I like everything about living here. Everyone is so friendly. It's clean and the staff are great. I would recommend to others

We needed something close to the family and availability was key. From the front office to the the entire staff, all we very professional and very caring. The room was large and bright. From top to bottom, I couldn't have found a better place for our mother.

Overall we are very pleased with Provincial . My [loved ones]are settling down quite nicely. Not all unpacked as yet. They like the food and are pleased with 2 bathrooms. The staff have ALL been very professional and kind. They are happy they have the bigger apt. They are happy and are anticipating a very good and comfortable life at Provincial.

Staff care activities are great. My dad loves the food. They clean his room once a week. The apartment size is definitely.

I toured this facility with a friend who was seeking housing, and she decided to move here. A Place for Mom assisted us in getting a tour quickly.

Great place! We enjoyed our visit and learned a lot about the place. The rooms were great and the people were very nice.

The facility has been renovated recently, and looks brand new. The people are very nice and accommodating. There are many activities available to the residents. They have three choices of living spaces(rooms). I saw two choices that were very nice.

Everything was good. Staff& surrounding employees were nice and friendly. Facilities were very clean. Fellow tenants are friendly. The studio apartment is well suited for one or two. And having nearby shopping and eateries is very nice.

I would rate each category as "5". I was extremely pleased with their facility, the care, and the staff. Everyone interaction was positive and friendly. The food was excellent and they accommodated my mother when she wanted something other than what was being served.

I would have to say each question is a 5!! Of course my mother-in-law was not happy to leave her home. In the short time she's been there, she's made some really good friends and participating in activities, etc. The staff is wonderful and the facility is perfect (not too big, etc).

[name removed] was wonderful. The facilities and the residents were very friendly and clean. I felt that the cottage I viewed was not for me at this time.

The staff and administration are very personable and caring to mom. The activities director in the Memory Care is exceptional ! She plans great activities. The room is a very nice and comfortable size.

The staff took her time to show me and my sister (the apartment was for her) several apartments that were available and several floor plans. She even pushed my sister in a wheelchair, since she isn't able to walk long distances, to show her all the amenities and even took her back to two of the apartments a second time so she could make a decision. The facility was immaculate and the residents seemed very happy. A few even took the time to chat and state why they liked it there so much. The amenities were impressive and the dining room not only immaculate but we were shown the menus for the week and we were impressed. After 6 months of living there, my sister couldn't be happier. It was absolutely the right move. We both only wish we had moved her there sooner. Also, compared to other similar places, this facility's apartments have a full kitchens rather than a kitchenette and a washer and dryer in each apartment, rather than laundry rooms, at a better rate than those we saw that didn't.

It was a nice facility. The administration was nice, helpful, and friendly. My husband went into a rehab facility as that is needed at this time!

[name removed] gave me a wonderful tour and gave lots of detail about how residents are supported and treated on a daily basis. There are regular activities scheduled so residents do not just sit in their rooms and watch tv. The lunch being served smelled delicious. I was given detailed examples of the Level of Care provided and the costs associated with that care. Residents and staff seemed friendly with each other, greeting each other and me in the hallways. I was invited to see one room and the current residents indicated that they are happy living there. Decor was upscale (with some focus on veterans) and all was clean and tidy. My impression was that it is a great and safe place to live.

The level of compassion and care [name removed] showed during our visit, everything from greeting us with a care package to consoling me when I became emotional during our visit, was well beyond the call of duty. I’m so grateful for all that she and [name removed] did to assist us during this difficult transition.

The facility was beautiful with many varied amenities. One of the things we did notice was that management didn’t seem to know the names of the patients and they didn’t really interact with them. We also noticed that once they realize there was a tour, the staff suddenly snapped too. They cannot provide the level of care that Dad currently needs. The person we worked with was [name removed] and she was lovely and took time and listened and worked with us and even suggested that we might want to have an appointment later with the nurse. He has certain physical limitations that make summit a facility. He can’t go right into. Overall, I would rate them and eight out of 10. Mostly because one of the key things on the checklist is do they know the patients to the patients know them and do the interact. Everything else was excellent.
