This is a very comfortable place to live. It's always clean and well maintained. The rooms are good for us. We have a one bedroom apartment. It's plenty of room and we get made service once a week. Everything you need and what is here but the most important thing is that it is not pretentious. It's comfortable, bright and airy and lots of activities and chances to gather with friends when you want and also have your privacy when you want. I don't think I could've found a better place. The staff is perfect. We all feel that we're all part of a great group.

Food is very good. Activities are good. Activitychair person is great. She is very enthusiastic. There are different options on apartment size. Staff is attentive.

[name removed] was gracious, knowledgeable and friendly. It's a beautiful place. Meals look good. If you're unhappy with this too bad.

Friendly, clean and smell clean. Really enjoyed visiting the facility. Very nice. The rooms were very nice.

[name removed] gave us a warm welcome and showed us all that The Forum At Lincoln Heights has to offer. The outside of the resident's rooms were decorated very nice and made the building very warm and inviting. The Dining Room was very spacious and well decorated. The location is excellent. The only thing that they do not have available is a Studio Apt which is what I am looking for. [name removed] was excellent and walked us to the exit door to say goodbye. I thank her for taking the time to give us a tour of the facility. After discussion with my family, I have decided not to rush in my decision and wait at least 6 months to a year to move to San Antonio

Tour was informative and thorough. Was able to see the rooms we were interested in as well as the activity areas. Stopped and interacted with other residents as we toured. The Sales Associate we met with was attentive to what was interesting to our specific needs and helped us understand how those issues could be addressed. She was also knowlegeable about Veteran's benefits, spiritual interests, and what things are "included in the price." Enjoyed the guest bag we were given and the cookies!

The staff has been great at keeping us updated on my mother-in-laws care and progress, including photos and remembering birthdays. Regularly scheduled meetings have occurred to ensure her care is tracked and any unaddressed issues or concerns can be brought up. When my MIL developed cradle cap, a review of the situation occurred and changes implemented to reduce a likelihood of reoccurrence. The facility is clean and the staff is polite and helpful, and well equipped to handle resident-specific challenges that come up (sometimes my MIL tries to be a runner).

Living here so far has been a rewarding experience and I am looking forward to many more good times! I give everything a five out of five including activities and friendliness. The staff is also a five out of five.

My parents have truly benefited from their professional care. Clean was a priority for us and it appears to be very well maintained. The staff was especially helpful in helping me navigate my parents LTC policies

Great food, many activities, resident monitoring , it’s like living in an upscale hotel with room service, laundry service, housecleaning service, restaurant service, numerous planned activities that residents can either partake in or abstain. Staff is exceptionally kind, attentive and caring with great pride in their service. I’m able to spend the night with mom and enjoy great food with her. We are so glad we found this place for our mom. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful community and very friendly staff! They have just completed their remodeling, and wow what a difference!

I would give each of them a five. I was impressed the first time I walked through the doors. The staff goes above and beyond and makes it a point to know the residents and interact with them. There is constantly something going on...things to do. Gives the residents something g to look forward to. The meals are nutritious and appealing and the waitstaff is so attentive. I honestly cannot find anything that isn't fantastic. It has been such a good experience for my mom. She was not totally on board to do this but when I took her for lunch and a tour, by the time she was finished she said "okay, so what do we have to do to get started". She told me the other day that she is very happy she moved to Winter Village.

I was very impressed with the overall condition of the facility and the amenities offered to residents. The rooms were spacious, the halls were bright and wide, and all of the common areas were fresh and inviting. I really like the Bistro and the courtyard area for a modern relaxation experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the residents I encountered all seemed to be happy and engaged with the facility.

This tour was one of the best I have taken so far. The facility was very nice, clean and the residents were very friendly. We ate lunch there and the food was very good.

My wife and I were very impressed with our visit and presentation by Director [name removed]. We have decided to have our Aunt placed at Heartsfield

The facility is exceptionally clean. The staff I met with were extremely friendly, compassionate, helpful and more than willing to accommodate. The rooms are very adequate in size. The memory care side was a little more depressing just because of the cognitive status of the existing patients. Felt more institutional than the assisted living. The cost is probably more than I can afford to pay.

What an amazing experience so far, both our parents have recently moved in and the care is beyond respectful of our parents care and communication with us. We feel at ease having them under the palms care . [name removed] has been especially helpful.

We loved the area. Friendliness of everyone, many exercise classes and lectures, rooms were spacious, food was good. Also free underground parking

I arrived a little early and sat in the entrance lobby, which was also the sitting area for residents’ activities. Both staff and residents appeared happy and knew each other by name. The day was set for Dolly Parton and staff was dressed to impress in Dolly Partin attire. The atmosphere was festive and light. [name removed], Director of sales, was exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating. It was here that I learned that most of the Assistant Living places will not accept Medicaid payments after the funds are depleted, which is what I had been told by a social worker in another town. The facility was to my liking and [name removed] introduced me to all aspects of the program. Excellent place for those who can pay for Memory care for an extended period of time , if necessary. Follow up was great. Thanks

I recently toured the community and the updates are beautiful. The dining room is such an improvement from the pictures on line and everyone was so friendly! Really liked the functionality of the apartments too! They have the cutest little ovens! Will definitely be considering Madison when my mom is ready!
