I was looking for a place for my mom , and was referred to The Palms at Spivey Lake. I feel in love with the place as soon as I walked in. I was welcomed by a friendly and pleasant staff and loved the facility and amenities. The apartments are spacious and the amenities and activities are spectacular . If I was looking for a place for myself, The Palms would be it.

We had a really good tour of TerraBella Pheasant Ridge! [name removed] & then [name removed] were great - helpful, informative, understanding & kind. We got there at 1:00 & the number of folks sitting in the entryway after lunch was a little disconcerting - but apparently they were waiting for the next activity &/or waiting to return to their rooms. The rooms were smaller than we’d like, but nice. It was nice to see a musician singing for them, later, & to see some of the staff members dancing with some of the residents! We were just exploring the Roanoke area Assisted Living facilities - for future possibilities, for ourselves.

Everyone was helpful and accommodated my requests. I liked the place. It clean and organized. The food looked good, and there was no odar in the facility.

5 straight across. He loves it and very happy there and it's a great price! My father in-law loves it ! We just saw him yesterday and he said they treat him great . The food is fantastic (which is a big plus) he's very happy there. That's what we care about.

They were wonderful! My mother in law passed last Sunday. They took beautiful care of her.

They were very helpful in getting mom into a room. They showed us 2 different models. They have been very nice to mom and she is eating well. Her dementia continues but it is stable. I need to get laundry set up for her but I have been working to much.

TerraBella was a lovely place to live, and I truly enjoyed my experience there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I especially liked the dining room and overall atmosphere.

The staff have been very attentive to my mom's needs. There are plenty of activities everyday for a variety of interests, the food is very good with good selections. The room is nice size and the staff help keep room clean! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

The facility is very clean and well run. The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful! We are very happy with my father's care.

The staff were very helpful and kind to my father during his stay. They worked with him to get up and out of his room each day, pushing him to complete his rehabilitation exercises. Room size was good, plenty of room to move around comfortably and not feel like it was cramped. Staff helped get laundry done, and get a much needed hair cut.

We recently toured the community with [name removed] for our mom who was informed that her community was closing on [date removed]. She had only just moved in two weeks ago and we were devastated by the news. [name removed] was able to find us a beautiful apartment in their memory care community and we will be moving in next week. The staff at Little Avenue has been amazing and very comforting for our family during this difficult transition.

I am still moving my husband in. He hasn't moved in yet, but I have had several employees drop by his room to introduce themselves and see if there is anything we need.

[name removed] did a nice job showing us around the facility and arranging a get together with my friend and his friend to get some residents first hand knowledge of living at the Forum

What a lovely facility! It was clean and well decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and generous with their time. Staff members provided valuable feedback regarding areas where my dad could require extra attention. I liked that residents could “age in place” with offerings like EmpowerMe physical training and APEX medical support onsite. The residents were kind and welcoming. Most importantly, they seemed happy there. The Director of Sales, Mary was very thorough - listening to our concerns and providing many different options as we navigate this difficult decision. Meeting the Executive Director was nice - she is very experienced and shows deep care for the residents at the facility.

The entire staff are all wonderful. Professional, very knowledgeable and kind. The apartments are not only spacious and fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. We also have a beautiful sky top view of the city of Atlanta. After 6 months of researching and visiting other centers in and near the Atlanta area, we took a break. Most were good enough for our liking but each one we visited had something lacking. My daughter whom lives out of state, asked a social worker she works with if she knew of any senior living centers in the Atlanta area. She referred us to look at Heartis. My husband and I made an appointment and took a tour. We both were immediately impressed. It had everything we were looking for. We have now lived at Heartis close to two months. Almost every week we learn of new and special things that they provide for their residence. For example: This week we learned that a local food market donates fresh flowers to the residents twice a month, for free. They deliver them to a conference room, spread them out on a table for residents to choose what ever they want to take back to their apartment. There I met new neighbors and got helpful tips on flower arranging. All this to say we are very happy here and very satisfied we chose Heartis as our new home.

I like the facility and it watches over my client nicely. I would recommend to others. We use them for meds and weekly laundry and they do a great job.

We were very impressed about the cleanliness, options of living spaces for residents; and happy active people. It doesn’t work for us at this time as it is just a tad too big for our small town parents.

Very clean. Weekends very unorganized. Activities- they need to include more residents to participate. My husband says no to everything. But if you say hey come on and we're going to do this or that. He'll come. The food situation is his least favorite. He has never eaten gravy on everything. Seems thats all they do. There have been a couple of meals without some kind of sauce and he ate that right up! He is supposed to get a sandwich or hamburger when they have gravy meals. He is very plain with his food. Otherwise staff is very friendly.

Well I to say I love it. The folks here are are just wonderful. I have really enjoyed living here. They do what they tell you they will do. The apartment is spacious and I love it.
