Everyone I have dealt with on staff has been friendly and helpful. I am comfortable with size and floor plan of apartment. Food is good - nice variety, great service in dining room. Good transportation. Haven't been here long enough to comment on activities.

First floor apartments, spacious. Friendly staff, great residents, good food, lots of activities, nice quaint area with nearby stores, doctors and restaurants.

The space is amazing and the STAFF, particularly [name removed] and [name removed], are absolutely fantastic. I know my Mom is in great hands and I couldn't be more pleased.

Cleanliness. The staff's communication with you and how your parent is doing. The activities they have the memory care individuals participate in; painting, crafts, and doing it in a group setting. The reasonable charge for memory care.

Wonderful place to live and I would highly recommend it to anybody. If you or your family member can’t live on their own, this place is #1. The staff is friendly and caring, housekeeping is thorough, laundry service is great and the food is truer restaurant quality. This is my second facility I have lived in I truely wish I woukd have found it earlier. The facility is clean and quiet with many activities and amenities. if you or your family member are in need, do yourself a favor and visit the facility, you won’t be disappointed.

It's been a very pleasant transition for my father. He is enjoying the food and the camaraderie! I would recommend the community to others who are searching for one.

Agent from a Place for Mom was fabulous. She was very sympathetic, resourceful, helpful in accommodating our schedule and gave helpful suggestions for dealing with the party moving to a facility.

My mom is happy. This is a good fit for her. We live in the area, and it was somewhat affordable. I would recommend to others. My mom uses a walker along with most residents, that helps her confidence. Activities daily, meals are also part of the rent. Clean and nice.

Kiley Ranch staff were all very friendly, engaging and attentive. Facilities were fresh and clean throughout the property. My wife and I both felt a warm sense of community, and were impressed with many thoughtful details and amenities available for residents.

Staff is very helpful. Plenty of activities to stay busy with fellow residents. Food is available by menu, or select items are available by order. Place is clean, exterior completely painted last year, interior getting new flooring now with paint and new lighting. Apartments are large compared to other places I looked.

Overall experience is 5 stars mainly because of how much the staff visibly care about the residents. My mother lived in the Memory Care portion of The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail. The staff there created a loving and safe environment in a beautiful setting for all residents and visitors. When my mother first moved in, she was as recovering from a broken kneecap and required a significant amount of attention and care. The staff was actively involved with ensuring my mom stayed engaged so that she didn't obsess over her brace and protected her from re-injury. Their time, skill and energy is much appreciated.

In January of this year, due to a medical situation involving my 98-year-old mother, our family was faced with the important decision of finding a senior living community that could provide not only the appropriate level of care, but also a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care for the residents is something that is rarely seen, even in the finest establishments. The grace and professionalism they display while serving the seniors is both impressive and deeply appreciated. Seaton Senior Living Community truly lives up to the phrase—“A Place for Mom.”

Had many questions that this tour helped answer. No substitute for actual visual experience. Planning on moving to this facility in my retirement.

Everything was exactly what I need and enjoyed my tour. However, I do have problems with a cough factor. I am working on enough income and support and look forward to another appointment when possible.

Marbella was very inviting very clean and smelled wonderful . The staff were friendly the residents were happy and friendly. I/we really liked Marbella , the apartments are very nice and spacious. this move is for my father in-law and he really liked it.
