Beautiful, elegantly appointed facility with friendly, professional staff. All the residents we met were happy they chose Bellamar. All seemed well cared for.

Communication is everything with Tremont. Establishing an early rapport is essential. They are understaffed so do not assume administration will catch everything, staying on top and abreast of all personal admin for your loved one is critical. Staff is willing to work with you, so communicate early and often. Angelique was very instrumental on getting us in, so when we experienced issues, we contacted her immediately. She was able to resolve any issues and we were in the door the very next day. 5 stars to A place for mom. Also I would be quick to add, the people really make the place. Food is ok, but it's the people there that have made it all the difference in the world. So my deepest thanks for [name removed] recommendation!

Everything is great, my room, all of the employees, the food, transportation, activities and the other people who live here. No complaints from me. (It would be nice to have a Pepsi machine).

My father is really happy at the Orchard. He loves his room and it's a great for him. The staff is wonderful! They're very nice and go out of their way for the residence. There are a lot of activities for the residence to participate in. The whole facility is really clean and they have someone that comes in once a week to clean the rooms and they do a great job. He's really happy living at the Orchard!

The facility provides a pleasant environment with genuinely caring employees who are well trained to work with memory care residents. Staff make a strong effort to help residents remain as independent as possible while providing compassionate, individualized support. The director of nursing, [name removed], offers expert wound care, adding an extra level of confidence in the quality of care provided. Residents also enjoy good food, and the employees and residents alike contribute to a knowledgeable, caring community that shares a common mission of supporting people with disabilities in a loving and respectful manner.

Everything is a 5. The place is amazing. We really love it. My mom is very happy. Loves the food making friend and the staff is kind and patient. And the value is unbelievable. You get a lot for your money.

The facility was very clean and organized. All the workers were friendly and professional. It just did not meet the needs that my sister wanted as independent living.

It was fantastic. Had lunch. Took a tour. Met the activity director. Lots of information. Daily menues. Weekly activities flyers. On staff dog walker. In house housekeeping. Just so many amenities.

The TerraBella Northridge has Great and caring staff.

The haven and the Laurels Village is easy to work with. They are compassionate and helpful.

Clean and well run. Great staff and knowledge about senior issues. Various layouts. Would like to have washer and dryer options.

Had a wonderful time , Anna especially good at her job. I went from thinking about staying to signing a contract.

The team at Solstice Plano is kind, helpful, and responsive. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities are excellent. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place.

From the beginning there is this warm and fuzzy feeling. After visiting many places and observing a cold detached feeling walking into Discovery Village was a welcomed change. It felt like a warm hug. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of with the help of a housekeeping staff twice a month. The Hoffman Estates location has just been newly redecorated from top to bottom. The food plans offered give you the opportunity to indulge in some really GREAT meals. Each night for dinner you have a choice from 5 to 10 different items to pick from. Restaurant quality and substantial quantities are the norm and the staff are always available to assist the residents with whatever they might need. One of the best things is that the residents are listened to and attention paid to whatever their needs might be. Very Highly Recommended

I started with the Sunrise group and viewed multiple facilities. Another competitor recommended Terra Bella group. Morningside was the second facility that I toured in that group and selected. Very nice facility and the staff is consistent. Best prices.

They work with the family really well and they're very good about their communication. Everyone is very friendly.

I'll give it a 5, mostly because your sales and admin team were so easy to work with, even stay a bit late on a very dark, dangerous evening when I was a having difficulty getting there in the hail and rain. I have already given a shout out to A Place for Mom for being the only Independent Living facility that has a furnished room when we so desperately needed one. It is quiet and your desk staff is incredible. I will definitely recommend to others in need.

The manager Jessica. She is awesome! We love the activities and the various group projects. My loved one has a single bed with single bath and a kitchenette. It is hard to whittle down to just a few things we liked about the community. First, it is clean. When you walk in the door to taking tours, it is clean. There is an open concept activities room. An open lobby, a beautiful pathway outside for people to walk. It is designed to build community. The senior center is nearby. Great location. Great setting. Great staff and an environment that nurtures building community. The rooms are spacious with kitchenettes, as there is a community kitchen and a cafeteria. We really cannot find anything negative to say. It is perfect for my mom.
