The community was very clean and organized and inviting. The staff members are wonderful and loving people, and I could see the love and dedication they have for caring for the elderly. Regardless of where you place your loved one, it is important to stay engaged with their care. Mom passed away [Date removed]of last year. Even though I did not want to place her anywhere, I am overall satisfied with TerraBella Fayetteville. No place is perfect, and I encounter some issues, but the staff worked with me to correct things.

Their easy to understand cost structure. Yes, I would recommend. [name removed] proved to be very helpful in guiding us through the process.

My father-in-law loved the condo like atmosphere. The other ALF's only offered a studio. Seaton had a one-bedroom, den, living room and a small kitchen. None of the other facilities offered this. The location is close to our home. The staff is amazing. They have dining rooms on each floor. They even have happy hour for the residents. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. It is like being at home for my father-in-law. Initially he was reluctant to go. He likes the food, his freedom and the staff.

The staff is always super helpful and quick to respond. The room is always clean. He has everything he needs and more. He complains about the activities but he's a grump anyway.

The staff is exceptionally, friendly and helpful, the dining room is elegant and beautiful, there's a variety of unit sizes to choose from. As soon as my dad moved in, his social calendar was absolutely booked! And he's already got a girlfriend!

I enjoyed my tour of your facility. Staff was friendly, the residents look happy. It is a difficult decision, but the Lodge is one of our top choices.

My friend would probably rate it 5 stars. She has made many friends there and enjoys the activities there-exercise classes, Bible study, and social activities. My experience with the staff has been wonderful. They know me at the front desk when I check in and are caring and compassionate. Her studio apartment is larger than most as she is on a corner. I can't speak to food quality as I've never eaten there.

I have been here for 6 months now. I am very happy to be here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used Best at Home services to help with organizing my things when I moved in. I use the on-site therapy clinic and has been working out well. I enjoy the food here. I have not participated much in the activities, but I plan to.

My observations are about the quality of care and the cultural humility that are provided by staff and the milieux of the facility appear to be optimal. The grounds are both comfortable and tranquil.

The Conservatory is a beautiful well maintained facility. The staff I met were very friendly. Current residents were very positive in their praise of the place. They offer a wide variety of amenities. I like the fact that they keep up with where residents are by having them sign out when they leave the residence. They have onsite agencies where you can get some of the same benefits as assisted living if the residence needs help with managing medications, etc. I was looking for a relative, but I could see myself living at this facility. I liked it a lot.

I was very impressed with The Pasea. I told the sales director I use a walker and wanted to know more about the parking situation so she sent me a map of were to enter the parking lot, a picture of the parking lot, and put out a reserved parking sign so when I got there I had a spot close to the front. Everything after was just as thoughtful. She reserved a table for us in the pub for lunch, the community is clean, and everyone was friendly. The people who live there were out and the staff was engaging. I will be bringing my friends back with me.

I recently toured The Pasea Senior Living in Otay Ranch and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The community is beautiful, clean, and has such a positive atmosphere. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can truly tell they care about their residents and work hard to create a happy, supportive environment. The amenities, dining, and activities were all very impressive as well! I would absolutely recommend The Pasea to anyone looking for a caring and vibrant senior living community for themselves or a loved one. My mom is the happiest I ever seen her.

This is the most friendly, warm, welcoming, clean, and caring community. The sales directors were so knowledgeable. I met so many friendly people and residents Iwalked throught the community.

I would give 5 stars. Although under the circumstances of my mother passing, it will take him a while to truly enjoy the amenities! So far he likes it there!
