This was our second visit, my mother brother and me, and once again we were impressed by the friendliness of our hosts and the nice facilities.

Great facility with extremely pleasant staff. [name removed] is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. My brother, [name removed], signed the rental contract at the end of the tour!

Excellent facility! Beautiful, clean, safe environment. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is good quality. We signed my in-laws up for residency and they are so excited to move into their new mobility friendly home.

Beautiful place. The rooms are spacious and well planned. Lots of storage space. Many activities and outings available each day. The residents we came in contact with were lively, friendly and happy. Those we spoke with loved the place, the food and the staff. Conveniently located.

The staff is great! There are activities every day & they are displayed in the elevator so you know what's happening. The residents are friendly and are engaged at all levels. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I would recommend Solstice to anyone who needs a place to thrive.

Overall experience was excellent. [name removed] room was a studio with windows which he liked. He liked the food a lot. The staff was caring and helpful. He did not participate in the activities because he was pretty much bedridden. The staff tried their best to keep the room clean bit [name removed] was incontinent and often didn't get to the toilet in time. The staff did his insulin because he refused to learn how to do it himself but when he needed a catheter, bell oaks didn't provide that service, therefore he was relocated to a full care facility. [name removed], formerly at bell oaks moved him, disposed of his old furniture, bought new and got him all set up. [name removed] even found him a PA to be his advocate. I cannot say enough wonderful things about bell oaks. Everything was top notch. Thank you for asking.

It was beautiful. I couldn't believe all the space. The staff was in knowledgeable and very helpful. Cleanliness was a plus and a priority for me. I did not talk much with folks living there. Everyone was attending a party. Loved my gift.

The young man who met me and gave my tour was super nice and answered every question I had. The chef sat down with me and told me about their menu. They are renovating areas so some things I had concerns about will be remedied soon. Looked like a great place.

My parents went there and were impressed with everything about the staff ,the food and everything so far. They are very happy with there move there. And your people were also very helpful in answering all the questions my parents had to make the move enjoyable

[name removed] was a great host and provided us all of the information we asked for, or promised to send us what she didn't have at that time.

Room size is great even in memory care. The staff and level of care are all a 10. The memory care director [name removed] is amazing. She works very hard and is very communicative. Their activities list is huge and fills most of the day and my dad has been taking part in a lot of them. The place is very bright and homey feeling, not clinical. The food is very good and they have a wide range of foods they serve. We are very happy with our choice to move him there. It is by far the nicest facility we visited.

Pheasant Ridge is a good place. They have lots of activities and the staff are friendly. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

[name removed] loves her new home. It is plenty big enough for her. The environment is safe. Staff are so kind and helpful. The food is all she talks about. She is loving every thing the kitchen serves. It's wonderful she can go to church and the devotionals. She likes to go outside as well. We like that a nurse sees them every Friday. We haven't seen [name removed] this happy in years. With the good nutrition, she is also looking great!

All 5's. Everything is really wonderful and I would recommend Vista del Rio to other families.

Clean and well-maintained inside and out. Residents looked happy, staff engaged with residents. Tour guide answered all my questions and gave me financial resource info for VA benefits which I was unaware of.

The staff were always pleasant. Yes I would recommend this place to others, but I highly recommend that they have multiple people checking on their loved ones. My mother's room didn't look well cleaned and her ankles were very swollen from not being encouraging to get into her bed at night. When I brought her home after a month of respite care within 2 days of making sure she went to bed at night the swelling went down. Watch your loved ones account. There were multiple attempts made to access my mother's account until I called them out on it.

Experience with them has been amazing!! So far he loves it there. Plenty of activities. Always clean. He got a studio apartment which is small but enough for what he needs. He has enjoyed the food as well. I've eaten there a couple of times with him and it was very good. He's never able to eat all 3 meals due to being full from previous meal. So portion sizes are also more than sufficient. Staff is also very friendly, courteous and always help with anything he may need.

Memory care seemed to meet my requirements-clean, staffed well, and secure. My sibling is on waiting list.

5 all the way through. The Pasea has been the best move we could have done for our mother. The staff is amazing and helpful. The medical and care teams always keep me updated with any news or changes. They have daily specials on their menu so there is variety, and the facility itself is always clean and well kept. I found the place clean, I watched people staying there being happy, laughing, talking, friendly, enjoyed eating their diner, doing different actives. Many aid were out and about. AIDS NOT ON THEIR PHONES. The aids were engaging with the elderly.
