The sales director we worked with, [name removed], was amazing in helping my mom make the decision to transition into independent living. She did a wonderful job coordinating the move and made the process very easy. She made my mom feel special and welcome and we believe this move will help her live her best life moving forward. Everything is a five, Sooner Station is great. Everyone from staff to residents are very helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this facility

I would give them a 5 for everything They were exceptional. You get a great feeling when you first walk in the door. It's very light, bright homie feeling. It has a more homie, feeling to it then and rich uppity feeling to it. The residence were all very friendly. [name removed] had us eat with a couple of the ladies there. They were very friendly. Tried to get [name removed] involved in things right away even though she hadn't said that she was coming there yet. When we went back three days later, the two ladies remembered her and made sure that they talked to her. They asked her when she was moving in so she could do activities with them. The director was great. There was no questions left up in the air or things you had to try to figure out on your own. We were introduced to the maintenance person and told that he would hang TVs or anything else as soon as she moved in. It was just an all-around great experience. The food that they serve served at lunch was great. [name removed] was even having problems with her teeth. They made a special lunch for her.

What we like the most about the community is that they appear to be very caring and yes we would recommend Discovery Village at Stuart to other families based on the experience so far.

I was thoroughly impressed the minute I walked into Rittenhouse. [name removed] was so hospitable and welcoming that I felt like I was at home. My sister is moving in on Saturday. I feel so good about her living there and being comfortable.

[name removed] treated me like she was my partner in this difficult experience. She was compassionate, supportive, and listened to me. The facility was clean and you got the sense it was a community. This is a monumental decision and process; I appreciated the support.

We really love living here. The staff is great, residents are friendly, food is delicious and there are lots of activities. We're so happy we chose to move here!

The service was amazing. Very helpful and compassionate. My Mom got a single room with a kitchenette, and private bathroom. Her facility was right on the waterfront with walking paths, a cafe and beautiful parlors. Facility did weekly cleanings and laundry. The administration staff was very outgoing, caring, and helpful. They even offered significant discounts for the first 4 months of occupation. I am very grateful for Summer House Vista Shores facility and staff. My Mom bloomed socially, and enjoyed her activities, including Friday social hours. My mother was an artist, painting, stained glass, quilting, anything crafty. The staff was very enthusiastic about her interests, even engaging her about painting a mural in the facility. If i had a crystal ball, I would have encouraged her to move to Summer House Vista Shores months earlier. She had her own apartment and care within my home , but Summer Home offered community.

Morada Meadow Lakes is great. The residents are nice, and kind. The apartments are roomy and you have a full kitchen. There is central air, trash picked up every evening outside your apartment door. The management is terrific. I love it here at Morada, but I am afraid next Dec when the rent goes up, I won't be able to afford. The thought of moving is daunting.

We were very impressed with both the staff and the facilities. The receptionist greeted us warmly and friendly; as did the Sales Representative and Director. Even the tenants and other staff we met during the tour were welcoming. There was a sense of warm hospitality and hominess. Tenants were actively engaged in an event in the community room. There are good size activity rooms: library, puzzle room, billiards, craft room and pleassnt dining room. I could con't with the all the positive points but will sum it up by saying this was our first tour. We felt we didn't need to look any further. We were sold.. First impressions are lasting; starting with the receptionist and ending with Sales Representative. He is fantastic.

Great facility, met with [removed name] and she provided all needed information. Love the layout and options of the facility. Currently the site has limited capacity, and we are on a waiting list now. Appears to be a well-run and staffed facility. Was able to see room options and had a short visit with a resident. Very, very nice facility. Only minor feedback point is parking is somewhat limited. There were several spots open but many cars in the lot on the day we were there.

I was there with my friend Sheila, who is thinking about moving into assisted-living. She thought the place was beautiful and she loved the setting, but she did feel that it was very big and that she would be “lost“ there.

I moved in on Friday [removed date] not knowing what to expect but was very surprised the people went out of their way to make me feel a part of their family. The rooms are beautiful and spacious . I recommend Morada to anyone looking for a place to take their loved ones to.

Sue had a very sweet sign out for us, and did a very thorough tour and the place gave us a really great vibe! The place looks like a nice college dorm for seniors, and residents were out and very active when we we there.

The facility was everything we were looking for and more. The apartments were clean, freshly painted , appropriate for seniors and the community spaces were equally as nice. The only drawback was the distance from their friends.

My first impression as I drove in was a quaint village. We immediately went to the building for independent living. I saw a furnished and unfurnished unit . I was very impressed with how clean everything was. Then I saw the gathering areas-large and comfortable. Next was lunch and a financial discussion. I asked all kinds of questions about activities , transportation and attire. I left with a comprehensive idea about Deane Hill and the diffences between assisted and independent. I discovered I was not a candidate for assisted at this time, but when I do need the care I know where I want to go. Unfortunately I did not see any medical staff, wrong building. Therefore I cannot evaluate ratios to patients etc.

My sister-in-law went from independent before Christmas to needing some type of daily care or overseeing by New Year’s. . After quickly touring three facilities, we decided on Oakmonte Village. Our guide gave a wonderful tour, pointing out all the amenities, and enabling us to see an apartment. We witnessed and spoke with the happy residents. The decor was warm, cozy and comfortable, which we were happy about. We aren’t the “marble and chandelier” type of people. We were thrilled that A Place for Mom made the tour appointments, which were paced with enough time at each facility.

My dad loved the place. Everyone was good to him. He enjoyed the food. Haven't there very long, but what he told us, he was pleased. Our experience with the staff was a good experience. The staff were always friendly to us and were always helpful if we had questions.

I'm struggling to get the staff to keep on Spectrum, my aunts cable has been out most of the time she's been there so far. The size of the apartment is why my aunt chose Terra Bella. But there was no floor plan available so I drew one from [name removed] measurements and my photos. Location is hard to define. My aunt would have preferred Little River SC but that doesn't mean your location is poor. Ultimately she chose you over what [removed] offered so location was less of a priority.

Everyone was absolutely so kind and welcoming. It was very clean and homey! They had everything that my mom could possibly need. The dining room and walking trail were a hit with mom. The activities they offered were wide ranging.
