[name removed] was welcoming upon arrival. She was thorough with information and welcomed all of our questions. She was patient and empathetic as we described our parents’ situation. Tiffany Court with the assisted living and Memory care option in one building, different sections, is beneficial and reassuring if we as a family get to that point. Facility was clean and modernized. Very busy with residents out and about in the building. The activities and transportation is a definite win. Tiffany court is at the top of our list when the time comes.

Very positive experience. Food was very good. Conversation with a resident was insightful. Offer reserved/covered parking for extra fee. Most economical so far.

We are very happy here. Everyone is nice and friendly, it's like having a second family. No complaints about activities and great entertainment for Friday happy hour.

The staff was great, very helpful, and the care was great. The rooms were clean, and the studio apartment that Dad and Reva lived in had a better view than the garages. Dad did not care much for the food because he felt there were too many hamburgers and cheeseburgers. He would have preferred meals such as spaghetti and bread, salads, meatloaf, tater tot casserole, pies, and cookies. One suggestion would be to add a patio garden with flowers or another outdoor area where residents could sit and enjoy the view.

Choosing an assisted living and memory care community for a loved one is incredibly difficult, but the team here made my uncle feel like family. The nurses are deeply compassionate and act as true advocates for their patients. Even on the rare occasion when mistakes happen, they immediately own up to them and correct the issue without hesitation. I highly recommend them to any family seeking peace of mind and honest, dedicated care.

From the beginning the experience was seamless. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend Whispering Oakes to anyone seeking Independent Living.

The staff at Sooner Station is kind, caring, and gentle. The food at Sooner Station is wonderful. My mom and dad love that they have an apartment not just one room.

The facility was clean, smelled nice, facilities are up to date, amenities are spectacular, staff was friendly and knowledgeable! We enjoyed the tour and can’t wait to move Mom in.

The entire staff is wonderful and truly caring. My mom loves the food and enjoys having a doctor on staff who is attentive to her needs. Her room is the perfect size, with a queen bed, a comfortable lounge chair, a TV, a dresser, and a nice walk-in shower. The facility also has a lovely outdoor area where residents can sit and enjoy the fresh air or take a short walk. Since my mom is in memory care, the environment is understandably more structured and secure than assisted living, which gives our family peace of mind. Overall, we are very pleased with the care, accommodations, and support she receives.

Everything that was told to us was true. What stuck out to me about this facility over others was the variety of activities and the location, transportation. Room sizes are large. Great amenities

The staff is honestly friendly and helpful. The food needs help. They There really need a better cook! There were vegetable sticks served one day as a side. I assumed carrot sticks? They served some slightly soggy cucumber with absolutely COLD but SOFT carrots. The carrots had a strange taste to them. Definitely not fresh food. One day there was potato soup and we couldn't taste a bit of potato in it. The whole thing tasted like water and CUMIN. My family does not like cumin and though I know it is used in certain Mexican dishes, I have no idea what it was doing in potato soup! My mom doesn't at much unless she really likes something. So most of the time she is not eating much...

The staff is friendly, accommodating. Dining servers are wonderful. They make a point of remembering names of residents. We are served in a timing manner. The chef makes a point of serving a variety of dishes. There are plenty of activities. Something for everyone. The facility itself is clean and the housekeeping staff services your room on a weekly basis..

I visited the establishment and am very excited to be here. The staff was very accommodating, and the food selections have been wonderfully delicious. Most residents know my name and greet by it when we pass in the hallways and in the dining room!

The building is clean and bright. The apartment is spacious. The food is good. The staff are friendly and responsive.

Bonus for us is that our mother can bring her little dog to live with her. She would be heartbroken without him.

Very clean. Residents were cheerful and interacted with the staff. Large bedrooms. The facility is nestled away in a private area. I would love to have my father there but, his doctor feels he needs more enhanced help

Calligraphy Westwood Village is a beautiful facility. It is tops in that it looks like a museum. The gourmet food for the most part with excellent. I prefer a smaller more intimate kind of atmosphere, but if I needed to use the facility for a month. I would certainly do it.. it may become necessary if my daughter is not able to take care of me because she herself is having problems ambulating. I have looked at a number of other facilities and it may be they would not have any openings. If so, I would use Calligraphy Westwood village for a month’s stay.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have a two bedroom, so rooms are very large. I can exercise, go to mail box, get hair cut or washed, enjoy a glass of wine and music every day.
