is a loving and available home leader. We can call or text her at any time day or night. Her staff show they care for the residents needs. It's a good environment.

Mom liked location of room. Staff very friendly. Office people help whenever a problem comes up.

The best part was how the [name removed] baseball team came and not only danced but interacted with everyone. The staff was amazing and the band was excellent the food was delicious and the final touch of the flower was a sweet ending.

I thought the dance was exceptional and heart warming to see these young men with such amazing kindness and dignity to all of the ladies and gentlemen. Pleased to share time, very gracious to spend time and honored to be with us. Transported me back in the time I praise the staff for no awkward moments.

I enjoyed the music very much. And the food, it was very unique. And I enjoyed the kissing booth! One of the nicest events we have had here.

There were 3 people who got who and interacted with [name removed] guys who normally don't. There wasn't anyone I didn't see smile all day. Of course I danced. The decorations made the party-the light, the heart, very festive. The young men felt as equal to us as we did to them.

Keystone Villa Fleetwood is staffed with kind and caring personnel. The residents are always addressed by name, treated with respect and staff members go above and beyond to offer assistance , engage a resident in conversation or inquire how the day is going. There is a welcoming , family oriented atmosphere that supports not only the resident but also residents’ family members. What I have come to appreciate very much are the many efforts made to provide enrichment like regular scheduled programming which creates a comforting routine, arts and crafts classes, musical performances and intergenerational gatherings with area children and young adults. My mother especially enjoyed a recent Valentines Day dance that included an area college men’s baseball team visiting to spread smiles and Valentines greetings . The enrichment programming is diverse taking into consideration different cognitive or physical challenges. Keystone Villa Fleetwood has been the right choice for us.

The aides are very good. There are a lot of good people working here and take very good care of me. Everyone is very pleasant. The therapists are excellent.

Fantastic. All the staff here at the Birches my care. Everyone is helpful and kind always around care time. When I have my showers someone there cleanliness. My room is always washed and vacuumed meals. A big improvement from 6 mo ago fresh.
