[name removed] the exec director and [name removed] the sales director are both very personable and extremely helpful during the whole process. All the employees I met along the way have been very personable and helpful also.

I have nothing to compare to but the facility is good. My daughter and I looked at quite a few before placing my husband. This facility had more activities menu looked good, meals cooked on sight. Have options regarding eating in a nice restaurant feeling or in your room. Staff is very caring and helpful. A little pricey but affordable. Clean and does not "smell" like most. It is hard to find a decent facility. They aren't perfect but they are good and try.

They added a new meal to the menu for me since I am vegan. Everyone has been friendly and check in on me and [name removed] at least once a day.

No complaints or problems. What we like the most about the community is the turn key wrt bills and food. The daily check-in. Friendliness. Layout of the facility

Before moving to TerraBella, my mother in-law had lost herself in trying to take care of others. Being drained emotionally, physically and financially. She is a totally different person now. Enjoying life, enjoying socializing, and enjoying her own space.

Outstanding staff, excellent facilities, great price, good activities, friendly residents.

I would give every category a five, the rooms, the staff, the food we're all terrific. I would especially like to thank the general manager, I believe his name was [name removed],. He went beyond the call of duty. He was fantastic...

Winter Village has a very positive atmosphere and truly feels more like a community than a traditional convalescent home. The building is very clean and well kept, and the food is above average. The staff are always smiling, kind, and approachable — we never had a bad moment there. My family member stayed for about three months, and during that time his health improved so much that he was able to return home with his doctor’s approval. Compared to similar-quality convalescent homes in southern Oakland County that can cost [amount removed]per month, Winter Village was very affordable. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place for their loved one.

This place is Clean! The staff members are like family and they make the effort to learn newcomers names, needs, likes and dislikes. The administration staff also know you quickly and are efficient in their jobs. Today we had the first of monthly meeting with our chief. He and his staff are working with the residents to make the meals more varied and complete. I can't imagine cooking for this many people 3 times a day, 7 days a week plus try to keep those meals interesting. The total atmosphere here is very pleasant. Just the place for mom, dad aunt or uncle. They will be comfortable and we'll looked after.

I would recommend this community to others and what I like the most about the community is the overall friendliness. They have happy hours each Friday, news letters, and an activity calendar. They also have covered parking.

The food is great, the flexibility of the dining room is wonderful. It's very clean and the staff is terrific.

I would give Terra Bella a 5 rating. Putting a parent into assisted living is not an easy task and Terra Bella helped in every way possible. My brother and his wife met her and could not believe that her first meal was a gigantic juicy hamburger! I also like that you have choices if you don't like what's being served so that's always a plus! It takes a couple of weeks for a resident to get used to their surroundings. My mom has the beginnings of dementia as well as other health issues. Terra Bella offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, activities for the residents, field trips to go shopping, etc. i'm so glad my mom is there cause now I feel that she is safe and with other people, instead of being home alone.

We've been extremely satisfied! The independence my mom still has while being around other people her age to be able to socialize! We would absolutely recommend Diamond Oaks Village to other families.

The LakeHouse is a great facility. The care and compassion they give their residents is top notch. The staff is very good abt isolating any sicknesses and keeping the residents comfortable. Staff is very responsive to individual requests and needs.

From the Executive Director [name removed] to [name removed] the director of sales the were absolutely outstanding during the process of getting my mom moved in. They went above and beyond to make sure is comfortable and getting settled in. They are always ready willing to help with anything.

They all get a 5 from me. Everything i go there, the staff and residents are really nice. The place is always clean. I sometimes can eat there (for a fee) with my mom.

I originally thought I didn't need 2 bedrooms but thought I'd like to see how one looked so I could have more space to put my things

It is by far the best. Friendlier staff n food is better. The grounds are wonderful. Lots of sidewalks n all flat. 5 buildings here w long porches on each one n half screened in. Not to mention it is the same size room w large windows n bout $[removed] cheaper a month. So glad I moved here. Thanks to the advice of one of your helpers!

It is great for independent. Living. They have someone you can hire if you need assisted living. They have great apartments . Lots to do with,clubs and activities. Everything is included nice under ground parking, meals. Everything You have to see it for yourselves
