We thoroughly enjoyed it to the point of considering it as an option. But then we toured another more expensive facility and found full kitchens, all units with washer/ dryers, more activities and better menus. Will be heading in that direction instead because it is within the budget. But Rittenhouse was good for the price.

I recently signed my father up for Terra Bella. It is awesome place and [name removed] was EXCEPTIONAL to work with. Unfortunately my father never got the opportunity to stay. Thanks again for all the assistance.

I can only say that touring Solstice at Mesa View was extremely positive. It was the first place I toured in my search for care for my mother and it set the bar pretty high. [name removed] was invaluable as a source and offered comforting words for my next steps with momma. Unfortunately, my mother probably needs more care than an independent living situation and I feel she needs a place where she can "age in place" so I'm not moving her too often in her last years. Thank you.

Nice facility. Very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions. Took a good amount of time speaking with me. Staff was very friendly.

One thing that we like in this facility is how nice and helpful the staff are to resident and visitors of culinary. The kitchen/dining is excellent. Food served are fresh and delicious. They serve multi-culture dishes that makes it exciting for the residents to eat.

The place was very nice and clean. Superior shower stalls with no step ins. Friendly staff. Very helpful. If I were to pick a place in Peoria, this is the place I would pick.

It was a five it was a really positive experience. [name removed] was excellent to work with sent us mini videos so we could envision different things, answered all our questions. We moved my brother in last week and he is very happy there. One gentleman said it was like being on a cruise ship. And I agree!

For the facility and the price, the palms is the best one that we looked at through your service. Would highly recommend the Palms

The staff is excellent, the facility is in great shape, and the food is magnificent. Absolutely would recommend NewSeasons at New Britain to others.

Since I'm not living there, I can only relay the experience my friend has. Overall, everything would be a five except for the food. He doesn't like it, but he is a picky eater. However, we would recommend the community to others.

The staff at Morada Friendswood is always friendly and treats the residents with kindness and respect. They really take the time to get to know the residents and build good relationships with their families too. They have truly become like family.

We began the journey to find a place for my mom a few months ago. At that time she was not ready to look at places. So, we kept the contacts we had generated for future use. Things changed and a move was no longer optional. I live several states away from my mom. The staff at the Virginian did a virtual tour with me. The next day they went and picked my mom up for her to have a tour. My son was able to meet her there. She ate lunch, met some people and picked a place to live! The staff was wonderful and she will move in soon.

I visited Madison Estates in an effort to place my mom. I felt so welcomed, relaxed and at home! The residents and staff were so friendly, accommodating and answered all my questions. Thank you Madison Estates for everything!

The apartments were nicely laid out, laundry was on site and the three meals a day were a bonus. The facilities were nice and their staff was very friendly. Can’t wait to take mom on a tour.

I recently toured this facility and I was so very impressed with the level of professional and friendly interaction I encountered with the staff it definitely seems like the right place for mom , I will discuss more with my amazing wife .

[Name Removed] is the best. She has been absolutely great from day 1. She has always helped with any questions I have had and is very courtesy and knowledgeable. The staff is very caring. The food always looks great. The room size is just perfect for my husband. The whole memory care unit is small and intimate just as Wendy said it would be.

Summer Place was an absolutely beautiful place, there are so many things for the residents to do, there’s a van that takes residents out anywhere they need to go. The menu/food is like eating in a 5 star restaurant. Your family member will be extremely happy living here.

I enjoyed the tour very much. [name removed] was great. I ended up renting a studio appartment. Looking forward to moving in.

I loved the place so much I signed a lease! The staff were gracious and very helpful. The facility is undergoing some minor upgrades to make it even more attractive. The pricing is very reasonable.

Very accommodating profession and kind consideration very good job answering my questions. Although too much of a cost presently. Please consider contacting me at future date. I was visiting for my wife.
