The staff is amazing! Kind, friendly, helpful and patient. They see my mom as an individual not as a person with a specific medical issue. They are very attentive and are always there to help when needed. The food is good no complaints. They also organize several activities and family activities. The Studio apartment is just the right size. Cozy and feels like home. And my mom was able to keep her small dog!

Impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. The secure outdoor space was a big plus along with the size of the rooms. The available community spaces outside their rooms was great as well. Karen did a fantastic job, providing my wife and I with the information along with a tour of TetraBella. She was very kind and gracious concerning my father’s health problems. She took her time and did not rush we were very impressed

The overall vibe and friendliness of the people stood out as positive things.

Cameron Hall is a wonderful facility. Their memory care was just what my husband needed. The residence is clean, brightly lighted, nice size rooms and a caring staff. Located in Canton, it is close to shops and restaurants. The staff encourage residents to participate in activities throughout the day and there are lovely outdoor areas for residents to walk or sit and enjoy the sunshine.

Staff is friendly and available to help. Nice size one bedroom is good for my sister. Everything is paid for ( except Comcast and phone) so finances are simplified. I wish Solstice offered memory care and accepted Medicaid. Las cruces seems to only offer independent or assisted living or memory and nursing with Medicaid accepted.

All above a 5. Nurses, Aids activities are great. She has her hair and pedicures done there. Aunt [name removed] loves it there. She said food is delicious. She is adjusting well.

Great beauty shop and stylist. Friendly staff. Her roommate is a positive person.

They are always willing to help. They know all The people living there and address them all By name

Our tour guide was excellent ensuring us all the details. The assistant manager came to meet us also. Everyone was friendly and the apartment being renovated as an extra special touch.

The staff from the moment you walked in made you feel like family. The place was spotless. The whole process was a great experience.

My mom is very happy there. The caregivers & medtechs are very nice. The activity director has plenty of activities going on everyday. And, the facility it is well kept and clean.

Overall was the nice and caring attitude of the staff. I would recommend to others. Especially women. The female residents are nicer than the males.

They enjoy the food. Talk to A place for Mom. Your organization has been very helpful as my family navigates through the unknown. Although it's been a very difficult time, A Place For Mom has made the process much nicer with being able to talk with compassionate people.

I am very grateful to my daughters for finding Discovery Village Hoffman Estates for me. They looked at a few communities for me and I was pleasantly surprised at how happy I am here. Staff is very accommodating. The concierge desk is very patient and helpful. They have many activities here that I still need to explore. I have gone to bingo and movie night which is very nice. They have a beautiful outside setting where you can sit in the sun or shade. You can walk around the pond. They have physical therapy on site and they take me outside sometimes. I like that they have live entertainment and it's not just all old music. It's a variety. My daughter has a gluten allergy so when she comes to visit the dining manager has been very accommodating. I am looking forward to using the free bus services. They are renovating the building and the workers have been very respectful. It's looking very welcoming and homelike.

Staff really care about the residents. Many fun activities planned. Maintenance fixes issues timely. Easy to meet people if attend activities. I eat meals in dining room so have been meeting people.

We were looking for a place where Mom would be safe, welcomed, cared for, ragged and active. The Morada has met all those requirements and some. I believe it is a great value for the price...mom is quite happy there and tells everyone she meets...

The staff are very friendly and quick to respond in emergencies. There are a variety of activities as well as outside excursions. The rooms are plenty large for one person.

My Mother recently moved into an apartment here. The move in process was not only very easy, but everyone was very accommodating. What was explained to us before the move in was exactly was we received afterwards as well. Everyone here has gone above and beyond for us in so many ways and with a smile as well. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to move into a beautiful and stress-free environment to consider living here. I feel so happy everyday knowing my mother is safe, happy and being well taken care of. I truly hope they all know how grateful I am for what they do.
