5 for all. So far, our family has been very pleased with our decision to move my mom into Morada. The atmosphere is peaceful. The residents are happy and friendly. A wholesome family environment.

It's a nice spot. Clean, comfortable, lots of sunshine and outdoor balconies. My mom doesn't need tons of activities just a few things she likes. She likes it.

The desk staff (management) go out of the way to be friendly and helpful. Also when the dining room is short staffed they pitch in to take care of everyone timely. The social activities vary and are very stimulating. It varies from exercise to puzzles to lectures from professors. Residents get along with this example and find new friends.

I would recommend to others. Good people there, make you feel at home during stressful time

Very nice, spacious rooms plenty of things to offer. Parking space for mom’s car, hair salon for her hair care. Nice dining area. Mom can bring some of her furniture to make it more at home for her. Friendly staff that’s always makes your move at ease. Health and wellness on premises is always good. Very nice and clean.

I have already answered this question. The person who spoke to us was extremely kind. We loved the accommodations. The residents were friendly and seemed happy. We are examining our options and have contacted a person referred to us to help with the move.

Wonderful visit to La Mirada Heights. From the minute you walk in, you feel taken care of and the place is beautiful. They have a lot to do and see at their community, plus the rooms are very spacious. My mom would be very happy here. Thank you for the great tour.

Staff was friendly and informative on our tour. There were activities available during the month that my family member would use. The grounds are lovely.

They recognize those residents who are veterans. An honor wall is in the front lobby, very prominent with 8x10 pictures and names. We've had a couple of needs that did not make it to the department we needed. But the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and maintenance have kept my dads apt clean and in good working order. We do some additional housekeeping on the days we come to visit. I've made connections with some residents. They are don't spread rumors, but have some opinions that aren't always positive. Outings and events are communicated well.

It is easy. After looking and seeing different places, Terra Bella was the best, a (5). The staff and care was wonderful.

I thought the costs were good in relation to other homes we inquired about. The administration was great because they were very communicative throughout the process. Other residents seem happy there and the home was very clean. Overall, it felt pleasant. Their ability to admit my family member on short notice was very helpful and I'm forever appreciative for them doing so

The staff was friendly and caring. Communication with them was good. Although I was in Ny, not in Texss with my uncle, whenever I was there to visit, the room was clean and organized. He was showered and dressed, even when I stopped in when they staff was unaware I would be visiting.

You really made the whole process much easier and the tools and information provided were immensely helpful. I would recommend to others.

Staff we met were very pleasant. Thinking it will be a good fit for [name removed]. Like the number of LPNs that are available. As well as having a CNA on staff who trains the RAs.

[Name removed] was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and has followed up with me on the phone as he said he would. Morada will be my choice when it’s time to place my husband.

When I first entered the residence, it seemed large and hospital-like. After being greeted by the Sales Director it did not feel like that any more. Her office is actually located in a 2 bedroom ( + den) was professionally decorated and beautiful. The closets are huge! A resident showed me the attic access. I did not have lunch that day due to time but was invited back to have CB lunch another day. We toured the common areas (library, meeting rooms, dining area, rec & exercise area) and answered/asked questions. I was also able to visit a 2 bedroom cottage which I really enjoyed. Residents seemed happy and were very friendly. I was invited to join them for game night and for outdoor activities. I really enjoyed my visit and could see myself living there along with my dogs!

Very informative, really impressed with the facility, amazed with everything that you offer the residents.

The facility is very well appointed, but the real shine is in the employees. We made to feel very comfortable and my dad was treated like a real person instead of someone to look past. It was great!!!!
