I rate all categories at a 5. It's a great facility and my parents are very comfortable and have only positive things to say. Thank you for the recommendation and setting up the first appointment. The Lodge is a good facility and our family is very happy with the care they provide.

We would rate it all a 5 except for the food, we would give that maybe a 4....it was good not incredible. What we like the most about the community is how much the residents enjoy living there. Yes, we would recommend Parkview in Allen community to other families based on the experience.

Wonderful experience having Mom at Addison Place! It does not feel like a nursing home at all. She is well taken care of. A nurse provides her meds, and she has total autonomy within the facility. Her room, clothing and linens are kept clean. Mom loves the meals. I can visit anytime. I would highly recommend this facility.

So far I really like Columbus Estates Lots of nice people and lots of activities. I'm happy here. My apartment is very comfortable. People are very friendly including the staff

The item that impressed me most was the fact there are six levels of care. There is every effort to evaluate clients needs and meet them. I would recommend to anyone in Montgomery County looking for a caring and professional setting for your loved one.

It definitely stood out compared to the others I toured. The facility was clean and smelled nice. The apartments were bigger than other places and arranged well. They were a smaller living space but super cute and perfect for my mom since that's what she needed. All the staff were really kind and patient with the residents and friendly to me during my tour. The whole vibe of the place was as positive and happy. The dining area was clean and the food smelled good. The activities seemed fun and there were a few I knew my mom would like - bible study was one.

My dad was very happy there. The staff and accommodations were fabulous! Would highly recommend, your staff is so kind and helpful.

The staff has been very helpful in the transition of getting my mom adjusted to her new surroundings and schedule. The facility is kept cleaned and provides amenities to keep the patient engaged and active. They also have activities that include family members.

Shasta Estates is wonderful!! A bit expensive, but absolutely everything I need and want! The food is absolutely great-three meals a a day included in the rent! Almost all rooms have a patio/ balcony big enough for chairs, small table and plants. Sound proofing is excellent. I am on 2nd floor and I don't hear anything from above or below. Just the stairway next to me... but not often. Everyone is cordial and friendly! They have tons of activities to choose from!

Being in a position to find a home for an elderly family member is difficult. Overland Court staff were all very helpful and kind. The rooms and services available make it a good place to take a loved one. Everything was clean, organized, and it is in a great location.

Our family has been checking out Tipton Place in Huntington for our eldest living relative. Tipton is charming and practical engagement for a community, and no-one can get truly lost with that layout. Great for residents and visitors. [removed names] have been super friendly and accommodating, and our family is thankful for this opportunity for our dear aunt to become an active part in the Tipton Place Community. With the flexibility to access the facility and reach out to the sales department and executive director all the constant needs and questions that have come up have been made so easy. For this we have been truly blessed for the many friendships we have incurred and built.

This is a excellent place for someone needing their own space with also having an exact staff there to assist you if you need it. It's location is great. The grounds are very nice. The staff is very knowledgeable.

Went and toured the Sooner Station Assisted Living in Norman. The facility was great! Very pretty and the residents that I met really all seem happy and had nothing but nice things to say about the facility. [name removed] was very informative and attentive. Would love to put my mother here.

Outstanding place the staff is outstanding good food. Very caring will help you do anything if it’s right. Have your own room very nice very clean the maid does awesome job, have a gentleman that plays the piano very very good

Overall it's been great! It's clean almost everyone there is really friendly and courteous. It's really a great place! My mom would like more outdoor space and I was hoping for more monitoring of food/water intake and BMs but i realize now this isn't realistic in facilities and is more for in-home care and my mom is pretty far down the dementia path. Brunswick director has really provided alot of support. My mom moved from assisted living to memory care and they moved everything in her room for us. Some of the staff there go out of their way to assist us during visits and while moving things around. They let us borrow a bed and a TV for no extra charge for an extended time. They also worked with us on the first partial month, deposit and timing of the rent for the first month. They have been really flexible. The front desk staff are just super! fun, and comforting.
