I got a lot of preliminary information for my friend. The people who showed me around where very knowledgeable and answered my questions.

I had a lovely visit Ans look forward to my mom Becoming a resident here. The setting is beautiful and all the residents seemed very happy and friendly.

Very clean, good selection of rooms. I like that they do the house keeping & laundry, also you have the option of doing your own laundry. They allow residents to have a small fridge & microwave, & you can decorate your own space. The dining room was very nice & a lot of choices for your meals. I like that the calendars were posted in the hallways & also in each room. Friendly & helpful staff. Thank you

Addington Place of Mt. Pleasant has such an open and welcoming environment. I really loved that residents can easily go to the kitchen/bar area to get a drink or help between meals—it feels very accessible and home-like. There are great activity options for residents, and I appreciate that they provide transportation to local appointments. If my dad decides to move here, I love that the staff will help us transition his appointments to this area, which is a huge relief. The menu options were appealing, and having PT/OT services available on site is a big plus. Most of all, the staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it feels like a supportive and well-thought-out community.

The best part of living here are my fellow residents and the staff. As opposed, at my age, living alone--here I always have something to do and enjoyable people to do it with. I look forward to having you come join us!

My mom really loved the people, and the place. It was out of her price range by [removed] dollars for the one bedroom apartment. Thank you all very much. I appreciate you looking out for my mother. God bless.

Very informative and enjoyable. This tour at Madison Estates is a must if you are considering any senior living facility in San Antonio or anywhere in central Texas.

The is wonderful their breakfast is wonderful The staff is great and the people are even better. Overall it's great. The staff is great it really feels like a community we love everyone.

I have been at Solstice for a little over 2 years as of this review. I do enjoy all amenities they have, Shopping twice a week. Doctor's appointments twice a week, lunch outings a couple times a month, three meals offered per day, cable services, housekeeping services, on-site maintenance. For the most part the meals are good, however, I do not partake in all the meals as some of their choices I do not prefer, so I prepare some meals in my room. I also like when they contact residents when the staff has not seen them that day. ALL staff members are always available when needed. They are very courteous and friendly. Numerous special days/holidays are represented here. Christmas decorations are amazing. Numerous residents have served in the military. A Wall of Honor is visible in the Atrium/Lobby area. A picture of the Veteran and the service represented is displayed. Very classy. I am kind of an introvert. I am very happy here.

we all are brothers and sisters it's great living here we all ,are family ! We watch after each other and help out when we can !!! A lot of entertainment, games, crafts , social gatherings, Bingo , domino, pool table theater Room , exercises everyday !!!! Social gatherings out side the Paradise settings ! Bus that takes us to stores , wal mart , different shopping areas etc And more !! Drs appt . Church all religions!!!at Paradise Spring!!! Great home for moms and dads a great gathering of all!!!!

They got a better chef so the food is much improved. They got bought out by another company, but they have hired a new director and he's wonderful. My mom loves living there.

My brother is a short term resident. The facility is very clean and the staff is beyond excellent.

My mom recently moved in and we have all been very happy with the facility and staff. The place already was clean and now they are remodeling and it looks beautiful. The staff are very attentive and the residents are very nice.

My mom was looking for a place for respite for a few months after rehab. We really didn’t look anywhere else, but checked out Granville. The people who work there are so great and helpful. They take good care of my mom. They administer & track her meds. The place smells good. It’s clean, and the workers treat people like family. They are helpful, and kind to the residents as well as the rest of our family. My mom transitioned to permanent residency without hesitation. She likes the food. She has a doctor there. They have their own pharmacy. They do her laundry & clean her room. She is very happy there. She has made friends, and she is busy keeping busy. It’s been great for the rest of our family, too.

For me coming to Parkview was a blessing. Bus service to Dr appointments. And shopping helped the transition as I had to give up driving. The atmosphere here is mostly friendly and happy. Exercise class everyday is a huge plus and there are a variety of activities.

The facility is kept very clean. The food is pretty good, and the desserts are delicious. There is a movie theater here, and the movies have been really great. The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. Occasionally, animals are brought in for us to see, such as dogs and donkeys. The residents are friendly, and there is a bus that occasionally takes us places, though they are currently looking for a driver. We have our own apartments or can share one with another person. A cat or dog is allowed for a one-time fee, as long as you are able to care for it properly. I have a cat named Bootsie! She is a great companion, and I would never have come here without her. Animals are family! PS: We have an activity director who helps plan events and games, including Bingo. This is a very nice place to live!

Food excellent and geared toward elderly, yet healthy. Staff were attentive, patient and genuinely caring. Multiple, varied activities. Rooms were roomy unlike many places I visited . Kept very clean. I had numerous, frequent calls from staff checking on my satisfaction and potential problems. I loved everything about Brookdale.

Like many others I downsized from a house, so it was an adjustment to return to apartment style living. I am independent and still drive, so this move has been great for me. When you factor in the covered amenities, it reduced my budget to 3 line items. They strive to meet individual needs, but the senior community is a challenge. Very happy here.

Our relative is currently at Brookdale in Des Plaines. We are very pleased. What we like the most about the community is the uplifting decorations, evening entertainment, being able to change staffing needs and accommodations when change is needed. Upbeat staff and Dining room cleanliness and décor. 5/5. Would recommend

I only have great things to say about my visit. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and did not feel like just another sales pitch. It was also great to see so many residents interacting and having lunch together and to see what they were having for a meal.
