When it comes to the activities we are not sure my mother-in-law has not participated. Everyone at the community is very friendly and the facility feels like home. Yes, we would recommend Deane Hill Place to other families.

The staff are really kind. The residents look out for each other and it has a very good mix of people. My brother has stayed in several places and he says it is the best place he's ever been. Surprised in the best way with how special this place is.

The building and the grounds are very nice, rooms are clean, no smell, except for the food, which smells like a restaurant. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The most attractive feature that made me ck it out in the snow we had was the price. I would save between $[removed]&$[removed]a month. The second was the larger rooms. The 820 traffic is a downer and the potholes in the streets are horrible but all things considered it's well worth the move

I came in for a tour and the place feels so welcoming once you get in the front door. Everyone was so friendly and nice to me . I definitely will be going back with my mother and hopefully move her in asap!!

Her support made everything so much easier, and we truly appreciated her dedication. Highly recommend!

440 By The Bay met wit my husband first, and he was happy to report back that he believed this was a perfect place for our uncle. On the second visit I took my uncle and [Name Removed] gave us a grand tour. At first glance it was like a lovely hotel. On that particular day they had a paint and sip event set-up. We were invited to participate, but we didn't have time. I thought the rooms were spacious and the layout was nice. I especially like the patios on the memory care 2nd floor. All of the worker we met were friendly, the facility was clean and the planned meals looked great and scheduled events looked well organized.

I highly recommend TerraBella Fuquay! The community has been under new management since [Date Removed], and it is a night and day difference. The leadership has longevity and are always available when needed. The staff are caring and present. [Name Removed] in activities is energetic and keeps the residents engaged and happy. You can’t go wrong!

My mom was placed in Discovery Village in December as we came to the comclusion she can no longer live alone. Discovery Village Was a great fit for her and honestly we could not be happier. The staff is professional, trustworthy and and incredibly kind. And the best part is that my mom is happy being there.

The staff is friendly, compassionate, and attentive. I have had several meals while visiting and the food looks good and is good. There is always something going on to keep the residents involved.

The staff at Terra Bella is caring and compassionate. They care about the residents with genuine care and concern. They engage with them daily and knows their likes and dislikes. It has been a pleasure working with them.

The overall experience I would say is a 5 except for the activities and the staff. I haven't seen any activities during my visits and I haven't met the new memory care manager. However, what we like the most about the community is that it is very quiet and close to hospitals. We would recommend the community to others.

Arlington Plaza is absolutely beautiful, and in a beautiful neighborhood close to a park and lake. I toured the community with [name removed], who greeted me, and everyone we passed with a smile and kind expression. She was extremely knowledgeable about the community, and more importantly extremely helpful with getting my dad interested in staying at Arlington Plaza! (Dad was not real keen about not living alone.)

The community is great. The interaction with the residents is also wonderful. My only concerns are with management. There is very little communication from management, and they are difficult to connect with. Would I recommend? Probably with the stipulation that new residents or family members have a detailed plan prior to move in.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone seems to go out of their way to get you. What you need. I also think the food is very good and you can make changes when you need personal choices. I would not hesitate to recommend this Assisted Living to your clients.

The residents are welcoming. My grandma has found a great group of friends, and now has an active social life. She regularly participates in the events and activities organized by other residents and Madison Estates staff. The staff are kind, personable and helpful. Office staff, waitstaff and maintenance know the residents on a personal level and are reachable if needed. The property is beautiful and feels safe. The food is good, and we like that they have a menu item of the day plus a variety of dishes always available. With the budget we were on, I never imagined we would find a property this wonderful. My grandma loves it here. Very happy with it!
