The team was great to work with during the set up and transition period. My dad loves the place, the staff, and the food. It is a much nicer place than we were expecting to be able to afford. He feels safe and has really embraced the move and the support that they give him. Please give a shout out to [Names Removed]! They have made this transition so smooth for my dad!

The staff was great as well as lunch. My mom was treated well and accommodated all concerns. My mom is leasing.

I loved everything about Solstice! It's a gorgeous facility situated on a quiet street tucked back into lots of greenery. Everyone there seemed so nice, friendly, and cheerful. The meals that are offered sound so delicious. I love all of the activities and amenities that are offered as well.

The staff is very responsive to my needs as well as my mom's needs. The food could definitely be better. That's my mom's #1 complaint.

Love the Facility and Staff - Heritage Place of Boerne would be a great home for my Dad. [name removed] was a great help to my wife and I!

Marbella assisted our family in caring for my husband on the final 8 days of his life. We're so thankful for their compassion & treatment that went far above the level of care often experienced in a memory care unit. We chose Marbella Marysville Assisted Living over a skilled care facility because of the relationship established with staff over a couple of months. They were a true partner & we are extremely grateful for everything.

I have been a resident now for 7 months and I have come to enjoy it more each day. Our management team works very well together and respond to our concerns quickly. We have a great activities co-ordinator who has a great variety of things for us to pick from. Many of us can not walk without a walker and every morning she does a different version of a seated exercise that is fun for all. Our meals are served to us in a dining hall on the main floor and it is very nice. I love living at Independent Village of North Raleigh. The location is also great. You are close to great medical facilities and we are close to a Harris Teeter and Wal-Mart.

As far as the staff is concerned, all starts at the top. The manager has an open door policy and he makes it very easy for the residence to talk to them front desk people [name removed] and [name removed] are terrific. They always greet you and ask how the day is going the maintenance man who keeps a place so clean is [name removed] and he is very, very helpful in all respects the recreation people who take care of the activities are also both perfect. There's two young ladies to take care of it one's a bus driver and the other one is in takes care of the activities and if I would there for one year and had to leave because of health reasons, but if I wanted to if I wanted to put anybody in that place or suggested I would suggested well over any other in the area. It is very clean and kept up great and they help Heather who is the sales lady is very very knowledgeable and very, very helpful and the whole staff is there throughout the whole day walking in the floors, checking on the residence and seeing if everything is good.

The Conservatory is a very attractive community and on my second visit I was again was very impressed with what is offered. The apartments for independent living are spacious, the dining room is bright and very well set up, and the overall surroundings very pleasant.

It's perfect here. I give The Bentley a 5 plus. The hospitality really sticks out, and the residents are all very friendly. It is a clean and quiet community. The locaiton is great and accessible. Food is included. I also get daily visits by the nursing staff.

My friend C[name removed] was a resident of Woodbury Mews from [date removed] to [date removed]. She passed away on [date removed] at the age of 95. The nurses aid [name removed], took great care of my friend during her stay there. Her last two weeks at the Mews were spent in bed. I was at her side every day from 11 in the morning until 5 in the evening. When [name removed] was working, I was at ease I knew she was taking great care of her. She would come in every half hour to 45 minutes to check on her lips, her skin and her condition making sure that she was comfortable. [name removed] compassion and care is genuine and she inspired me to volunteer at the Mews. I am in my third year of volunteering in activities and it's a blessing to bring happiness to the residents. [name removed] is truly an angel as I watch her interact with the residents over the last 2 years. Some of the resident's children have mentioned to me what a blessing [name removed] has been to them. She is a ray of sunshine. Forever grateful, Phil Burkle

Maybe a inside map of the facility for people visiting for the first time. House keeping on weekends would help helpful.

Majority of the staff are very caring, helpful and compassionate. Will do anything to help you.

We would give Heartis 5 stars. Staff and nurses are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend looking into Heartis especially for family diagnosed with cognitive decline. Heartis supports their independent living, levels of care and then when necessary the transition to memory care.

Staff if great. Facility is clean and care is great. Apartments are a little small.

Although it is not looking good for mom to go there because of complications. They have gone above and beyond to help us. I would recommend to others but as all assisted living places they have limits to what they can offer.

[name removed], the activities director is great! She is full of energy and enthusiasm and really gets the residents involved. The food is very good.

I don't have a single complaint. The apartments are roomy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they periodically organize family gatherings for holidays. My mother loves the activities they plan for the residents such as bingo. She especially appreciates the fact that they put on a non denominational church service on the tv in the common room for anyone to watch. We of course have high remarks for the meals. My grandson happens to be one of the chefs.

Parkview is a clean facility. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The food is okay. Suppose to get a new Chef [date removed]. Food should get better.

The facility was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and informative. I’m hopeful I can convince my mom to come and visit with me.
