The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They contacted me whenever they noticed changes in my father's mental condition or when they had recommendations for care. Meals and medicine delivery were well organized. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and large enough for hospital beds (if needed).

Mom was there for about [time frame removed] before we moved her to [facility name removed]. In hindsight she should have gone there instead of the landings, it was closer to us and provided rehab, assisted living and nursing home facilities all on site. Had some rather concerning communication issues with medical staff at the landings

The place sometimes smells like urine in spots Meal times are too close together and there aren't heart healthy options available at each meal. It also doesn't seem fair that those who want seconds aren't allowed to get them, while others are allowed to waste everything on their plate. There doesn't seem to be much done to get residents involved other than giving them a calendar

They decorate, make things cheerful, have family brunches for holidays, Santa, Easter bunny, games. I am happy my aunt is there

I feel I made an excellent choice. Having been in the nursing profession for 40 years, I understand that not everyone can be pleased, but all staff make an effort to care for their residents. Once I moved in the administration checked in to facilitate anything I needed to make a new home. Staff does acknowledge residents in the halls and smiles.

5 on each of them!! So glad I moved. Never lived in an apartment before. Love being with people and making new friends. We have a full kitchen or we can go to the dining room and have very tasty meals. Lots of activities. I'm helping with grief share. I still drive, so I take some of the residents to dr appts or shopping.

I would give each a 5 except that it's a little pricey. I really like how welcoming the staff has been, the way you can tell they really know and care about each resident and how clean it always feels. My mother in law really enjoys the food as well

What we like the most about TerraBella Athens is The level of care given that we were no longer able to give. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

What we like the most about Chateau McKinney is that the staff and residents are very welcoming and friendly. View from the balcony is gorgeous. Nice place to walk your dog. We would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is not too big, so it feels much more personal. She was in a studio and it suited her needs. Unfortunately she wasn't there long enough for her to truly get comfortable, but it was fine.

As I don't live there and have never been there I can only say that my phone interaction with the staff as been excellent, caring and accommodating.

5 for all. It's great and we are very happy. The facility is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Great communication and tons of activity options for the residents.

I would like to praise all the hard working staff [names removed]. They have been very friendly ,tentative, informative and caring. [name removed] is sweet, helpful, and always working hard in the books and very good at. [name removed] quick and handy at request. [name removed] is humble and kind making improvements with staff to make Redbud place brighter. My grandmother is getting excellent care here. Thanks for your support Redbud place.

I feel very safe here, and people are so friendly. The staff is so excellent and kind. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are responsive and caring. While I would much rather be in my own home this is a very good place for us to be at this time in our lives.

My cousin has been at The Stratford for almost 6 months. I have nothing but praise for the facility and also the staff. I was 300 miles away when I chose The Stratford based on conversations, pictures and a video. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it in person.

Staff is friendly and communicates when something comes up that may need to be addressed. I would recommend.

5 all across the board. The Nursing staff is wonderful they really care about the patients administration very informative always available to answer questions. Yes, we would 100% recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

After an exhaustive search of a personal care home, I finally found a place for mom (Rittenhouse Village of Muhlenburg) that she felt comfortable with, and was at a conveniant location for all family members. Staff has encouraged my mom to participate in the varied daily activities so that she isn't isolated in her room when not having visitors, and has an opportunity to make friends. I know she is checked on often because when I'm on the phone with her, she tells me that staff is currently knocking on her door and she's excited to find out who it is. I believe I made a great choice.

The staff is wonderful to my mother. The facility is very clean and inviting. The food is a little too salty but the variety of foods is nice. The activities for the residents seems to fun for those that participate.
