While this place is Not By Any Means inexpensive it is probably worth every penny. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner, restaurant style. The location is always clean and smells great. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. They do lots of activities to keep the residents engaged.

I've recommend Hills of Cumberland Village to two people and one person has moved their dad in and he's there now. They've had a change of staff, the people working has been really changing a lot lately. However, I would still recommend them and I'm good with my loved one being there. They have a new director so things are getting much better than they were. [name removed], who was a good director, left and Jason took over, but we didn't have a director for a while. We didn't get a new director until a couple months later, but our new one is wonderful. She's really friendly and nice; things seem to be better. Mostly everyone is wonderful here!

Our family had an in person tour and Hills of Cumberland Village is a beautiful facility, and the lady who took us on the tour was so lovely, I believe she was the director, she was very helpful.

Mother is receiving wonder care at the HIlls! She loves the staff. The staff promptly communicate concerns or needs and that is very important since we can't see mother in person right now.

My husband had hospice care, it was wonderful. This community had a lot of activities, but unfortunately he was not able to participate in them. This community provided full services, we did not have to worry about him not being taken care of. The care he received there was just fantastic. We would recommend this to a family or friend.

Nice, small 24-room structure; easy to get around. Bright and clean with friendly residents. 3- to 6-month waiting list. Need to get on the list ASAP.

We are happy with the care from this community. We like the staff who are caring and attentive. We like knowing that the community is clean. My father likes the menu and the list of activities that are helpful. We would recommend this community for the care and value for other families.

It was slightly less focused on memory care but we loved Cumberland Village, she just needed far more memory care. Under different circumstances, Cumberland Village was wonderful, absolutely wonderful, if we could have gone back we would ahve. Everyone from the administration all the way down was just absolutely wonderful.

The staff at Cumberland is very professional and always helpful. The staff does an excellent job of keeping track of the people and there needs. I am so glad we have my Mother in such a safe place. Thanks for all your help.

My mother and father-in-law have just moved in to a patio home. They are excited about their new home. People ( employees and residents) are very, very friendly and helpful. They feel a part of things already. And the stress of everyday house chores has been removed from them. We are looking forward to having them around for another decade. They are 90 and have been married for 70 years.

The area this is located in is beautiful. But neither Cumberland village or [removed] seemed right for my father at this time. One was too independent and one seemed too high a level of care. Of course, we are looking for a future time so that may change.
