It truly is a wonderful place for seniors. The community is peaceful and the grounds are gorgeous. With that said the pricing is misleading. [Amount Removed] a month. Plus up to [Amount Removed] for care plus an additional[Amount removed] just to get in the door……I knew it would be expensive but [Amount removed] off the bat. I know my mother doesn’t have that and neither do we. Aamana was wonderful no doubt she was sweet and kind and understanding. And I’d love nothing more than to have my mother there. We just can’t afford it. Seems this country has forgotten about the lower class elderly.

It was a great tour. Seeing the residents engaged and staff interaction was great. The cleanliness was an important aspect for us. No complaints at all on that. The staff all seemed friendly and compassionate.

Moving Dad to the Virginian has been a blessing. The staff and his care team are amazing and he loves the activities. The facility is always clean and the grounds are nicely kept!

Everybody I met was fantastic. Felt right att home instantly. Beautiful facility. I hope to live there wihin year. Harry Spencer’s I was especially impressed by the food, price, beauty of the entire place

The staff is amazing. My dad is very happy there. They take great care of him and the facility is lovely.

We moved my mother-in-law into Meadow Oaks of Roseville earlier this year, and the experience has been wonderful. The facility is beautiful, the staff is warm and attentive, and she has truly been enjoying her time there. Sheri, in particular, has gone above and beyond to support our family through this transition. The team helped coordinate video doctor visits and even visited my mother-in-law at her previous residence beforehand to get to know her and ensure Meadow Oaks would be the right fit. That extra effort made a huge difference, especially since she was initially hesitant about moving. Thanks to their care and compassion, her transition into memory care has been smooth, and she genuinely loves the people there. We’re grateful for the exceptional support and the peace of mind Meadow Oaks has given our family.

So far, they've been amazing! Doug is wonderful. We had visited 3 other communities before Madison Estates. My brother said it felt like "home" as soon as he walked in, and he loves it so far. They are in the process of remodeling, but it's moving rather quickly! He really loves the feel of the environment. Says the people are very nice and welcoming. There's no "rif-raf" ??. It's very clean. He is enjoying the food and the portions. He says there hasn't been a bad meal, yet. But, let me just mention, he'll eat anything! ??. I hope this helps. I'm so sorry for getting back so late. I'm a teacher and we are very busy with end of year events and preparations. I went to see him last night. He kept saying, "I love it here. Good people. Good food. Privacy. With lots of things to do if you want to get out and meet people. It's perfect for me. I'll be here until I die."

I had to make a decision immediately. I needed additional info concerning the community fee & didn't receive that information Other companies had sent that info & I made my decision. Thank you

Staff is great. There are many activities to satisfy most everybody. My two bedroom apartment is almost 1100 square feet. I am very happy with my decision to move Discovery Villlage Alliance town center.

The staff has a genuine concern for its residents. Also, the cost of the apartment is competitive in the Denton, Texas area AND the cost includes meals, which we think is a very valuable service.

Out of the four places that I visited, I would rank it number one with friendliness courteousness helpfulness. The entire staff was awesome.

Nice place, affordable-which is huge, as you know, the campus is well kept, and the food is good.

We are happy here. They take good care of us . Room size is good . The food is not what we are used to , but keeps is nourished . And releases me from cooking which I can't do any more. We do have choices for the meals and that is helped . No complaints.

There was nothing that we experienced that wasn't top notch! The people, the facility, the food, the activities!!!! We received absolutely the most incredible warm welcome from everyone. From [name removed] when we first walked in, to [name removed] and [name removed], the chef and the CEO, [name removed]. It was obvious that everyone is treated as family. As we toured, and were introduced, staff and residents all greeted us with "Welcome Home," and this was before we signed the contract. The day she moved in, a resident came to the apartment and invited my mom to join her table of "crazies" for dinner. We love the regular entertainment, as well as the special events. My mom has been there exactly one month, and she is Home!

The staff were very nice and quite knowledgeable in the community. The apartments we were shown were nice and had been updated. The overall cost seems to match with the other places we toured. The outside has a terrible goose problem with goose poop everywhere, I don't know that anything can be done about that but its there. They seem to provide everything my mom could want or need.

The friendliness of the staff and residents is what drove us to choose this facility

Everyone has been very helpful in helping me get settled in. The food is good and the dining room staff is very pleasant. I would recommend the community to others without reservation.

It was a great facility, I am taking my Mom for a tour soon. The ladies who showed me around were very accommodating and pleasant.

5 for all except food, they try hard but its jard to please sich a variety of people, everything l tasted was good, they have a bad day once on awhile. They help you acclamate every step of the way, tons of support
