From the first phone call I made to discuss moving my parents in to their first few weeks of being here, I have been truly amazed! [name removed] has been amazing through that entire process. I can’t count the number of phone calls I made to ask her question after question and she was always so attentive. She has a way of making me feel special which means a lot to me. It made these decisions easier for me as I walked through this process. I’ve met and loved all of the management. They are always available, walking around and interacting with the residents. Then there is the staff…[name removed] just makes my day, she’s always smiling and so so helpful to me in getting my parents settled. Great attitude and my parents adore her. [name removed] in maintenance has been so helpful for the things my parents have needed help with. The dining room staff are sweet and helpful! The food is delicious and the variety is terrific. The entire place is clean and smells so nice! I visit and love watching my parents thriving

I give it a 5. What stood out was the friendliness of the staff, the activities, and the amenities. My father has been there for almost a year now and he loves it. I would most definitely recommend this place to other people.

What really stood out was how happy my aunt was during her time there—she consistently shared positive feedback when I spoke with her privately. She also really enjoyed the variety of activities offered, which made her experience even better.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helped my mother be involved and develop relationships with other residents.

I would probably say 5 across the board. My loved one is still really active and is really emotionally sensitive. This place is full of activities, very good at communication, and very accommodating. They have been great with her. We know we're paying extra for her to have a lot of things to do, so the value is there even if it's pricey. I wish there were more options for medical things like wound care. If she ever needed insulin and can't administer it to herself, we won't be able to keep her there because of that need. But everything else has been great.

The staff is helpful and caring to the patient and the family. Addington Place is clean and no issues with odor or unpleasant smells. The room size is adequate and appropriate for a patient's needs. The food is good and my husband has no complaints whatsoever. The dining area is picked up and cleaned promptly after the meal. There are activities planned for the afternoons during the week. The activities director is attentive and encouraging. From my experience of the past 3 weeks, I feel Fairfield is fortunate to have a place like Addington Place in the community to take care of people who no longer can care for themselves.

I am happy with Solstice in Plano and overall my father is happy as well.

I was very impressed of a staff. I was very impressed with the building. I would love to live there, but it’s just a few thousand dollars more than I can afford. If I could live there I could do a certain amount of job and if that would make the difference in my rant if it could be brought down to [price removed] with the job, nothing to strenuous because I use a walker, but I’m willing to do things to make up for my rent because that’s how much I would love to join your group. I loved it there And I hope you will consider this. Thank you.

We had a tour and everything was very clean and kept up with. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. My dad refused to go but said he would meet with the lady in charge just to talk. [name removed] was who he talked with and she made him feel at home and safe and he ended up moving in within a week. The apartments are nice and are different price ranges according to your budget

One of the best decisions in my life was to have my friends live here. It is truly a worry-free place where they are always safe and cared for. I tried to take on their care on my own but realized it was an impossible situation. I am able to sleep at night knowing they're in great hands. I have been coming here for frequent visits over the past seven years for one of my two friends and three years for her sister. I looked into and tried other places but in the end found 1440 as the right one. There are so many activities that they can take part in. Both sisters resided in an apartment complex that was predominantly for seniors. I realized after being at 1440 By the Bay for two weeks as a visitor that all of the seniors at their previous apartment complex didn't have the experience of active living like 1440 By the Bay. Both are living a very good and comfortable life here.

I was particularly impressed with the administrative organization. My Stepmother, [name removed], moved in very quickly. Everything was ready for her. [name removed] had not participated in any activities by the time I had to leave. The choices looked great. While I do not have a host of facilities to compare Terra Bella to, the value of the service compared to the cost seems very favorable.)

I am in process of moving there. Enough said! I like the newly renovated apartment. I look forward to my move.

I enjoy living at Discovery Village Des Plaines! The staff is very friendly and attentive. They offer plenty of activities. I participate in jeopardy, wheel of fortune, bingo, live entertainment and cards. The meals are also very enjoyable.

Everyone is very friendly. I don't mean very friendly I mean really really friendly and if you have something that needs to be done, you just tell them and they're on it right then and there. And the food is fantastic and the chef make sure he comes out and greets everyone. Everybody seems like they love their job. It's a very nice open, bright atmosphere.

The staff is amazing. [name removed] is kind and helpful, [name removed], the activities coordinator, keeps things fun and entertaining, and [name removed], the administrator, is extremely kind and caring. [name removed], the chef, is also a great cook. The apartments are very well sized, and the upgraded rooms for newer tenants are really nice.

Friendly and supportive. Lots of activities available. , I would recommend. I broke my hip about three weeks after moving in and residence and staff have been very helpful supportive. And services are available as we need them. I am so happy to have a dog walker cause right now I can hardly walk.

All good things: from executive staff to medical assistants they treated my mother well. Food was delicious, grounds were kept clean, and staff was attentive. She was moved there from her life long home in Louisiana and was able to stay comfortably which says a lot.

The proximity to my son's home. The facility itself: The size of the bedroom and the fact that I got a balcony. The dining room facilities. The activities offered. Having transportation available for my needs so that I would not have to have a vehicle. The libraries, Beauty Shop, and weight room. Also that I can attend church in the building.

I have been a resident at Solstice of Fenton since [date removed], and I want to say how friendly and cheerful everyone is. When out in the community, everyone knows your name and makes you feel special. There are many activities to choose from -I love the bingo and movie nights! I also take advantage of the exercise classes and therapy services offered at Solstice. I highly recommend this place!

The staff were friendly and seemed to know the names of the residents we passed during the tour. There was a wonderful community atmosphere, one that I feel my mother would really enjoy. I like that each unit has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The interior and exterior were clean and well cared for.
