Wonderfully informative; folks were welcoming-- even the chef came out to tell us about meals. [name removed] was excellent in discussion and in patience as we strove to take it all in residents we encountered seemed happy and social.

It gets a little frustrating dealing with them, shutting off water, but all of that is to make the place even better. Staff members are absolutely amazing. It's a great value for what we get. Yes we would recommend the community to other families. They really do treat my brother so good.

Everything has been great. Very caring staff. In independent living, the amount of food is good, and some dietary alternatives are available. But the quality is institutional level. On the other hand, cost is reasonable & included in rent amount. They were able to place my friend on 1st floor right across from a retired colleague from work in the same apartment layout. It was easy to plan his move because I knew where most of his furniture would fit. Morada Cedar Hill has nice deep closets in bedroom and at entry.

The people here for the most part are all pretty terrific. It is great for the loneliness I was feeling. There were too many memories there. I repeat "I truly love it here". I have a beautiful apartment with a terrace. By the way, it is pet friendly; and my dog is also making some new friends.

Morada Lake Arlington was a beautiful community, loved the layout. The facility was bright and clean.

From what I see it's great. The staff are very nice and caring, the food is good - like going to a restaurant three times a day, very clean, Apt size good. My only complaint is the main reason I chose that place, other than being affordable, is I was told they would provide transportation up to 10 miles and would make an exception for one mile further to her pcp. When she had an appt I couldn't take her to to her pcp, they said they don't go that far and that the woman who told me that isn't even there anymore. We've managed despite and I have no other complaints. I would want to go there if I ever need to. It's very nice there.

The care was fine although I didnt need much care. The apartments were fine. I was in the smallest, but everyone seemed satified. The only complaints I heard were things like garbage not emptied on time or laundry dekays but my service was perfect. There are constant activities and the resdents really like them. The food is fine. If you dont like the main dish there are lots of options. Overall, i would keep this high on the list. I would recommend TerraBella community to other families.

Mom is in a very spacious studio that has a separate alcove for her bedroom. It has worked out very well for her. The staff and residents are all very friendly. She was very nervous and absolutely positive she would not like it at all. She did not go down to meals the first day but they took her dinner and talked with her and got her all set up to come to breakfast the next day. She really loves it there and is very happy. She looks forward to meal times and hangs out with her new friends a lot. We are ssssssoooo grateful for the Virginian and their staff for helping to make this transition manageable for us all.

The staff is kind, caring and very attentive. The food is great and the grounds are well kept. I have a 2 bedroom apartment which I love. I haven't done many activities but have always been welcomed in the ones I have done. They have a lot of activities to choose from.

The staff is helpful and responsive. Apartment size for the larger apartment is perfect. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for themselves or a loved one.

I love my apartment. It's very spacious with lots of closet space and a roomy balcony. Pets are welcome and my toy poodle gets lots of loving from the staff. They will take him for walks and play with him when I'm not feeling well.

All was good! They really tried to place her in the right room. The staff is great to work with. They're attentive and friendly. My mom is very happy there.

Very nice and very clean. Anyone should love living there. The food was great also. The care for the seniors is very important.

According to my ex-husband, everyone there the residents, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. He is enjoying his apartment which is a studio, but it's nice and spacey. He says he loves it and I haven't heard anything negative. He really enjoys the transportation that is offered compared to the other place he was at. He also raves about the meals they offer. He enjoys all the different types of meals that they prepare so bottom line. He is happy there and we're happy that you were able to locate a place for him. I would definitely recommend your agency to anyone that needs a place for their loved one.

This is a very nice facility. It's located in a pretty setting, it has great indoor and outdoor space. Everyone was welcoming. The apartments are spacious, have good closet space, are clean and modern.

When resident and family acknowledge workers, they are extremely friendly and wonderful. Care services is a 3 either resident or family member need to speak up is something is not getting done, then it will be taken care of. We've noticed this if there is a change in staff- otherwise I would give a 5. If any questions or concerns the admin staff listens and takes care of. I wish there were more seated exercises for the residents- they have a 15 min stretch occasionally but I've been in places where they truly have nice, daily exercises for residents that are not too early

Great facilities, great options. Skilled nursing is needed post hospital discharge for now. Beautiful grounds

I was very impressed during my tour. The Memory Care appeared to be hands on around the clock, which I expect for my spouse with severe dementia. The facility and workers appeared very friendly and well trained to care for my love one, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, the location, building and care facility appear to be extremely secured. Thank you for your professionalism and positive impressions.
