My mom is happy. This is a good fit for her. We live in the area, and it was somewhat affordable. I would recommend to others. My mom uses a walker along with most residents, that helps her confidence. Activities daily, meals are also part of the rent. Clean and nice.

We have chosen this as the place for our mothers care. The staff is very friendly. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

Kiley Ranch staff were all very friendly, engaging and attentive. Facilities were fresh and clean throughout the property. My wife and I both felt a warm sense of community, and were impressed with many thoughtful details and amenities available for residents.

Staff is very helpful. Plenty of activities to stay busy with fellow residents. Food is available by menu, or select items are available by order. Place is clean, exterior completely painted last year, interior getting new flooring now with paint and new lighting. Apartments are large compared to other places I looked.

Overall experience is 5 stars mainly because of how much the staff visibly care about the residents. My mother lived in the Memory Care portion of The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail. The staff there created a loving and safe environment in a beautiful setting for all residents and visitors. When my mother first moved in, she was as recovering from a broken kneecap and required a significant amount of attention and care. The staff was actively involved with ensuring my mom stayed engaged so that she didn't obsess over her brace and protected her from re-injury. Their time, skill and energy is much appreciated.

In January of this year, due to a medical situation involving my 98-year-old mother, our family was faced with the important decision of finding a senior living community that could provide not only the appropriate level of care, but also a safe, supportive, and professional environment. From our very first visit, it was clear that Seaton Senior Living Community met—and exceeded—that standard. During that visit, we had the pleasure of meeting[Name Removed] and [Name removed] As Sales Directors, their knowledge and professionalism were immediately evident, and while those qualities were expected given their roles, what stood out most was their genuine care and attentiveness. Based on that initial experience, we made the decision to move my mother into the community with confidence—while still naturally wondering how she would adapt. Now, four months later, I can say without hesitation that my mother is thriving. She is happy, has built meaningful friendships with what she calls “her crew,” and is fully engaged in the community. The staff has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness—not only to her needs, but also to any concerns our family may have. The overall atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and uplifting. What stands out most is the visible happiness and engagement of the residents. [Names removed] have continued to demonstrate the same professionalism and care that we experienced during our initial meeting—if not more. They are always accessible and address every concern with a level of attentiveness and compassion that reflects how one would care for their own family member. I have also had the opportunity to join my mother for meals in the dining area, and I must say—the experience is exceptional. From the quality of the food to the level of service, it often feels comparable to a five-star dining experience. What truly sets it apart, however, is the demeanor of the dining staff. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care for the residents is something that is rarely seen, even in the finest establishments. The grace and professionalism they display while serving the seniors is both impressive and deeply appreciated. Seaton Senior Living Community truly lives up to the phrase—“A Place for Mom.”

Great, we signed up immediately. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the well maintained grounds.

Had many questions that this tour helped answer. No substitute for actual visual experience. Planning on moving to this facility in my retirement.

Everything was exactly what I need and enjoyed my tour. However, I do have problems with a cough factor. I am working on enough income and support and look forward to another appointment when possible.

Marbella was very inviting very clean and smelled wonderful . The staff were friendly the residents were happy and friendly. I/we really liked Marbella , the apartments are very nice and spacious. this move is for my father in-law and he really liked it.

Parking may be a problem for me as will walking. Unit we looked at was under repair but the right size. A strong maybe for me.

I took my stepfather for his first visit. I think he's giving this place a lot of consideration. Which is great. He rated Morado 8 out of 10.

Excellent tour provided by [Name removed] including discussion of 4 topics of special interest to me - med management, 3 healthful meals per day with diabetes-friendly menu choices available, daily exercise opportunities, if a 185-lb resident falls to floor, assistance capable of getting resident back on his feet. Lovely location overlooking Bayou St John, that is deeply imbedded in New Orleans history, and incidentally in my family's history also. My grandmother grew up on St. Ann street in the French Quarter. Tragically, her older brother[Name Removed] drowned at age 22 while swimming in Bayou St. John.

Great facilities, lots of activities to interact with other residents, daily meal menu offers a great variety, the staff is located in good locations throughout the building.

My wife has been a resident at TerraBella for the last year. She has adjusted nicely and enjoys residing at the facility. The administration does a great job in providing a clean building on a daily basis. As a visitor, I make it a point to visit my wife daily, and as such am able to observe the hard work that goes into the cleanliness of this facility. I have also been impressed with the quality of care provided by the nursing assistants. For the most part, they are hard working and make every attempt to serve the residents on a timely basis. In comparison to other facilities of which my wife as been a resident, this group of nursing assistants has a much better attitude as well as a very positive work ethic. Accordingly, TerraBella is a care facility that I would recommend. Richard B Gregory

The care and compassion they show my brother lets me relax. The building is an older building, but has been completely renovated. The rooms are various sizes and some of their sinks and cabinets and so forth our little older. But overall, it's very nice. Some of the rooms have balconies, some have two bedrooms. [Name Removed] is in a smaller one, but it's plenty big for what he needs. If there's any issues, they have been quick to fix them. They have a library, a movie room, game room, including pool table and they seem to have lots of activities going on all the time. I find it even more attractive that their residence are milling around and smiling, quite happy to visit. I have not found this place to be stuffy full of old people if you know what I mean. Polo park has been wonderful! All the staff there are amazing caring people. We have some extenuating circumstances that require more flexibility than most and I can't imagine trying to deal with anyone other than Polo Park Estates and they are wonderful. All of the employees have been friendly and helpful always eager to help us if needed! [Name removed] is there for me anytime I need anything. [Name Removed] is so flexible and works hard for us as well. I highly recommend it. If you're curious, go visit, talk to the residents, they'll tell the same thing.

The staff were very helpful and kind to my father during his stay. They worked with him to get up and out of his room each day, pushing him to complete his rehabilitation exercises.

Very impressed with the community. Our guided tour was fantastic. The entire facility was clean and neat. The staff were friendly, informative and encouraging to us. We toured other communities and this was best one!

The management team and sales lead are amazing. Activities, holiday celebrations, and opportunities for input/engagement with the facility are also widely available. My Mom is delighted with her room, with the friendships she's made, and her time there. Food is good it could be better.

Personal caregivers were very sweet & professional. Most staff knows all residents by name or apartment number. Front desk has some of my favorite people.
