A place for mom - a Godsend! They recently set up a tour at 3 senior living sites one of which was Provincial. The manager was my guide. She was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. In the end Provincial was our top choice and I’m delighted to say my brother in law has plans to move in by the end of the month. A stress situation turned actually turned out to be pretty stress free!

My sister is extra happy there. She loves the food and the opportunity to visit and share meals with other residents. She was made so welcome by both staff and residents when she moved in early January. She really enjoys the different and various activities

The Addington Place safe were very caring and considerate. They were patient and always willing to help anytime I had questions. My Mom really liked being there and felt comfortable too. Sadly, she couldn't stay longer because of the cost.

I would recommend it others. What stood out is, how clean building is, the garden was beautiful all shrubs plants flowers were all beautiful trimmed and watered.

The representative was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. If the decision-making was up to me, I would move in next month.

The people here are very friendly, the activity are fun, and the food is good.

My sister has met with some very nice people always there to help her with anything she needs. Cypress woods is a clean, quiet and peaceful place to be.

This facility is clean and the apartments are very adequate. Our tour was delivered very nicely and we saw each apartment available. Each aspect of the facility was explained and each of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. This facility did not make our short list only because it is further from our home than some of the others.

Our recent tour of the Village at the Falls was very informative. We were warmly greeted, and the leasing staff was so courteous and professional. This facility offers excellent services. The common areas are clean and well-maintained. Any questions we had were addressed. It was a great tour.

We had a very good tour. We got to see the residents who were having an afternoon snack and we were apart of it. All questions were answered and we felt very comfortable.

I would recommend, cleanliness of facility, staff were welcoming, residents are friendly and welcoming, and more reasonably priced.

The managing staff is very kind and caring, thoughtful, and do take good care of us. Any help we need they will do it willingly. The atmosphere of hair is warm and welcoming. We have a lot of activities during the day as well as in the evening. There is a shuttle bus to take us Shopping to the doctor out for lunch. The ladies who clean our apartments are very good. They change our sheets, wash them and bring them back and the food is getting better. We had as with anywhere up and downs with that, but they are trying very hard to make it nice a good food that we enjoy having so I am very happy here and have met some really nice residence who are just like me we take care of each other and celebrate, birthdays and different events.

Wonderful place to live with amazing options for seniors very impressed with the living space, the courtyard, and the pet friendly policies.

Staff very friendly, clean environment. Residents we saw were engaged in activities. My mother in law seemed pleased with the tour of facility an room.

We chose this facility because of its convenient location and reasonable pricing. My mom had a few questions about certain aspects of her care, so we reached out to the manager and nursing staff. They were very responsive, addressed our concerns promptly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We truly appreciated their timely communication and attentiveness.

Seems to us that the place does everything right. Facility is clean and kept in shape. Staff is friendly and competent. Food is excellent. Price is competitive.

Very nice place , mom liked the meals and they helped when she had some troubles. Very clean. If I ever sell my home my thoughts have possibly moving there.

I would rate a solid 5 overall. Activities are a 5, Activities are varied and all kinds of interests are covered. My mom loves ALL of the staff - kitchen, front office, nursing staff and care givers. Everyone helps everyone else when there is a shortage anywhere. And the food is outstanding. The chef at New Seasons goes all out everyday, and especially on holidays. The dining room is decorated, and the food and people are celebrated in style. So the kitchen, dining room staff and food are a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. Actually all the staff deserve more than a 5. Everyone is so kind and willing to go all out for all residents. There is a rosary club on Saturdays, and Sundays someone comes in to celebrate mass and give communion. Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility and the facility is clean and bright. The mechanical/maintenance staff do a great job keeping the facility running. There is one priority that is of tremendous importance at a facility with CONTRACTED SNOW REMOVAL!!! New Seasons gets an F Minus!!!! The parking lot is small, and you can't maneuver a snow plow on a regular truck in the HANDICAPPED AREA! AFTER A FULL MONTH, ONE OF THE SPOTS WAS STILL OBSTRUCTED, AND IN THE ENTRANCE CIRCLE, A HUGE PILE ALSO OBSTRUCTED A HANDICAPPED SPOT, WHICH IMPEDED PATIENT PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS!!!! You need to hire a company who possesses at least one BOBCAT AND 2 PEOPLE WITH SHOVELS In addition to the regular plows. You CAN and SHOULD DO BETTER - THIS IS ON YOU, CORPORATE! ARE YOU LISTENING?!! F minus on SAFETY and Snow Removal!!

It was a very nice tour of the memory care wing. [Name Removed] answered all of our questions fully and made us feel that my dad would be very well taken care of there. The facility is well-maintained and everyone seems to truly enjoy their jobs. She explained exactly what they provide and how they would care for my dad. One thing that impressed my mom and I was how[Name Removed]called each resident that we encountered by name. To us, that shows a level of caring that we didn’t see in other facilities. We feel very comfortable with the possibility of placing my dad in their care.
