Everything has been good. No hidden charges everything was upfront. The room was remodeled and very clean. Mom is extremely happy. The management on a day-to-day basis couldn't be better. The food is excellent when something goes wrong. The maintenance crew is on it within the hour. I would absolutely not change one thing.

Also Heartis needs a [Name Removed] to move patients while they are recovering and therapy every day to be a be a serious respite facility!

A few negatives-her pills were wrong for the first few mornings and my mom said the nurses weren't nice about it. And my mom did not like the food. That was her biggest complaint. Other than that, we were pleased!

They have waited very long wait times when being pick up after doctor appointments I know there are multiple people going to doc visits but I think if anything could use a review of possible improvement I think that is all I have.
