The staff is exceptionally, friendly and helpful, the dining room is elegant and beautiful, there's a variety of unit sizes to choose from. As soon as my dad moved in, his social calendar was absolutely booked! And he's already got a girlfriend!

I enjoyed my tour of your facility. Staff was friendly, the residents look happy. It is a difficult decision, but the Lodge is one of our top choices.

My friend would probably rate it 5 stars. She has made many friends there and enjoys the activities there-exercise classes, Bible study, and social activities. My experience with the staff has been wonderful. They know me at the front desk when I check in and are caring and compassionate. Her studio apartment is larger than most as she is on a corner. I can't speak to food quality as I've never eaten there.

I have been here for 6 months now. I am very happy to be here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used Best at Home services to help with organizing my things when I moved in. I use the on-site therapy clinic and has been working out well. I enjoy the food here. I have not participated much in the activities, but I plan to.

My observations are about the quality of care and the cultural humility that are provided by staff and the milieux of the facility appear to be optimal. The grounds are both comfortable and tranquil.

The Conservatory is a beautiful well maintained facility. The staff I met were very friendly. Current residents were very positive in their praise of the place. They offer a wide variety of amenities. I like the fact that they keep up with where residents are by having them sign out when they leave the residence. They have onsite agencies where you can get some of the same benefits as assisted living if the residence needs help with managing medications, etc. I was looking for a relative, but I could see myself living at this facility. I liked it a lot.

I was very impressed with The Pasea. I told the sales director I use a walker and wanted to know more about the parking situation so she sent me a map of were to enter the parking lot, a picture of the parking lot, and put out a reserved parking sign so when I got there I had a spot close to the front. Everything after was just as thoughtful. She reserved a table for us in the pub for lunch, the community is clean, and everyone was friendly. The people who live there were out and the staff was engaging. I will be bringing my friends back with me.

I recently toured The Pasea Senior Living in Otay Ranch and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The community is beautiful, clean, and has such a positive atmosphere. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can truly tell they care about their residents and work hard to create a happy, supportive environment. The amenities, dining, and activities were all very impressive as well! I would absolutely recommend The Pasea to anyone looking for a caring and vibrant senior living community for themselves or a loved one. My mom is the happiest I ever seen her.

This is the most friendly, warm, welcoming, clean, and caring community. The sales directors were so knowledgeable. I met so many friendly people and residents Iwalked throught the community.

I would give 5 stars. Although under the circumstances of my mother passing, it will take him a while to truly enjoy the amenities! So far he likes it there!

The staff is super friendly. The facility is very clean. The care my mother-in-law is receiving is wonderful. She has made friends and participates in many activities. They offer a wide variety of fun activities.

Benton house is amazing. There isn't anyone here that I don't like. They all do the best they can do . And they all have good personalities and know what they are doing. I am so Glad my Dad is at this facility.

The senior living residents appear very active in the "House" activities. The library and card rooms are active and the front desk readily responds to assist. In Memory Care the staff are ever watchful of individuals under their care and "flow" as a team attending to individual client needs.

At Paradise Springs the staff is excellent especially Ingrid the food is balanced and prepared three times a day for them with snacks in between if they choose they clean the rooms once a week and they have everything there anyone would need you wouldn't even have to leave the facility if you wanted it's a senior facility with assistance if they need it it's excellent.

Our visit went well. The advisor was helpful and answered all the questions we had. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly.
