Very clean, good size apartments. Reasonable monthly fees, pet friendly. good meal plan. Close to medical facilities.

Everyone was very welcoming!We learned a lot about assistant living! They were very helpful with any questions we asked them. I would gladly recommend Lake House to anyone looking for a nice and caring place for a loved one. My sister-in-law is excited to be moving in there.

4 for food 5 everything else. It's clean, the staff is amazing, they are kind caring and always attentive!! My mom's apartment is great! My mom loves The Veranda! I am so thankful for the Veranda!! We would 100% recommend this community to other families.

My mother in law was told there was an active bridge game group but that doesn't seem to be so. We like the food! Nice people and their pets.

I would give them a 5 for every category. Food service is extremely slow..often have to wait 40 min or longer just to get order taken and another 15 to get food I have a studio and it is too small for me as I'm in a wheelchair and there is no balcony I pay $[removed],per mth A one bedroom with a balcony is $[removed] per mth and I will be changing to a one bedroom soon The place is very clean and they provide cleaning and bed cover changes once per week They are short handed on staff and a lot of turnover. They are mostly friendly They have daily activities and a salon if interested I'm one of the youngest people here so it's like living with grandparents. I wouldn't object to moving but most places don't allow smoking and this place does My experience has had room for improvements Neutral on recommendation. The apartment size is sufficient, food is great - just about everything is great. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for one.

The staff was very accommodating. They let me choose my tour times (multiple) and answered all my questions.

They have studio, one bedroom, two bedroom apartments. Dad's in a corner apartment little smaller but also priced little cheaper. They have housekeeping that comes by once a week to clean his room. They have laundry service for linens, bathroom towels but you wash your own personal clothing and they have a laundry room on each floor for the residence. They have daily activities and then they have movie night. Does not seem to be a lot of participation in the activities according to Dad, but I don't know that for a fact. For the food, I'm very disappointed that there's not a dietitian. Dad was able to get off of some of his medication's due to some of the foods that I was feeding him here at the house and now that he's there we're having to put him back on those medication's because of the foods that are being served are not really good for a diabetic or prediabetic person. Not having a dietitian for their food and there's not really a wide selection of choices they say it's restaurant type menu, but it truly is not. You fed more of a three course four course type meal. And with dad being prediabetic and has been diabetic, he is not making the right choices as to what to eat nor are there large selection choices so it's a little disappointing in the food aspect. Regarding the staff, housekeeping, front desk back office you couldn't ask for a better group of people.

So my father was there for about a month and a half. I really loved it. Everything was great. Unfortunately, he passed away last week. But I would recommend it. It was a great place.

I really enjoyed the facility. It was clean and very nice. I love all of the activities that they plan for the residence. All of the staff was very nice and informative. I look forward to placing my mom there.In the near future.

We went there twice,both times it was around lunch time. Seen a lot of residents,they were very friendly and all looked well cared for. Met a lot of staff,they really connected with the residents, no one was ignored.seaton felt like home, very comfortable, can't wait to get our family member in. Looked at five other places this one just felt right.

The staff was wonderful and the resident seemed very happy. It seemed like it was well organized. I thought that the meal plans and the calendar for activities were very nice

Staff is awesome!!! Very attentive and approachable. Residence are a true community and gently reach out and pull my mom toward socialization. Room is clean and spacious and priced fairly.

4- for each one! My MOM Loves Moradas Staff, the food and the activities! Our concern is that No One after we moved in had a Meeting to explain the important things like What happens when my Mom Falls and can't get Up? [names removed] have been really nice telling US from time to time Do's and Don't. I set up a meeting with [name removed] on [date removed]...So that we can make sure we have answers to Questions and let him tell us what we need Know!

I would rate them all a 5, the facility is wonderful and the staff is kind and caring. [name removed] willingly worked with me to get my husband placed efficiently and professionally. The hallways are brightly lit, clean and free of any obstacles for residents walking along. The rooms are spacious, clean with an en suite bathroom. They provide all inclusive care with quality food, medical caregivers, prescription service, even a stylist for haircuts. When weather permits, there are outdoor spaces, including an area for the residents in memory care. The monthly fee is reasonable and as it's all inclusive, there are very few incidental charges.

Excellent, [name removed] was very helpful. My Dad is moving in on [date removed]. We loved the activities, chef prepared meals and the studio apartment was set up very nice for uts size. We are looking forward to our Dad flourishing living in the community.

I still think it's a great place to be. It's like a big family. I really love the management and head nurse there. They're very informative of anything going on with my mom. Everyone is really nice. The nurses that have been there a while really get to know the residents and their preferences, especially when it comes to their meals.
