Everyone we encountered or met was friendly. There were lots of activities in progress. These activities (group learning, card game, lunch) all had laughter and smiles. The facility was very nice, had everything right there, including an 89° pool onsite. It is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a senior transitional living situation.

Overall it was very nice. All shiny and new. Staff knew most of the residents and the residents certainly seemed very comfortable. Lots of open spaces and a lot of activities. However for the price point, the living room area seemed very small and the “kitchen “ area….well I just didn’t care for it. Seemed like an afterthought

From our first visit we were impressed. I was more impressed when I witnessed the director moving things. Her motto whatever it takes to get the job done.

Dad is doing great we moved him into provincial [date removed] he loves it there and is flourishing. They really care about their residents. He has fun with the activities. The food is a huge plus . His apartment is perfect 400 sq ft.

This place is professional and caring. My mom says everyone would rather be at home but for second choice this place is first choice. Everything is top notch. The people are wonderful. The activities are stimulating and the environment is as close to home as you can be. Perfect private rooms and bathrooms. That is definitely a plus.

I really like this place, everyone has been helpful and happy. I would recommend Madison Estates to other families.

Very kind administrators & they respond quickly to requests or questions. The staff is patient & also responds to suggestions and seems concerned & is very good communicating their concerns with me. The good is excellent! My biggest complaint is they are short staffed particularly on weekends but that's not their fault! Patience is a work in progress!

I enjoy sitting outside when it is nice. There are many places to sit outside that are pretty. The people here are all really friendly. I always have company and I like to know that I am never alone. There are great activities.

I moved here two weeks ago and it has changed my life. I am treated with dignity and respect and my needs are being met every day. The food is great. The help is great and I feel much more independent. And I am very happy to be here if you are planning on moving to senior living, this place is like a resort. I love it

The staff is the best!!! I have loved having both my parents in the memory care facility! They keep them busy so they can sleep at night without charging extra for activities in a previous place! Not only do they have an activity that they participate in the activity along with the residence. They don't use medicine to keep them asleep, but only if needed for continued aggressive behavior as in the case of my father; then calling to check with me before administering any medication! The workers have been their long-term, and they love and care for each one as their needs are so different. When my mother was in hospice, they were extra attentive in the care for my father especially during that time. This has been an awesome place for my parents and I highly recommend them.

Overall experience is 5 stars. The staff is very caring and attentive. You can always find activities to take part in and have special musicians come in every month. They do my laundry once a week which is a treat. I love it here. You see lots of smiles on residents and staff faces.

Heartis has been doing an excellent job for us and our family member. We would give them 5 in all areas. Highly recommend the community especially if they are dealing with an Alzheimer's diagnosis as you can transition from assisted living to memory care all in one facility.

All questions get a 5! All of the staff is supportive and very friendly. The food is delicious! [name removed] has studio room that is larger than my first post college apartment. The entire facility is immaculate. I would live here!

It's a great facility. My Mom is actually moving there in a few weeks. She fell in love with the place the second we walked in. She met at least 15 people just touring the facility.

I toured this facility about 2 weeks ago. The person who showed me the place was very pleasant and accommodating. She showed me the common areas, and the hallways leading to resident rooms. The facility is clean and orderly. She explained to me about the charges and answered my questions well.

Well maintain facility, friendly staff and residents. Price is affordable and compatable with other local assistance facilities. Menu was excellent.

If you are reading through the reviews by residents and their families, you may see my review when I was just welcomed in, wherein I gave glowing remarks and a lengthy description of this facility (Discovery Village Trinity). Well, it is even better than I described it then! I am extremely pleased with the staff, from maintenance through the Executive Director. I have now been here almost three years, and truly feel at home. The activities director and her staff use our suggestions, in conjunction with our abilities to set forth a myriad of excursions, trips (especially the competent, friendly drivers who make certain we are safe), fitness classes, art classes, happy hours, games, talent and fashion shows, book clubs.. and everything in between. The dining room, “grab and go cafe”, and full bar is very conscientious of differing dietary requirements and make every effort to meet our needs. I am pleased beyond measure with this beautiful community and my Discovery Village family.

I have recently moved into Discovery Village and I have found my home. Leaving my old house was tough, but the peace of mind and freedom I've found here are worth it. The staff members and residents are friendly, kind and caring. I would recommend Discovery Village Des Plaines.

I feel really safe here. It is really nice there physical therapy is here and I don't have to go out somewhere else. Everyone is very kind. I wish I could give activities here a ten! I love to play BINGO.

The accommodations are excellent. Activities are always available. Food is generally good and well prepared. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. It's a clean place that provides care services, too.
