[name removed] did an amazing job showing us the facility. The residents were all very welcoming! They offer an amazing list of activities.

We toured 4 to 5 locations and Discovery Village was the one we felt was “the one” after we left. For these reasons: 1. [name removed] @ Discovery Village was fantastic. She was very patient and extremely helpful. 2. The facility was clean, updated and well taken care of. 3. Location was perfect, having it next to the hospital and I-90 was helpful. 4. Units were spacious enough, updated, felt “brand new” vs band aids over old problems. 5. Price was reasonable for the facility, rooms, etc. So far the value has been good. She hasn’t fully moved in yet.

Absolutely gorgeous community. They recently went through a refresh of the building and it is so bright and inviting now compared to the old [community removed]. The Courtyard with the Koi Pond is my favorite feature. The staff and residents were so kind and happy. [name removed] and [name removed] are incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Overall, the experience has been better than expected. The transition was difficult at first, but my loved one has become comfortable and really appreciates the environment. They are happy with their room, meals, and the overall care and services provided.

5 across the board. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of closet space. The food choices change daily for specials and have plenty of options. There is plenty of recreation available. The facility is extremely clean. Overall a wonderful place for Mom and we would recommend the community to others.

The Palms is wonderful from the director, sales manager, maintenance and chef. Everyone there is responsive to residents needs, diet and friendly. Even the residents are friendly as well. Building is clean, rooms spacious and bright and cheerful. I give them an A+

Oakmonte was a very happy, friendly, well maintained facility. My sister-in-law's apartment was adequate for her. It was newly painted and had new floors as well. The bedroom was large and accommodated a chest of drawers, double bed, and night tables. It was not cramped and the bed and tables could have been bigger. The bathroom had a nice step-in shower that was huge, with bars all around the perimeter of the bathroom from the toilet and throughout the shower. Her living room held a loveseat and recliner as well as a TV on a couch stand. There was a counter to the kitchen on which she had her microwave. There was a full-size refrigerator! The pantry area held a stackable washer and dryer and we purchased a multi shelf unit for foods that she bought for snacks and/or breakfast and detergents. The air conditioning in each room was its own unit and gave out sufficient cold air. We could have put in ceiling fans at our own expense if she had wanted. The ladies came throughout the day to check on her, give medications, removal of garbage, and she had weekly cleaning. She was not sociable, so took her meals in her apartment. She seemed to enjoy the food. The staff was friendly when we would visit, especially Madeline at the front desk. The general areas always seemed clean and there were no odors anywhere in the building. The facility offered so many things to encourage socializing, such as arts and crafts, movies, get togethers, talks, gym, pool, etc. The family was very satisfied with everything there, unfortunately, my sister-in-law could not appreciate or enjoy what was offered. She is 100% happier to be back in her own home.

My sister in law was very satisfied with her stay at The Lodge. The care was exceptional, the food was very good. Any interaction with the manager was great, if she wasn't available, she always got back to us right away. We would definitely recommend The Lodge to anyone needing care

Recently visited the community. Very clean and staff is nice and courteous. Looked to be well maintained.

[name removed], the Director of Memory Care, was excellent in facilitating my wife’s move-in and coordinating the setup of my wife’s new furniture and care plan, as well as dealing with the pharmacy and hospice provider. She knew the names of all of the residents and their backstories. The residents greeted her warmly. [name removed], the Rittenhouse Executive Director, was excellent at explaining the financial aspects of my wife’s care. All of the staff were kind and attentive to all of the memory care residents. The Facility I visited four of the most highly regarded facilities in our area. Rittenhouse was the only one where I met the Memory Care Director along with the Sales Manager on my initial visit, rather than meeting only with the Sales Manager. This made me feel like they were interested in my wife’s needs and our situation rather than simply trying to fill a bed. All of the facilities had courtyards where residents could go for fresh air, but Rittenhouse was the only one that was open on one side, with a view of the adjacent woods. The courtyard was enclosed by a barely visible chain-link fence, which gave it a real feeling of being outdoors rather than being fully enclosed by structures. My wife’s apartment was larger than those at the other facilities I visited, and the window faced the courtyard. There was a small refrigerator and sink. There was also a shower in the apartment, which one of the other facilities did not offer. That facility had several communal showers where residents had to have their showers scheduled.

I would rate them a 5!!! Staff is friendly and pay attention to the patients and their care. [name removed] says the food is good and there is plenty to eat. She is in a private room and it is always clean. Very satisfied with Terra Bella!!

Westgate sets the highest standards for quality service, cleanliness, good food and happy residents! I speak from experience as I personally visited many independent living facilities for my parents. The attitude for excellence starts at the top with [name removed]! Every employee, regardless of working in the dining room, housekeeping, maintenance or transportation works with the same care and sincerity. I am so very grateful to find Westgate for my Dad. They have been the best partner for caring for my dad.

This place is awesome! The staff was very pleasant, and it was very clean. They were entertaining the residents. This would be a great place for mom to live, but you have to pay out of pocket for 2 years, before they accept medicaid.

We were very impressed with the facility inside and out. The grounds were beautiful with great curb appeal. There were 3 outdoor patios and easy access to a town trail and nearby park that would make for great outdoor family gatherings. Inside, the common areas, lounges and hallways were open, wide, bright & cheery. The rooms were well appointed with a wheelchair accessible kitchenette, small frig & microwave. The bathrooms had open, built-in shelving and safety features. a unique feature with dining is a one page menu with items available from the kitchen all day between 7am-7pm in case a resident was not able to make it to the dining times when the daily special entrees are served or if the specials do not appeal to them. we met many of the staff while on tour who were friendly & interacting with the residents all over the building. it was a bustling place with staff, residents & guest family members out and about. There was a very large daily list of fun activities and outings.

My tour was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend the facility. The staff was very professional and caring. The atmosphere was very pleasant so on a scale of one to 10 I would rate my tour 100

It is absolutely perfect, my cousin is so happy and has been encouraged to become involved in the activities. Everyone there is so kind thank you for your help.

Westgate Village has been wonderful throughout my dad’s move, and I can’t say enough about the kindness and compassion they have shown him. [name removed] went above and beyond by personally driving to his current senior living facility, picking him up, and bringing him to Westgate Village so he could tour his beautiful new apartment. That level of care and personal attention meant so much to our family. From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming, patient, and truly focused on making this transition as easy as possible for my dad. Moving into senior living can be an emotional experience, but [name removed] and the team treated him with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness every step of the way. We are so grateful for everything they have done, and highly recommend Westgate Village to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate community for a loved one.

The care mom receives is like family looking after her. She loves her apartment and loves visiting with her neighbors. I highly recommend (could not be more pleased to have chosen the pointe.

My stepmother moved into Terra Bella in Indian Trail a few months ago. She has been staying at Brookdale senior living but we found a Terra Bella was a lot nicer. She has her that shares a bathroom with the room next-door. When we checked in Michel help us and she was very nice. All of the people at the nurses station are very helpful and I can't remember the guy's name but he helps people get moved in and he did a great job. He got her TV remote to work among other things so I would give this whole complex a thumbs up or a five out of five rating.

Great tour and facility. Staff was friendly tour guide was very informative and helpful. Follow up calls and text recieved.
